I am 32 years old.
My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.
When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.
Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.
After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.
Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.
Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.
Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

Selling this game in steam should be considered as a War Crime, and devs must be judged like that.
ok, there is not enough in this review. So imma start right now with general and pretty objective comments:
- AI it's probably the best thing in this game, all you have to do it's to stand still in some place spamming the same shuriken and they just come to die.
- Graphics are seriously the best, you can see in the screenshots how well made they are, surely it was a huge competitor to games like Doom 2016, Dishonored 2, Uncharted 4. who knows, maybe they were humble enough to don't accept a nomination for this game.
- showing this in the D3 sale as "Another GREAT game", it was so accurate. but they forgot to actually include great games.
- i honestly hope the performance it's so bad due to Crypto mining than actually finding this game it's poorly optimized, it would make me feel dissapointed.
- i think this game was probably made in 15 minutes, China. Seriously? where's the labor exploitation? even Rockstar and their stupid crappy ports have some "Extra" work in their teams.
- Does this game has story? i'm sorry, i've been playing the whole game in Chinese so, it's not like i even noticed anything about the same generic character spamming and dying, i'm impressed at the end of the game i got a lot of achievements with names, like if i defeated some bosses, really? tell me which one of those ninjas was the boss? the one that died with 1 shuriken or maybe the another "NEW" design that dies with two? such a variety included in this game.
- Why they released this product? honestly, looking at the amount of crap in the Steam store, it's like a contest vs Nintendo to see whose have the biggest amount of trash in their stores.
- Bandai Namco, you have the fault for everything. i feel shame for your ancestors.
Fun game where you go around shooting enemies with your unlimited amount of shurikens and other limited special abilities!
For the achievement hunters, 100% completion should be easy enough to obtain as you survive each level! If you reach level 16, you should be safe! Then, it's just dying 100 times! :D
Recommended to get it on a sale! I got mine at 90% off the listed price during the Steam 2022 Winter Sale!

It is not a game for everyone, it feels like an arcade you could found
It is definetly not a great overall game, but I had fun while playing!

This is a fast paced arcade ninja game with a groovy soundtrack. Don't step into it expecting Sekiro , especially at the asking price. It has a lot of potential but is let down by organized chaos.

A very interesting game to say the least. I would expect to see a game like this in an arcade cabinet.
Fun, replayable, and a great mindless game to play.
This game is trash, let me be clear. This is the kind of game were overlaid sound effects blow out your speakers, where there is no tutorial or button map, where the edge of the game world has that infinite echo effect, and where there is no vertical collision, so you just snap to the top of whatever you walk over. Oh, and don't assume for a second that you can max the graphics on this and play normally. Don't be a hero, choose medium.
Even by indie standards- Even by FREE standards, this game is bad. But you know what? I played it solidly on Medium for 33 minutes until I was killed by seemingly the final boss (and yes, this is an arcade-like, so no checkpoints, no saves, just a high-score), and I had fun. It's dumb, it's bargain-bin, and your brain will be so switched off that you probably won't even remember playing it... but for 50p on sale? I can recommend that. The gameplay quality will be worse than you expect, but you'll have as much fun as you hope. There is something very satisfying about wiping out massive waves of enemies without trying.
Oh, and don't be fooled, this isn't a twin-stick shooter. You fire in the direction you're running, which is limited to 8 directions even on a gamepad, but there is aim-assist. You'll take stupid hits, especially from ranged enemies, but the health drops are fairly generous, and my first death was against the final boss's (?) nuke, so just have fun and don't think about it.
all you do is hold the circle button. it's not fun and it looks like shit. please don't buy this game.
This game is a piece of shit but in a good way and at least it does what is described on the tin. Bought it for 69 cents and i don't regret my purchase... Doesn't pretend to be anything it isn't, gives you that b-movie experience but with the videogame medium
There is a good game somewhere in here. I like the idea of fighting hoardes of enemies, and the various powers you can use. However, the game is poorly optimized and will not work because it cannot handle the huge amount of enemies it attempts to spawn. Your framerate will slow to a snail's pace as you either mash buttons and hope for the best, or just give in and let the swarm kill you. If this was fixed the game could be decent, and worth it for a bit of fun, but as it I cannot recommend this title.
