Design and build your own hospital!
Build up a hospital from nothing to a masterpiece as you design the most beautiful – or functional – healthcare operation in the whole of Two Point County.
Optimise your hospital design to increase patient (and cash) flow, arranging corridors, rooms and waiting areas to your exact specifications. Expand your hospital to multiple buildings as you look to get as many patients through the door as possible.
Place decorative and functional items around your hospital to improve its prestige, lower patient boredom, increase happiness and keep those end of year awards flowing in.
Cure unusual illnesses
Don’t expect Two Point County to be populated with your usual types of patients. In this world, you’ll experience all kinds of unusual illnesses; from Light-headedness to Cubism – each requiring their very own special type of treatment machine.
Diagnose illnesses, build the right rooms to handle them, hire the right staff, and then get ready, because curing just one of these illnesses is just the beginning. You can handle a single patient – but can you handle a Pandemic?
Once you’ve conquered an illness, research improved cures and machines and turn your hospital into an unstoppable healthcare juggernaut.

Once you’ve cured the residents of a small harbour village, can you take on a bigger challenge in a busier hospital?
Improve your facilities, upgrade machines, staff and layouts to make more money, more quickly.
Train and improve your staff, levelling them up with new skills and abilities to make your hospital even more efficient.
Make use of the extensive statistic and information screens to analyse your strengths and weaknesses, and make rapid alterations. Adjust the price of your treatments, keep an eye on your turnover, take out loans and optimise your earnings.
You’ll be managing staff with unique personality types and traits, so you’ll need to keep an eye on who’s being efficient – and who is just a pain in the neck. Balance your workforce with your ambitions as you strive to make profit (and hopefully save some people along the way).

I'm not one to usually play the campaign modes of games but I did for this one and it was a lot of good addictive fun. Thoroughly enjoyed!
Eventhough this game is getting older , it is still a very nice and funny game. Not too much blood or gore scene, we are not following a medical tv show. The diseases are always taken with humour. I recomend this game without hesitation.
Fun enough for a few days however I did find it a bit stagnant as I got through many levels which felt very rinse-and-repeat. I did not finish the game however I may do at some stage. Recommended as it is enjoyable enough however would recommend purchasing on a sale
Spiritiual successor to the good ol' Theme Hospital. But more casual.
This definitely scratched the itch I had to play Theme Hospital, which I was unable to get working on my machine due to its age (plus the open source clone CorsixTH was very glitchy and hard to play with modern expectations). The game also has many UX improvements over Theme Hospital.
However, towards the later levels, the game starts to get glitchy and grindy. The main issue seems to be task distribution for staff (even with selecting individual jobs per staff) and patients queue thrashing). Some of this could be solved by further optimising my hospital, but at that point it becomes tedious.
So, I would get this on sale if you were a fan of Theme Hospital or the general idea of hospital management, but compared to other management games, I wouldn't really recommend it,
Really liked how quirky and creative this game is. Great balance between a serious strategy simulation and just something casual.
A fun game you don't need to take too seriously. You can achieve a lot in a few hours play or keep building your hospitals up to top stars. Funny gameplay and easy to understand, never gets boring!
As someone who lived theme hospital, I was delighted to find two point hospital, and I really think that it delivered. I enjoyed the sickness, the flow of the game, the different hospital layouts and challenges.
All in all, definitely a worthwhile pickup for a fun management SIM, worth your time and money.

As someone who loved and played the original Theme Hospital for hours, Two Point Hospital for me, fills that gap and allows a certain nostalgia while playing.
I got this game at like, 80% off, but if I had known how much I would love this game, I'd have paid more, this game is worth it. I love the radio the most, it is so funny, there is so much worldbuilding from it and I'm always hearing something new, sometimes I'll play longer just to listen to the radio presenters. I love this game so god damn much.

This game is one of my favourite games in this genre. The sense of humour in this game is unreal, I'm always laughing at little things that pop up in the game, whether it be an illness, an outfit or a description of some random thing, and the commentator is just hilarious. Thoroughly recommend!
A very fun and challenging management sim that you can play for a scary large number of hours.
I've had so much fun playing this that I started my "career" over and am playing it a second time! After I finish, I may go back and replay Two Point Campus. I don't know why it took me so long to try this game. It's absolutely hilarious, challenging, and fun! I can't wait for Two Point Museum to come out! I highly recommend getting all of the DLC.
Playing Two Point Hospital made me realized my true calling: diagnosing 'Lightheadedness' and managing staff who take longer breaks than I do! If you’ve ever wanted to run a hospital where clowns are a real medical emergency, this game’s your cure. Warning: patients may leave healthier, but sanity is not guaranteed!
Es gibt nicht viel über das Spiel zu sagen, außer dass es alles enthält, was ich mir im ersten Teil an Erweiterungen gewünscht habe - besonders die Möglichkeit, den Kamerawinkel zu verstellen.

I love this game. Its fun in a very silly way. Hospitals are bleak, so they couldn't take anything too seriously and I think they designed creatively around that. I grew up with Theme Hospital, and its great to see the original creators lead this! Casual game of the year for me.
This game consumed so much of my time for a while. Perfect for anyone who loves management and simulation games. Quirky humour peppered in throughout. Plenty of customisation and decoration if you enjoy that aspect. It has a good difficulty curve to keep the game challenging. One of the best management games out there in my opinion.
Exceptional game. Throw back to the old Theme games but adapted to modern sensibilities. Would totally recommend!

Based on an epic cool game, Theme Hospital, it is very similar, just more modern and more fun!

Pretty repetitive, and persistent, overly-cheeky humour that doesn't quite work for me. Wish there was more substance to it.
Had so much fun until about 15+ hours...it just kind of gets samey and this has put me off trying out the games they have - as imagine it would be the same sameness..
This game is VERY fun for about 30 hours. Eventually, you have to start to do temperature control and fun slows down and tedium sets in. No central AC for you. You need to put little AC units in every room, some rooms require many. They break down all the time. You'll end up needing dozens and dozens of units once yor hospital is big. Half of your playtime will be spent manually repairing and maintaining these stupid things. It feels so tedious and unnecessary. It totally kills the fun. If they would patch out or improve that aspect, I would come back to this game in a second.
I love the humour and stuff don't get me wrong. But the game is not your typical management/tycoon/business type of game. It's more casual fun oriented. I got bored, because I felt like I had no real objective. Just exist and watch as the hospital unfolds itself.

Theme Hospital goes through both an upgrade and a downgrade.
Theme Hospital is a timeless classic. It oozes charm, and the gameplay is as enjoyable today as it was back in 1997. This game brings the same formula to a modern format with almost no changes. The campaign, although longer, feels easier, which in turn makes it repetitive after the public funding hospital at the end of the third region. While new players will find the experience rewarding, returning players won't find it as engaging. Worth at a discount.
This game is so awesome! And it's very fun, but it also very easy to unlock new hospitals and get farther ahead and unlock new things without even doing the stuff you were supposed to do in the game to make customers happy, which makes a bit too easy sometimes, but it is also a very relaxing game
I loved this game since it was "Theme hospital" and 30 years on it is still my absolute favourite game!!!!
I mean, if anyone has played the original theme hospital, you'll know exactly what I mean when I say this is just as good and a cracker to revisit. The way they have kept that original magic, in a newly updated graphics engine and player design model is great.
It's also such a chilled out game to play, you can sit there with your family and relax and watch other things or chat to them while your hospital expands and gets better.
if you like the Sims type games, I.E playing God sort of.. You'll love this title. Sims, with a twist of lemon!
After playing the Two Point series on three different consoles... without any doubt the PC version is miles beyond the other formats available! The Xbox one was alright, but not the best.. playing this on my Switch in the bathroom was a vibe- but not as fun as on the PC

Played Theme Hospital as a kid and had a lot of fun playing this spiritual successor.
Currently have 2 more levels left to 3 star and 3 more remix levels and I'll be done with the base game.
This game reminds me so much of the game ''Theme Hospital'' and it makes me really happy because that game was my childhood and i love everything about it. I think this game might potentially even be better than Theme Hospital, because there is so many new features and things that genuinely improve the quality of life in this game. I definitely recommend it
I just started playing today and I already have 7 hrs of time into it. The gameplay is simple and oh so addictive. It's low stress building/decorating and management. I already know me and this game are going to become great friends.
Awesome game, is a pretty close remake of the old 90s game Theme Hospital, which was one of my favorite games growing up. Secretly ive waited along time for a remake, im glad they have, improved upon some key aspects overall VERY good game. 9.5/10
This is a great game if you like simulation and time management! I've loved playing and meeting the goals and the humor in the game is great! I'd highly recommend this.
I have over a hundred hours in this game and I have yet to finish the campaign (I'm a completionist) OR repeat any of the radio content. Speaking of the radio content, I love the hosts and how you learn their personalities! Plus its a clever way to give a story to the game. It was also smart to have that over just music and the PA system, because even though the PA system tells you useful info about the hospital if it was only those two things I think I wouldn't play the game as often. Overall this game is incredible, 10 out of 10, highly recommend
More than half of the game is expensive DLC. Not worth it.
I really like how each new hospital brings new challenges and new stuff to the game as well as able to use stuff you get from the hospitals in the new hospitals in the old ones as well upgrading all new and old hospitals as you go along. It is very addicting I tend to get lost in the game and loss track of all time...much to the dismay of my family LOL
**UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER ALERT**
I'm extremely disappointed with the DLC experience in this game. Paying for a DLC pack should grant you instant access to the content, not require you to complete a series of tasks or unlock levels. It's ridiculous to expect customers to jump through hoops just to play the content they've already paid for.
The fact that I have to go through all that hassle just to play a DLC pack that I've paid for with my hard-earned money is unacceptable. It's a total rip-off and a waste of time.
I expect a better experience from a game, especially when I'm paying extra for additional content. Until the developers change their DLC model, I would advise others to avoid this game and take their business elsewhere well if u are okay with it fine im not I aint get my moneys worth from this DLC pack warning u dont get the pack right away u have to through some crappy levels just to play it hell no after i paid for this extra add on for the game it should already be unlocked which I find to be very crappy get it together Sega because this sucks badly

I like the game! The DLC's can be a little be cheaper, but I don't regret buying this game.
Loved Theme Hospital by Bullfrog back in the day (and still do) - I am a big fan of what's been created here. So fun.
TLDR: Early observations: Good new version of a classic, but let me be clear, the classic version is better (especially if you played back in the day - and luckily you can play it in HD these days with CorsixTH).
The most noticable thing for me is the sound track, and puking people in my hospital (which to me added a ton of fun value to the OG). Also the soundtrack had these background noises like these horrible coughs etc, and I know this does not do anything directly to the gameplay, for me it degrades just a bit from the new game, and does not feel "quite right".
Also the advisor is way to annoying, even if you put him on "high prio messages only". The old advisor was waaaay more relaxed and only showed relevant messages every now and then, the new guy spams you every 5 seconds with stuff we are not interested in and keeps doing so for as long as you are playing...
For the rest this seems like a solid re-newed version of Theme Hospital as far as I have played (just started my second Hospital), but to me it just does not quite capture the magic of the first one.
Reccommended at these sale prices of 5.99 certainly if you never played the old one, but I wouldn't pay more. Also I am back to the original now again, so probably won't put to much time in this game anymore XD
A very fun game to play! The developers do a great job updating and keeping the packs exciting.
