About the Game

Design and build your own hospital!
Build up a hospital from nothing to a masterpiece as you design the most beautiful – or functional – healthcare operation in the whole of Two Point County.
Optimise your hospital design to increase patient (and cash) flow, arranging corridors, rooms and waiting areas to your exact specifications. Expand your hospital to multiple buildings as you look to get as many patients through the door as possible.
Place decorative and functional items around your hospital to improve its prestige, lower patient boredom, increase happiness and keep those end of year awards flowing in.

Cure unusual illnesses
Don’t expect Two Point County to be populated with your usual types of patients. In this world, you’ll experience all kinds of unusual illnesses; from Light-headedness to Cubism – each requiring their very own special type of treatment machine.
Diagnose illnesses, build the right rooms to handle them, hire the right staff, and then get ready, because curing just one of these illnesses is just the beginning. You can handle a single patient – but can you handle a Pandemic?
Once you’ve conquered an illness, research improved cures and machines and turn your hospital into an unstoppable healthcare juggernaut.

Improve and expand your hospital horizons!
Your first hospital is where it begins, but what next?
Once you’ve cured the residents of a small harbour village, can you take on a bigger challenge in a busier hospital?
Improve your facilities, upgrade machines, staff and layouts to make more money, more quickly.
Train and improve your staff, levelling them up with new skills and abilities to make your hospital even more efficient.
Make use of the extensive statistic and information screens to analyse your strengths and weaknesses, and make rapid alterations. Adjust the price of your treatments, keep an eye on your turnover, take out loans and optimise your earnings.
You’ll be managing staff with unique personality types and traits, so you’ll need to keep an eye on who’s being efficient – and who is just a pain in the neck. Balance your workforce with your ambitions as you strive to make profit (and hopefully save some people along the way).

I really like that there are different types of hospitals.
to be fair, all two point games are really good but i like campus a bit better than this one, as it feels more interactive if that makes sense? but if you own campus already, it is definitly worth buying this game too!
all the sonic-themed furniture is a plus too!
I adore this game.
To make sure I gave a proper review, I have completed the game twice and currently on my third run.
I have all DLC (worth the money, especially if you get them on sale).
It has varying levels of difficulty, challenges on each level, there's plenty of variety.
It can become a bit tedious building the same thing over and over, especially with placing loads of gold star awards to get a level 5 room (can we just purchase an expensive one time item??).
It has humour, nice strategy elements and challenges. Well worth the money I paid for this game.
If you've ever found yourself obsessed with games like Theme Hospital or SimTower, then Two Point Hospital will likely scratch that same management itch — and do it quite well. Developed by Two Point Studios and available on Steam, this simulation game tasks players with designing, building, and managing a series of hospitals, all while dealing with increasingly wacky medical conditions and quirky staff.
Gameplay:
The core of Two Point Hospital is similar to its spiritual predecessor, Theme Hospital, with a fresh coat of modern polish. Players must build various treatment rooms, hire staff, and manage finances while ensuring patient care is top-notch. From curing “Lightheadedness” (a condition where patients have literal light bulbs for heads) to dealing with unruly staff, the game does a great job of balancing humor and strategy.
The gameplay loop is addictive, offering satisfying progression with each level as you unlock new rooms, treatment options, and even larger hospitals to manage. Each hospital presents its own unique challenges, whether it's the need for a certain number of rooms or handling a surge in patients, ensuring that there's always something to keep you engaged.
Graphics and Design:
Visually, Two Point Hospital is delightful. The cartoonish art style gives the game a fun and light-hearted tone, but it’s the little details that really stand out. Patients and staff are animated in charming ways, making it easy to become attached to them despite their sometimes bizarre medical issues. The environments are also well-designed, with colorful, vibrant layouts that help make the whole experience feel immersive and enjoyable.
Sound and Music:
The sound design is equally engaging, with a whimsical soundtrack that plays in the background while you manage your hospital. The voiceovers for the various treatments and conditions are hilarious and add to the humor of the game. The radio stations, which offer an assortment of silly advertisements and tracks, also provide an added layer of charm.
Challenges and Difficulty:
While Two Point Hospital is accessible to newcomers, it doesn't shy away from a challenge for seasoned players. Managing your hospital's resources, balancing staff morale, and keeping up with patient demand can get tricky. You'll need to be strategic when it comes to building your layout and prioritizing research to unlock new treatments.
The game does a good job of gradually ramping up the difficulty as you progress through different hospitals, ensuring you always have new challenges to overcome. Some missions can feel a bit repetitive, especially with the more intricate hospital layouts, but the rewards for solving these complex puzzles are rewarding.
Performance and Stability:
On Steam, Two Point Hospital runs smoothly with no major performance issues. The game's system requirements are reasonable, and it's optimized for both high-end and mid-range PCs. Load times are quick, and there are few bugs or crashes to speak of, making for a generally pleasant gaming experience.
Final Thoughts:
Two Point Hospital is an incredibly fun and quirky simulation game that offers hours of entertainment. Its mix of light-hearted humor, strategic depth, and charming art style makes it an easy recommendation for anyone who loves management sims. The game does have some repetitive elements, and the challenge can sometimes feel like a bit of a grind, but the overall package is solid.
Whether you're a veteran of the genre or new to hospital management, Two Point Hospital delivers a unique and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for simulation fans, though those looking for a serious or realistic experience may want to look elsewhere.
Pros:
Fun and humorous premise
Charming visuals and sound design
Addictive gameplay loop with strategic depth
Smooth performance on Steam
Cons:
Can feel repetitive at times
Some levels can be grindy or frustrating
Verdict: If you're in the mood for a light-hearted yet challenging management sim, Two Point Hospital is definitely worth checking out.
A funny strategy game. With a sense of humour that is more meant for adults than kids
It's Two Point. It's funny, exciting, with just the right amount of a challenge. Recommended for all ages.
This game has loads off gameplay. it was fun unlocking the sandbox mode this game is competive and and there is plenty of silly/fun things to unlock like the clown removel thingy and there is 2 free DLC's this game will be fun i promise
quirky and funny game that reminds me of one of my favorite games as a kid, Theme Hospital... pretty sure it's the same thing just updated
I wish for a better manual and more clear game objective. It is kind of old, but its take on health management is brilliant.
This game is incredible! Highly recommend both campus and museum to everyone who played this, as they are both, somehow, a significant step up from this amazing, already 5-star game.
7/10
A quasi remake of Theme Hospital. Really good and fun, brings the original game up to modern standards, but barely adds anything new. I like the concept that you cannot do hospitals to 3 out of 3 stars for the first run, you gotta go do some other hospitals first, then go back with the new, unlocked features (and continue with your old hospital where you left it). One thing I didn't like is that you need a LOT of GPs office, and that the last(?) hospital of the base game feels impossible to complete. Also, why is that 80% of the achievements are tied to DLCs? it's just dumb.
Great game i preffered it to campus but still no Two Point Hotel :(
A perfect representation of the average American healthcare experience. People standing around waiting in a queue forever? Yes sir! People dying in the middle of the halls because they've been waiting for 256 days for a GP appointment? You know it! Underpaid and overworked hospital staff? Of course! If you've ever been to an ER in the US you know this experience.
This most unrealistic part about this game is that people actually get diagnosed correctly and not just told "you need to lose weight" or "it's anxiety" or "your faking it."
Its good fun and very satysfying, with lots of funny jokes 10/10!
I love this game it is well rounded, funny and easy to learn.
Can easily spend hour sessions each time in the gameplay
You can adjust alot of variables and finetune things, but for what? This game is way too easy! Theres no point in educating personal, hell you can even raise prices to maximum without a real downside. Every level is the same: you spam your rooms with basic equiment, hire personal everytime it sais you need one, and then what. Success. I want a real challenge, this is totally boring. I refuse to buy two point museum or campus due to this. And then theres SONIC furniture all over the place, like what the hell? PLUS an ingame currency to unlock MORE SONIC furniture?? Sega what the f
This is such a fun simulation game. I enjoy the graphic animation style and love building and exploring the best ways to meet patient needs.
Love this game and had no idea I would. I mean, I like management/sim/building type games, but the mechanics and the humor speckled in, have me looking forward to my playtime in this game. I've barely scratched the surface of what the game offers, as well.
Construction mode is done well for this genre. I like being able to pick up entire rooms and move them as a whole (and/or rotate them), rather than having to demolish and reconstruct things if I realize my placement sucks or I buy an additional building and want to rearrange everything. They also introduce you to things slowly as you progress in the game, since there are quite a few concepts to understand, like training and research, those aren't available right away.
Overall, this is a very fun game with great replayability.
Anyone who played Theme Hospital back in the day and anyone who enjoys management games in general will have fun with Two Point Hospital. The game remains entertaining over long periods, even though it can get a bit repetitive. Still, it has that certain addictive quality—"Just one more room, and then I'll stop..."
Achievements
Required time: 100-125 hours
Difficulty (in my opinion): 4 out of 10
DLCs required for 100%?: Yes, 7 (Speedy Recovery, A Stitch in Time, Culture Shock, Off the Grid, Close Encounters, Pebberly Island, Bigfoot)
The achievements are pretty straightforward. You basically need to earn three stars in all levels and complete a few additional tasks. However, it's not as difficult as it might seem. Once you figure out the right strategy, you can apply it to almost every level. This makes the game somewhat repetitive, but the addictive factor still remains! 😊
What’s a bit annoying are the multiplayer achievements. You need to complete research projects together with other players, which requires up to five people per project. However, there’s a dedicated Steam group where you can easily find like-minded players to team up with.
Just stupid amounts of fun. On the nose humor. Nothing too stressful, just fun.
Crappy DLC types for games like this but always buy that stuff on sale since its never very good or worth the price.
Overall super enjoyable game that I am glad I came back to finish.
Absolutely loving this game. Reminds me of my childhood - playing Theme Hospital. Love it, hours of fun.
Felt in love with this franchise since i played on Playstation 1.
I played a lot game like Theme Hospital and was always funny
Prety nice game it is fun but i recomend wait for a discount beacuse its not worth this much.
Very fun resource management and simulation game. The art is a cartoonish and vibrant but may feel somewhat limited without any DLC. While the core gameplay stays the same every level, each has their own differences in objectives and challenges. It constantly feels like your hospitals are growing which makes it a game that is hard to put down. I wish that different rooms/treatments could not only be scheduled for employees, which is already available, but also prioritized so that your employees will only do certain jobs if needed and will stop once another can take over. Overall, an excellent game if you enjoy Prison Architect or Tropico.
Two Point Hospital is a great business simulation game of 2018, it's simple goal of curing patients of fictitious, comical ailments... and often unpleasant, the emphasis on humour to lighten the mood. It took flaws and premise of Bullfrog's Theme Hospital which is a spiritual sequel from 1997, The also plans to expand the range of Theme series but never happened and studio went defunct. Until Two Point Studio comes in and picks up when Bullfrog series left off, Developed a graphics style that would remain "future-proof" graphics rendering technology giving us claymation-like effects straight out from a Aardman movie.
Well the amenities didn't give Mrs Tweedy diagnosing note after kidnapping chickens and every barn had like no chickens rule from 25 years ago.
pretty good sim game (especially being 7+ years old)
sometimes graphics can be a little weird
management is good, simple to grasp but you can go pretty in-depth
a lot of decoration and customization ability
good game 8.5/10
This is part one of my favourite game series. I've played all the DLCs and all the other games in the series. 10/10
Causal player. Good for relaxing and I enjoy decorating rooms quick a bit.
This Game Fun To Play,Bring back of my Old memories playing Theme Hospital
I like this game. Before Two Point Campus was a thing I played this a lot. Nice music, grafics and the "normal" mode is getting slightly harder each time. I prefer the sandbox mode. Its nice to do the own thing.
Growing up, I loved "Theme Hospital", and this game feels like the same to me. It's not everyone's kind of game, but I love it. It's a pretty easy (at first anyway) hospital simulator game. Worth noting it's better to buy it when all the DLC goes on sale.
very enjoyable and brings back childhood memories on a much better graphics scale
I am always going back to this game. I love it. One of those games where you just want to play a little bit more, a little bit more.
8/10
Loved managing different hospitals and completing different challenges
its fun and goofy
Silly, Strategic, Level Based with a twisted sense of humor - What more can you ask for?
What is not to like here. Ultimately ended up purchasing every bit of DLC after my initial base purchase. It was a hesitant purchase, but man, did they win me over. Ended up picking up Two Point Campus with all it's DLC as well and EAGERLY away Two Point Museum!!!!
Fun little simulation game of running a hospital with quirky illnesses and is an enjoyable grind. Funny comments in the game such as silly announcements in the hospital and the radio host saying random things lol. The game is massive and there's lots of locations to choose from and hospitals to design and build your own way! Pretty interested in this game currently and can't wait to try Two Point Campus next :)

In my giant Steam library, I've never had a game crash more than this one. It's fun, but be prepared for a lot of angry fist pumps when the game crashes on your sweet build.
I kept seeing this game pop up on my favourite youtube and twitch stream suggestions and it seemed like such a fun management game. It didn't disappoint. I've only just started playing it but I'm already addicted. I haven't played a management game in such a long time, having played farming sims for the last few years and I really wanted to just do something different. This game is fun, fast-paced, and there is always something new to discover or explore. I really enjoy how once you've completed one small part of the game, another part of the game opens up. I'm really excited to keep playing this game, it's so much fun!!
simply put alot of fun very chill and enjoyable with or without dlcs
Entertaining and the Tannoy Speaker is so funny. 12/10 Classic
Great game if you liked Theme Hospital. This game takes it to the next level and is very enjoyable
It is a very fun game that is perfect for beginners who want to learn micro-management
Love Theme Hospital? You'll adore this. I've played it for hundreds of hours on Xbox, PS4, Switch, PC Game Pass (when it was on there), and I sitll had to buy it for Steam. It's just that good.
A brilliant, fun, medical game which will keep you amused for hours. The "Speedy Delivery" add on pack is a little buggy, so hope they get that one sorted! The main bug now, is that the patients keep running on the spot and the game kind of dies a death! Shame, because the addition of vehicles to collect the injured parties on a map which competes with other hospitals is a great idea. Overall though, if you like medical environments and a little humour thrown in, this is your game.
Super fun game. Challenging, funny, engaging, lots of replay value. Makes me feel like Dr. House with all the malpractice I'm committing. 10/10.
higher levels get a bit weird but the base game is a cult classic
