Cool
Dev raised the price of the game during the sale just so he could get the appearance of a deeper discount. Very shady. Game is actually MORE expensive with the 95% sale than it was just a few months ago at its true price.
CPU Invaders is a casual pixel graphics shooter in which you defend your Desktop computer against robotic invaders, the game overlays with your actual computer screen as shown by all the dog pictures on the store page.
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts.
A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result.
There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics.

These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam?
Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off. If you want advertising, Youtube is right there for you, and you don't have to go through the trouble of adding those adverts to your Steam Library and downloading them first, like you do with this one.
