Design and build your own hospital!
Build up a hospital from nothing to a masterpiece as you design the most beautiful – or functional – healthcare operation in the whole of Two Point County.
Optimise your hospital design to increase patient (and cash) flow, arranging corridors, rooms and waiting areas to your exact specifications. Expand your hospital to multiple buildings as you look to get as many patients through the door as possible.
Place decorative and functional items around your hospital to improve its prestige, lower patient boredom, increase happiness and keep those end of year awards flowing in.
Cure unusual illnesses
Don’t expect Two Point County to be populated with your usual types of patients. In this world, you’ll experience all kinds of unusual illnesses; from Light-headedness to Cubism – each requiring their very own special type of treatment machine.
Diagnose illnesses, build the right rooms to handle them, hire the right staff, and then get ready, because curing just one of these illnesses is just the beginning. You can handle a single patient – but can you handle a Pandemic?
Once you’ve conquered an illness, research improved cures and machines and turn your hospital into an unstoppable healthcare juggernaut.

Once you’ve cured the residents of a small harbour village, can you take on a bigger challenge in a busier hospital?
Improve your facilities, upgrade machines, staff and layouts to make more money, more quickly.
Train and improve your staff, levelling them up with new skills and abilities to make your hospital even more efficient.
Make use of the extensive statistic and information screens to analyse your strengths and weaknesses, and make rapid alterations. Adjust the price of your treatments, keep an eye on your turnover, take out loans and optimise your earnings.
You’ll be managing staff with unique personality types and traits, so you’ll need to keep an eye on who’s being efficient – and who is just a pain in the neck. Balance your workforce with your ambitions as you strive to make profit (and hopefully save some people along the way).

It is a very fun game that is perfect for beginners who want to learn micro-management
Love Theme Hospital? You'll adore this. I've played it for hundreds of hours on Xbox, PS4, Switch, PC Game Pass (when it was on there), and I sitll had to buy it for Steam. It's just that good.
A brilliant, fun, medical game which will keep you amused for hours. The "Speedy Delivery" add on pack is a little buggy, so hope they get that one sorted! The main bug now, is that the patients keep running on the spot and the game kind of dies a death! Shame, because the addition of vehicles to collect the injured parties on a map which competes with other hospitals is a great idea. Overall though, if you like medical environments and a little humour thrown in, this is your game.
Super fun game. Challenging, funny, engaging, lots of replay value. Makes me feel like Dr. House with all the malpractice I'm committing. 10/10.
A solid game in the genre. It doesn't wow or offend. I keep meaning to play this and campus more but the game just doesn't hold my attention.

I really love this game. It has all the heart of Theme Hospital with a complex and comprehensive management system that's easy to grasp and satisfying to master. Three-starring all 15 of the main hospitals took me just under 50 hours, so there's a sizable amount of gameplay if you're looking to be a completionist. Maybe I'll return one day and pick up the DLC packs. But for now, this was a nice and welcome dose of nostalgia and lighthearted comedy. Bonus points for the banger soundtrack.
Beautiful graphics, great humor, boring gameplay. The thing I think that annoys me the most is heat. You have to put little heaters *everywhere*. This applies to plants if you want to get the attractiveness up, etc. If you like just placing random stuff around it's fine but there's absolutely no challenge here. The game gets boring quickly.
Its fun at the base but there is nothing else to it. The game makes you repeat the base base base game 8 times, not an exageration, before you actually get to play it. and at no point do things get difficult or different. Its facile and boring beginning to end. As someone who plays sim games from Rimworld to Cities Skylines I cans say without a doubt that this is the worst sim I have ever played. Inches away from a mobile scam game.
In short, do not buy this, save the money for something better.
Playing Two Point Hospital is an absolute blast! It's hilarious how essentric and unexpected things can get, from curing patients with bizarre conditions to watching them struggle with ridiculous treatments. The humor is spot-on, and the colorful, cartoonish art style just adds to the fun. At the same time, it's surprisingly relaxing — there’s something really satisfying about designing your own hospital, managing staff, and figuring out how to keep everything running smoothly. Whether you’re trying to fix a bad situation or just enjoying the chaos, it’s a super enjoyable, feel-good game that’s hard to put down!
Highly addictive, can't wait for the new one to come out in March!

Just a fun, chill, game. No need for hyper focus, APM, great aim, or reading lore. Watch a movie while playing, and sit back and enjoy. Great music, fun gameplay loop.
I absolutely love this game and the whole concept behind it! Two Point Hospital perfectly scratches that simulation/management itch with a fun, lighthearted twist. The graphics are delightfully cartoony, which fits the game's humor and charm perfectly. The sound design is solid, but the real stars of the show are the little references, puns, and the incredible radio announcements. Seriously, I can't get enough of the radio! They're so fun and always make me laugh.
The gameplay is super engaging, but it can become a little repetitive after long sessions. The same goes for the music – catchy, but after a while, it does loop quite a bit.
That said, the simulation and management elements are incredibly well done. I love the unique challenges that pop up in different maps – they help break up the routine and keep things interesting. With over 250 hours spent in-game, it's safe to say this has become one of my all-time favorite sim games.
If you're a fan of sim/management games with humor and charm, this is an absolute must-play. Highly recommend!

If you like two point campus then you'll like two point hospital. A little different than the other, but still equally as good.
Fantastic game which has taken everything from the original, modernised it and polished it up. I've pumped in 40 hours over the Christmas period and can't get enough. My only gripe is you cannot assign Janitors specific areas like you can in the Corsixth re-implementation of the game and I feel its a feature that needs to be added. Yes you can assign them tasks but if you have a huge hospital they regularly neglect areas harming the attractiveness.

When Two Point Hospital first came out, I was a little skeptical about playing it due to its cartoonish theme and fictional takes on illnesses. I could not be any more wrong; Two Point Hospital might as well be the only Hospital simulator that you need. The game is easy to get into and manage. The music is catchy. There are lots of funny and interesting references. The "characters" will be forever memorable, and their voice actors should be really proud of having this game so engaging. I loved them all, even though it can get repetitive and annoying to hear music or them speaking repeatedly while you spend 200 hours trying to 100% this game. Believe me when I say that you will have to spend 200 hours to 100% on this game and complete everything. The replayability is here, from multiplayer collaborations (although it is hard to find people to help out) to sandbox to the vast number of campaign levels (need to buy DLCs). Overall, I would rate this game 5 Stethoscopes.
This is one of the greatest sim/management style games I've ever played! I loved it so much on Xbox that I bought a second copy on Steam.
Super fun RTS game. Very humorous. It's fun to decorate your hospital and see the wacky new diseases that emerge as your career unfolds.

Adorable and silly. So far I've really enjoyed the game. Some of the levels are WAYYY harder than others but each new DLC I've tried has been a fun change to the business management style of the base game. Overall, I highly recommend this if you're into management games that aren't overly stressful.

Downloaded this game without expectations, wanted something to play on my Macbook over the Xmas holidays home. Pretty cool game if you were into Theme Hospital :)
There was such a game "Theme Hospital" long ago, and in my memories, only a shadow remained of it. I only remember that it was pretty, interesting, and humorous. So "Two point" does a good job with "humorous", does an excellent job with "pretty" and handles badly the "interesting". And it seems that all the ingredients are in place, but there is no challenge at all. Everything is relaxed and measured as if the game is afraid to shock the player with a loss. It is made so according to the textbook in terms of a learning curve and increasing difficulty timing that it just becomes boring. At some point, you just want to shout at the screen "Let me lose already, I'm a grown boy, I can handle it." In general, this is a relaxed game of excellent quality, but you will inevitably tire of it at 10 hours of play.

Game is really addicting. Its really fun to explore new buildings/hospitals and unlock new stuff. I would recommend. I played for 4 hours straight.
A fun concept, but not executed hugely well. Your hospital design is highly constrained by the building shapes that are already present. The game mechanics are wholly divorced from a real hospital, which was a bit of a let-down when I expected something at least a little bit clinical (whereas it mainly functions as a "process" simulator in a very frustrating way). Graphics are good, as is the music, but the sound design is not my favourite. It is suitable for a wide age range, and does have some funny one-liner jokes and word play.

its supossed to be funny, but i'm not laughing.
its supossed to be a simulator, but the game mechanics are simple and stale.
its a kids game, where losing its really hard, and thats not something positive in the strategy and simulator genre.
i replayed theme hospital, and... i had more fun, its funnier, its harder, it has kiddish humor but its not a kids game.
its a really confused game, that tries to be a lot of things, but is shallower than the game its supposed to replace. in any way and form. and the dlcs, only add the same shallow content, its like the sims dlc strategy.
if you are looking for something more serious, and don't mind having less polish, then project hospital is the better game. its hard, its murky, but at least i could feel like managing a hospital.
if steam could have a "meh" option, that would be my choice, but if steam asks me to recommend it, my answer is no. if you are older go play theme hospital in an emulator or something. if you are younger, there a funnier strategy games that are not this shallow.

If you’re old enough to have played hospital tycoon and enjoyed the zany fun frantic gameplay of that you’ll love this. A modern reimagining a spiritual successor idk what you’d call it but it definitely takes lots of inspiraron the classic games of old and satisfies a long unscratched itch.
I've spent a lot of time playing this game, it's fun, unfortunately often repetitive, but I still come back to it when I need to switch off my brain for a while.

Amazing game with dad-joke desease names, a passive-aggressive hospital announcer and quirky radio speakers. Also a very rewarding feeling progression curve as you unlock new treatment rooms, staff specialities and items in every new level. 10/10
This is my favorite background game!! It's so fun and I wish two point campus was as good as this one. I like the customizable rugs and paintings so I can always put my favorite characters in the hospital and laugh about it. The illnesses are super creative too.
I'm not one to usually play the campaign modes of games but I did for this one and it was a lot of good addictive fun. Thoroughly enjoyed!
Eventhough this game is getting older , it is still a very nice and funny game. Not too much blood or gore scene, we are not following a medical tv show. The diseases are always taken with humour. I recomend this game without hesitation.

Fun enough for a few days however I did find it a bit stagnant as I got through many levels which felt very rinse-and-repeat. I did not finish the game however I may do at some stage. Recommended as it is enjoyable enough however would recommend purchasing on a sale
