literally the greatest game of all time
This is one of the best games I've played and probably one of the best ones in the Lego franchise. It has an amazing story and the free play mechanic of the game is fun too. I would highly recommend playing with the controller though because the game's compatibility with the keyboard is not great.
Great game. Be sure to verify game files. I had black screen when trying to start but verifing game files fixed that. Either way I haven't played a lego game since middle school and now being in my thirties can say I've enjoyed this game thoroughly. A game hasn't made me laugh out loud in a while.
I had somewhat dismissed this game as I thought it different from the other Lego games. I was wrong to do this. Lego City Undercover is a great game.

Really is gta but lego, the story is unbelievable and really gave me a taste of nostalgia that i havent felt in a really long time. If you were considering getting it, it is worth every cent you spent on getting it. The collectables are also really good and are actually fun to get unlike in other lego games that i have played
Funniest Lego game ever!
This was one of the first Lego games I played aside from the complete saga and harry potter, this game is MASSIVE and has plenty to do. The story and humor is PEAK, with pretty every side quest having a fantastic joke. Frank telling Chase he shoved an apple up a horses but was not something I expected. Either way, compared to other Lego games this one really does shine with the humor, I played some others and I just didn't get the laughs I did with this one. It's made me really appreciate this game mode. Favorite Lego game, possibly video game, buy.

Lego City Undercover is a fun game to play alone or with someone. The game has a great mix of humor, puzzles, and action, set in the huge Lego city where you play as Chase McCain, an undercover cop chasing criminals. It’s like the Lego version of GTA in a lot of ways, the missions are engaging, and there's a lot of stuff to discover, from hidden collectibles to secret areas. If you enjoy Lego games or open-world adventures, this one is definitely worth playing!
one of my favorite games of all time but the pc controls make it unplayable and i couldnt get controller controls to work at all

lego gta fr 10/10 got it cuz my childhood and had a blast even got 100% completion after 40 hrs of gameplay
It is basically Lego GTA and it works really well. The gameplay and story are fun. It also has various atmospheres. I wish they would make a sequel.
35.5 hours to 100% complete the game in couch co-op. We loved the fact that the story is new and fresh (unlike all other movie based LEGO games). Vehicle handling could be a little bit better. Some of the navigation system when playing couch co-op can be wacky. When using the scanner, only one navigation point can be set which is a slight frustration.
As far as lego games go this is one of the best. Even though the game is geared towards children the story is well written and funny. There were plenty of references that only adults would get. The Soundtrack rocks. There's plenty of fun, though easy, puzzles and challenges to do.
Game is supper intresting. If ou love legos this is the game, Another thing is that it does NOT have mouse function. So if your mouse player, Sorry bro your COOKED! But so far I love this game

My review leans more toward neutral simply because of the after-completion navigation system. It becomes very tedious to find collectibles, since you use your scan system to locate them instead of the usual arrows that point the way. This also causes problems in the challenges where there are multiple activation points, as the world is big and varied enough that it can be frustrating to locate those items. If the map updated and marked the things you scanned, that would also be nice, as sometimes I see multiple things at once but the one I pick takes me away from the area. It's a decent game with a decent story.
Amazing game. It’s like the LEGO version of GTA in a lot of ways. Tons to do, nice layout of the map, and a lot of fun. Absolutely recommend.

Lego City Undercover was my absolute childhood favorite, and playing it again has only made me appreciate it more. Surprisingly underrated lego game. It's fun and has an open world to explore, and unique abilities to have fun with. Its humor is below average in my opinion, but there are some solid moments.
Mid. The controls and gameplay are nowhere near the par of other LEGO games. Get's boring really quick, unfortunately.

creative and fun game
this is the worst game I've ever played.
10/10 wouldnt ever refund
Ran into an unfixable bug with the chicken glide that makes the game unplayable after a certain point. Customer service was of no help either, and said that they did not expect for there to be a fix for this, given how old the game was. Waste of my time and money.
it's a good game on other consoles and probably pc but mine can't run it as it crashes on the loading screen starting up the game so i don't think i will recommend it on pc but the console platforms yes

This hits me in my nostalgia. I used play this so much when the remaster came out on switch and now that i'm replaying it again, this slaps.
amazing i love it so much i used to play it everyday with my little brother it was one of my first game between it and minecraft getting 100% is hard which made it so much fun

This is one of the greatest LEGO games that I have ever played! LEGO City Undercover feels so unique to the other LEGO games that I've played and I really like that! The humour is pretty funny, LEGO City feels so fun to explore with a lot of side content to do and other things, the writing is actually pretty good, the levels are well designed, the music is great and the voice acting is directed well! Seriously, there is a lot to do in this game which makes it one of the biggest LEGO games ever (it can be a grind though.) People say it's basically GTA but in LEGO and I really do see that! Simply amazing and fantastic!

This game is part of my top 3 time favorite lego games, is just something special off this lego game. yeah its called a gta5 for kids, but come on, even as a older person this game is just a banger, the cutscenes are indeed funny. the cars are great and the music is good, and we never had boredom playing this game and the character customization is amazing, 100% recommend this game
on my playtime it says 18 hours but it feels like i played 80 hours and enjoyed every second
