A delightful little prequel to Eastshade, it's very short and sweet and, depending on whether you have played Eastshade, is a nice prelude to Eastshade to get a feel for the environment or good to go back to Luddlow and see a little of what was happening before the events of Eastshade.
Leaving Lyndow is a very good adventure game, this is the suite to Eastshade game. The story is great, the graphics are really beautiful and the ambiant is so cozy. For his low price, I recommend it!!! 💗💗💗
Well I don't really know what to say... It's really great all around. Breathtaking visuals, compelling soundtrack, the plot and minigames are fine and the atmosphere is really something else. But it lasts 45 minutes tops. More like 30 minutes actually because my 45 minutes include achievements where you basically keep doing a minigame 5 minutes more than what you would normally had. It's barely a demo at this point.....

This game is RELAXATION spelled out. Here you roam beautiful scenes and talk to characters to uncover the sweet story of Clara leaving her home. It is very short and really should be played as an intro to the game Eastshade by the same developers.

Leaving Lyndow is a cozy and relaxing walking simulator. It's set in the fictional town of Lyndow. You're about to leave to become an explorer and you get to explore the feelings and know emotions related to that decision from your friends and family.
The environments are beautiful and the game successfully transfers a relaxing mood to you as the player. The music is really great.
The game is extremely short and the content is shallow. The game is very meh. There's plenty of better walking simulators out there and I recommend that you look elsewhere. The game is set in the same universe as the developers other game Eastshade and perhaps if you've played that, you will appreciate this.
Leaving Lyndow is a short first person walking simulator with stunning graphics & relaxing music. You play as Clara, a recently graduated student of the Guild of Maritime Exploration. Now that it is time for her to leave for a long expedition, she will revisit 5 different locations and say her farewell to her family and friends. You will need to explore each location and find items to collect in order to go forward with the story. It’s fairly easy to get all achievements in this game and it took me about 75 minutes to complete.
Leaving Lyndow is also the predecessor of the open-world adventure game Eastshade and takes place on the island of Eastshade. If you are looking for a short game to enjoy the scenery while savouring your favourite morning coffee, this game is for you! Happy gaming!

A short gorgeous game. The architecture in here is so pretty, layout of the house is just *chef's kiss* cute. I kept just marveling at the scenery, and the music is really nice too. My favorite place you visit is the tea house, trying all the teas is so much fun! And I did manage to get a marble to roll along the rim of the bowl ^.^ ( it was a personal quest i made for myself xD )
Basically: it's short, cute, and affordable if you want to wander around a pretty world for an hour.
I'll definitely be checking out Eastshade later, and I'm super hyped for the Songs of Glimmerwick!
Enjoyable prequel to Eastshade, so you can use this to see if you would enjoy the full game, knowing that the full game does have way more content.
I didn't like the game not because it's too short but because it didn't provide anything good.
It's like an rpg where the first quest is to speak to everyone in the town, then leave to start your journey; except here once you leave, the game ends.

Did you enjoy Eastshade? Are you curious about a little more lore with even *more* mellow gameplay? I recommend this on sale, since $4 for less than an hour of game time (I spent entirely too much of my own time wandering around and taking screenshots) with no replayability sounds a little steep. But it's still an experience I'll say that anyone who enjoyed Eastshade should check out when they have a spare dollar or two.
