A bootleg of SFII, but it's pretty good for its price.
It has really nice pixel art graphics.
BUT...
If you expect any story you won't find it here. It's set in South Korea which is pretty unusual but the cast of characters which represent South Korea and that you can choose in Story Mode aren't really that much memorable.
The AI is bitch to fight against, the moves are slow, the specials are almost nonexistent and the objectives that you have to perform are nothing but annoyance adding to the diffuculty.
I'm not Fighting Game Fan but I played better ones.

Quite fun game if you know how fighting games work.
Solo campaign was simple and entertaining, unlike in many other fighting games.
I have no idea if playing against a player is any fun. Maybe.
