Your assignment is to guide aircraft of various sizes and capabilities to and from the active runway for landing and takeoff. As a tower controller you must assure that it safe for a plane to enter or cross a runway, assign taxiway routes, when to stop and start movement, and clear aircraft for take off.

Great game
I have followed the FAA guidelines for traffic separation, everything and keep getting hit with penalties. Kind of getting frustrated as five mile in trail spacing is more than enough. Not happy, no explanation as to what, were when or why. Just points lost. Kind of seems like a bug to me.
I do not feel this is worth it's price. I would not recommend this based on a few things:
1- Price. This game is expensive for what it is.
2- This game has errors, and the airports they come out with have errors. There are taxiways that you can't use, there are issues with their satelite views brought in for texture. The graphical quality is subpar.
3- Scaling. There are a number of airports where the scale of the airplanes just isn't correct.
4- They are discontinuing this to push their new game and pulling products off of thier own website.
5- If they truly cared, they would open the game up to modders so people who are enthusiastic can bring the airports that other people want, and possibly bring new and different functionality to the game.
I get they are going for realism and the core of the program seems sound. But they are going to give you the airports that they want to give you, and keep things locked down so you can't get airports elsewhere. Really disappointing.
