The story

Features
Stamina Plays A Big RoleYou will not be able to endlessly attack or defend.
The difference in stamina means the difference in your game.
Managing stamina will be an important part of the game.
Character Ability
Your character’s ability can be upgraded with Gold. You can earn Gold by slaying monsters.
Strength, Health, and Dexterity are the three abilities you can build up.
Various Gears
There are about 100 different gears available in this game. Some gears will dictate the styling of your character as well. Some gears are found in monsters and treasure chests.
Attribute System
Monsters will keep getting stronger as you advance. Keep in mind of the weapon attributes which can make a deciding difference.
Pet System
There will be pets there to accompany you through the journey. You won’t be lonely.

There's still daylight, I must be missing something.
I am 32 years old.
My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.
When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.
Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.
After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.
Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.
Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.
Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

One Day: The Sun Disappeared had the potential to be an intriguing and atmospheric experience, but unfortunately, it falls short in several aspects, leaving players with a feeling of unfulfillment. Despite the promising premise, the execution leaves much to be desired.
One of the game's major drawbacks is its lackluster gameplay mechanics. The interactions and puzzles are often simplistic and uninspired, failing to provide any real challenge or engaging gameplay. Instead of offering captivating and thought-provoking puzzles, One Day opts for mundane and predictable tasks that quickly become repetitive.
While the visuals initially capture the desolate atmosphere of a world without the sun, the overall graphical quality falls short of expectations. The environments lack detail and visual variety, resulting in a monotonous and uninspiring experience. The potential for stunning visuals in a sunless world is not fully realized, leaving players wanting more.
The audio design, while atmospheric at times, fails to consistently deliver a captivating soundscape. The soundtrack is forgettable, and the lack of dynamic audio elements detracts from the immersive potential of the game. A more engaging audio experience could have greatly enhanced the overall ambiance and player engagement.
Another disappointment is the game's length. One Day: The Sun Disappeared is excessively short, leaving players craving more content and a deeper exploration of the intriguing concept. The lack of substantial storytelling and character development further contributes to the feeling of a missed opportunity.
While One Day: The Sun Disappeared offers glimpses of potential, it ultimately fails to deliver a truly satisfying experience. The underwhelming gameplay mechanics, lackluster visuals, and short length leave players wanting more substance and engagement. If you're seeking a truly immersive and captivating journey, this game may not be the best choice.

This game is very similar to 'East New World' but with horrible controls that cannot be customized. You will find yourself doing body rolls all the time even if you didn't intend to because you roll forward or backward by hitting right movement or left keys twice. This makes certain sections of the game impossible to play. The roll doesn't work when you want it to and you cannot stop the roll when you don't want to. The roll should have been assigned to a button and not to movement keys.
The fights are also sluggish. Once you go into an attack move, you can't cancel it if you decide to run away or dodge enemy attacks. You are stuck there swinging your weapon while the enemy beats you to pulp.
Not a bad game but in the end not worth your time. It was obviously ported from mobile game and it shows across the board
- menu structure can't deny it's roots at times it is useless with a gamepad
- graphics are barely OK on screenshots but the animations with cheap rigging look awful in motion
- worst of all the core gameplay loop barely works. Motion is stilted leading to either to static fights or a lot of cheap hits once enemies with longer reach appear
- boss fights seem nonsensical due to lack of proper motion
On the plus side the RPG loop is motivating on its on and later stages have some light puzzle elements that kept me interested. Not interested enough to finish but at least I don't regret the time spend.

Was looking forward to playing it. I love the graphics and the gameplay however couldn't get past the third level due to the amount of lag the game generates. It does great up until that point. :(
Controls are clunky and the pacing of the game wasn't enough to keep me engaged since it lacks gameplay depth. If you don't mind controls and if these kind of games are relaxing for you, then its not a bad buy for $6 I suppose. But I would honestly rather play this kind of game on a mobile device than on Steam. This wasn't for me.
In my opinion, this is quite a sluggish and uninspired game, not worth the time.
This game is solid. Its fun, challenging and has unique art and music. The only complaint i have is the lack of options for controller config. If i could set the mouse to attack and block, and "W" to jump i would be perfectly happy with this game. With all this said i give this game a huge thumbs up, i recommend it to anyone that loves a platform RPG themed game. Its just one of those games that gives off good feelings and it really makes me enjoy it. You die alot, but the game has its own unique way of pulling you back over and over with a huge feeling of accomplishment when you whip a bosses ass. 10/10 would buy again.
UPDATE: OK...with a little more time in, some points for you to consider...none of which are game-breakers for me, or enough to rescind this recommendation: I don't see a way to change the controls...I'm a mouse/keyboard guy...or in this game, keyboard only. Though the controls are easy to use, I know some folks might object for whatever reason...just sayin'. Also, nowhere to save your progress. If you don't make it to the end of a level, you start over...both while in-game and after exiting and starting again. Even with that, it's not unusually tough to get through a given level...a good tip for that is taking some of the coin you earn on missions, and using it to boost your character's strength, agaility or defense. It's the quickest way to get through levels.While there may be a way to get around either issue, I have not discovered it. That said, I still am having a blast with this, and neither issue detracts from my real enjoyment AT ALL. I remain VERY happy with getting this game...but since I seem to be the lone review thus far, I figured these may be important things for some of you. This remains, for me, one of my (already) favorite platformers in a LONG time, and the chiptune song is pretty awesome.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I can already tell this is an awesome game!! A smart, fun platformer, living up to its trailer. Normally I'd wait a bit longer to review...but there wasn't any feedback at the time of writing this. It's worth getting!! If you like platformers with some good action, smart responsive controls and fairness...this is already better than most, with 20 min. in at first writing I can already tell it's going to be a fave of mine...at least wherre platformers are concerned. Thought I'd let y'all know that...lol.
