About the Game
Overcooked is a chaotic couch co-op cooking game for one to four players. Working as a team, you and your fellow chefs must prepare, cook and serve up a variety of tasty orders before the baying customers storm out in a huff. Sharpen your knives and dust off your chef’s whites, there isn’t mushroom for error and the steaks are high in these crazy kitchens!
The Onion Kingdom is in danger and only the finest cooking can save it! In Overcooked players must journey through a variety of cruel and unusual kitchens on their quest to become master chefs capable of conquering an ancient edible evil which plagues the land.
Play solo or engage in classic, chaotic couch co-op for up to four players in both co-operative and competitive challenge modes. You’ll have to cook a range of different dishes and work together in order to become the most effective and ultimate team!
A CULINARY QUEST
The Onion Kingdom is a rich world full of cruel and unusual kitchens for you to conquer. Take part in an epic journey and tackle an increasingly challenging and bizarre gauntlet of kitchens which will push your skills of co-operation and co-ordination to the very limits. Each level brings a new challenge for you and your team to overcome, whether it's sliding around on a pirate ship, moving between speeding trucks, cooking on an ice floe or serving food in the bowels of a fiery underworld, each level will test the mettle of even the bravest chefs.
SIMPLE CONTROLS/DEEP CHALLENGE
Overcooked is so easy to pick up that anyone can join in the fun, but finding a team who can communicate and co-ordinate their actions when the pizza hits the fan, that's when only a well-oiled team of super-chefs will come out on top!
DIFFERENT WAYS TO PLAY
Whether indulging in deep fried local co-op or sautéed single player, as you play through the game you'll unlock new levels, new chef characters and even competitive challenge levels which allow teams of two to engage in hard boiled head-to-head in the kitchen.
However you want to play, if you think you can stand the heat, then get ready to enter the kitchen!

Great family fun/fight!
Overcooked! is the first couch co-op game my girlfriend and I really fully got into. We’ve enjoyed playing games together in the past, It Takes Two, Stardew Valley, lots of watching me play games, but Overcooked was the first game where both of us had to lock in. We completed the game fully, getting 3 stars on every mission, and it was a tough but super fun experience.
I hate this game in a loving way. I hated every time I would sprint to the serving window just as an order ran out of time, I hated finishing a meal and realizing all the plates were still dirty, I LOATHED that ice level where you had to make a death run for every single ingredient. Despite this, we persisted, got better, communicated as a team, and learned each level to get the 3 stars. In actuality, most of the levels were not super difficult, a good 70% were fairly easy to 3 star and only a few took more than 2 or 3 tries.
The visuals were very charming, perfectly silly enough not to fully rage at. I love how each area evolves in its layout of the kitchen, slowly adding more and more obstacles while simultaneously lowering the quota so as not to make the difficulty spike too bad. If you’re looking for a game that tests your mettle in a cooperative setting, and one that requires strong communication with some hectic randomness, Overcooked is a great shout.

Very fun. Chaos. Wow.
Es un juego muy creativo con niveles caóticos que te mantienen alerta todo el tiempo, la historia es divertida y las animaciones de los personajes son bastante simpáticas. Lo recomiendo muchísimo
It was a fun time, but I wish there were difficulty modes that changed the amounts of stars you need to progress, or added time or something. I've hit area 3 but they need 2 stars on most of the previous to go forward. I want to play with friends and family who aren't used to video games, and some have never played in their life, and we had a great time until it was too difficult for us to progress. Have a Grandma and toddler mode please!
My GF, flatmate, and I are playing this every day. We had to make an agreement: Only one level a day. (We try to get 3 stars) Otherwise we would stay too long awake.
Its such a good game, and finally a game that´s pretty hard.
OH MY GOD THE MUSIC IS SO STRESSFUL - we resorted to muting it and WOW the game is actually really chill without it it's crazy how much the vibe changes
El juego está muy mal optimizado, se traba bastante y va con mucho retrazo
Super fun co-op game! Get ready for major laughs and success or critical communication failures and burnt dishes!
My only real complaint is that there is no online multiplayer unlike overcooked 2, meaning this product is quite useless as i only play online multiplayer with friends. If this isn't an issue, then go for it, get this game, but for me, this is essentially useless. Remote Play for steam is quite bad so i didn't really mention it.
Best cooking tutorial in the world. Before i played this game i could barely cook ramen noodles, but now I own 2 Michelin star restaurants and constantly get high scores in this duolingo-of-cooking game, tennouttaten game
Great way to connect with someone u love.
Overcooked is a cooking simulator game where teamwork is key. We take on the role of a chef(s) and play through a variety of kitchens, trying to complete orders while avoiding the many environmental hazards abound and trying our best not to burn down the kitchen. Each level has distinct objectives and requires different strategies to complete. The kitchens become increasingly challenging as we progress with more complex orders to prepare. The gameplay is chaotic and very fast-paced. While stressful at times, this is an extremely satisfying co-op game. The game is still fun solo, but it was really designed to be enjoyed with other players. I've had very memorable moments with friends as we tried to turn in that final order before the timer buzzed. It's unfortunate that there is no outright online mode, players do have to team up the old fashioned way. There is the possibility of using remote play to invite another player but I haven't ever tested it. Overall Overcooked is a great couch co-op game and I highly recommend it. I'm a terrible cook in real life so I live vicariously through this game!
Controllers are not detected, no fix in 3 years, even after hundreds of players are affected by same error.
muito bom
gg!
Easily the best game I've played in 10 years. Every character has their own charm and felt fun to unlock, every level is fun but challenging if you want to 3 star everything. Co-op is such a must but solo is also great. 11/10 I'm now hungry
I'd definitely play again if I had a friend to play with but this game is nearly impossible to play alone. I'm on PC and there's no way I can do it
its rlly fun but i barely have someone to play with, its hard to control two chefs alone '-.-
yes we fight so hard to 100% achievement that the kitchen explode thank you very much
My wife is not into gaming at all, but this got us going in the evenings as a thing to do together, and she's totally into the game. Great co-op, good fun! On my way to making my wife a gamer one day, slowly but surely.
Me and my friend bought the game yesterday only to find out it only supports local co-op, not being able to play together via steam friends. Played only just for a few minutes figuring out how to work the via steam friends co-op, uninstalled and then requested for a refund.
I keep burning food T_T
fun
Very cute, me and my boyfriend did pretty well. although we did yell at each other a lot, it was all fun jokes and games
It is a good game, but If you are away from your friends or partner, your dreams will crumble because of the connection problems on remote play together.
In my case, we tried to connect but I could connect to my partner but can't see their window with stable connection or my partner couldn't input their controller to my game.
overcooked more like perfectly cooked mm scrumptious
amazing game, loved it. Played with my partner and we really bonded together over it. great game for couples.

This game makes you hate your friends, causes arguments and makes you never want to cook with them... And BOY is it amazing! The controls are simple, a few button pushes to do various kitchen actions and also dash across the screen.
This game is designed for couch co-op and it really does add to the experience when in that setting. Playing online is also very enjoyable and probably safer for friends as they aren't within grasping distance.
Incredibly fun, simple gameplay and it brings you all together (or apart) in this fantastic cooking game. Which to this date, I still haven't completed, and I doubt I ever will. But I will have lots of fun each time I boot it up!
Very stressful, good game
If you need another reason to argue with your spouse, play this game. You'll love it.
A very cute and cartoon game made for multiplayer even though I played mostly alone to challenge myself and it was very nice. I still need to get all the stars at all levels but I am near the end. I recommend this game!
Some of the best couch party games you'll ever find nowadays. There aren't many games that rivals the Mario Party experience of calling your friends to fuck around and have fun with each other, something like Uno does. It provides moments of heat and anger but not in a bad way, it's extremely relaxed and fun.
Must have in your library if you have people coming over to your place frequently.
Fun, chaos and frustration, that's all you need to know. Oh, and bring three friends with you to share all that good stuff
super fun and helped me fool my bf into thinking that im a good cook
Super fun game but it kinda sucks that you can't remap the keys. I'm one of those people who like to have a bit more control about how I interact with a game, it helps with immersion, and honestly it's kind of weird that a game with only a few needed keys can't be remapped unless you use a shady download. I'm aware that this game was intended for console, but being able to do something as simple as switching the ctrl key with capslock, or even switching ctrl and shift with Q and E, would make a world of difference for the game play.

Perfect coop game to play with friends.. If they are good enough. :P
