Risky Rescue is a demanding arcade game with flat design graphics and innovative controls. Fly a helicopter and do dangerous missions rescuing people. At each level you’ll need to save people standing on the mountain tops, roofs, platforms hanging in the air, etc. Unlock helicopters with different parameters, complete over 50 demanding levels. If that’s not enough try yourself in endless mode, where your skills can compete with the timer. Use your reflexes but be gentle, there is no place for mistakes in Risky Rescue.

This game is enjoyable for the first hour or so, but it quickly becomes very repetitive. If you're looking to 100% it, you'll spend the majority of your time farming coins to buy all the helicopters, as completing all the main stages gives nowhere near enough coins.
I simple and silly helicopter rescue game that's worth the buck if you're looking for a way to kill an hour or so before it get's boring.
Risky Rescue is a flight simulator (not the cool kind) where you control your helicopter and try to save all the victims before your AI (or other player) gets to them. Whoever rescues the most, gets the stars.
A lot of the levels are based off a time, too, even if you saved 4 of 5 people, you have to be under a certain amount AS WELL. On top of the 50 levels of varying risky rescues, you get Endless Mode where you save as many as you can with rockets, airplanes AND rising water coming for you!
It was actually pretty good, despite having to farm over 7,000 coins for purchasing the rest of the helicopters I hadn’t bought yet. It’s simple, move left or right, but FUN.
Good soundtrack, something that you didn’t really mind and weren’t so annoyed you turned it off. The effects of the rockets and planes was really nice – specially to avoid dying at the last second in Endless.
Even though the graphics are a bit ‘simple’, I really enjoyed them. All the details and small items were really entertaining and kept you interested.
And you can definitely replay this and by can, I mean you will. A LOT. But it’s still fun and feels rewarding when you smash your score in Endless.
I would recommend it if you want some challenge in your life, and maybe getting a friend to come play so you can show off your skills!

It's like Choplifter with bots. It just feels like an old flash game. Casual games are fun and all, but this one doesn't engage me at all.

TLDR: Mobile-Grade momentum management featuring tiny 2D helicopter. 2-inputs (left+right). Helicopter moves in swathes, sort of like a flappy bird design. Unpleasant.
It is a simple game in which you must beat a shadow version of the helicopter to the little civilian sprites and make it back to the landing pad.
The controls are infuriating regardless of input method. The game is audiovisually low ambitions and the game design is low effort overall. Removed for declutter.
The steam store listed it as local multiplayer but that is a lie. Thats the only reason I bought this game.
Another cheap, fun and easy to learn game. Risky Rescue is very casual and fun for an hour or so. A quick thrill for $1 is worth it if you just want to try something quick out. Plus it has steam cards. Worth the purchase, however it would be much better on mobile.
This is a fun little game for $1. The controles are tough, but thats the fun of the game. I played for a few minuets and moved on. Navigating the game is kind of anoying. Lots of double and tripple clicks to start or go anyplace. 5/10 overal, so its a weak thumbs up.
This is a great simple game. Endless is awesome. The verus is pretty dang fun as well. My only qaulms are that the Ai is stupid so getting 3 stars is near impossible without a friend / human competator and that there aren't enough people playing it.
Also, huge bonus. It is uber cheap.

Can play one handed which is a bonus cause i have a broken arm and that limits choices.
Is simple enough to enjoy while watching shows or podcasts, which makes games really addictive to me.
I prefer that to a game with to much audio story.
Minor improvements would be full screen larger levels and a clearer upgrade system.
I've only played this game for 24 minutes as of writing this review, but I've grasped the concept and am certain that I've experienced everything.

* Some achievements are pretty grindy, like buying all of the helicopters
* The hitbox seems to slightly bigger than the helicopter itself actually is.
It's a fun, cheap game. No regrets. I'll be playing this for a few hours in total most likely

this is a great game if you're trying to kill time. the campaign isn't hard to complete, but you have the wonderful option of playing "endless mode". this mode basically test your skill in the longrun. i just think the campaign is too short compared to how many choppers are available in the shop. i myself completed the campaign really fast, and grinded cash in the endless mode later, to achieve all the achievments.
positive:

easy to get all achievments (aiming at achievment hunters)
no buggs or errors (not as far as i've experienced)
doesn't require anything from your computer

negative:
really repetitive messages in campaign (try again, you sure you wanna try again? etc)

choppers maybe a little too expensive
gets very repetitive and borring after a while
sounds getting really annoying after a coupple of runs
all in all i think this game is really good, considering the price. it has a few "problems", but none of them really ruined the game. i would recomend this game, as long as you dont beat my score in endless. rank #40 with 197 points ;P
Simple short game. But was challenging at first until you get used to the handling of the helicopter. For the price, fun to play and have in your library.
Any game that FORCES you into a publicly matched game is terrible. While there is an option to play with bots, it only works if you hit the button before the game automatically joins you to another human opponent.
I much prefer to play with bots, especially while I am trying to figure a game out.
OMG!!! This computer is so lucky that I must go to my prom, because of this game it would explode. I played (till now) 67mins and I complited half of the game, and my eyes are burning, my brain is in big pain, and Iam so sad that I must go to my prom. Wait for me Risky Rescue, Ill be back!!!!

So I just finished all the achiewements, and Iam so glad that I have bouught this game because its so, so good, and fun to the end. Thanks to DEVs of this beautifull game. 10/10!!!

A very simple game, similar to many flash games I used to play at school. The controls are simple, but nothing innovative to them like they claim. Overall there is very little content, 50 levels of which you must do with bots or online/with friends, so the only real single player is the endless mode. The levels themselves are easy enough to 3 star, makiing the achievements relatively easy to get, except for one, which baffles me, you get about 20-30 gold per level complete with 3 stars, I'm not sure the exact scaling for it, but you need about 26000 gold for all the different choppers, which is absurd, I am currently grinidng endless mode to try to get this last acchievement jsut because I would feel weird leaving it unfinished, but the amount of time it's taking for the amount of content in the actual game is ludicrous to say the least. Luckily it's a cheap game, so you won't lose much if you play it outside of some time spent elsewhere. Overall it's a short simple waste of time if you have nothiing better to do, but there is nothing new or innovative here.
It is more challenging then timberman but still really fun
if you are in more for a challenge than this is the game for you for 1 dollar it is good 9/10
This game is so much fun but can have so many levels and longer levels I got this yesterday have played 1 hour of it and am on level 30 out of 50 if they were longer and there were more levels i would be at 15/75 and that means i am not close to completing the game
This game is gr8 if you're bored and have nothing else to do but waste your life on a video game
I've played 8 hours and I'm rank 3 global with every achievement in the game, and I got this 1 & 1/2 days ago lol. [b]Surely worth 99 cents since the game is simple and fun to rek your friends and stuff.[b]
I just wish that Co-Op was implemented into the game already although competitive multiplayer is just as fun.

Quite funny arcade game where the only controls are left or right. If you move left/right you gain altitude, if you don't move, you drop altitude. It's a race against the opponent to collect the most tourists and come back to landing zone, played on the split screen – it is slightly annoying that on my half of the screen I can see a shadow of the bot, it uses always the same chopper as the player so sometimes it gets confusing. Over 20 choppers with different stats and 50 maps are available.
It can offer 2-3 hours of fun. For £0.79 I think it's worth it.
This game is beautiful, sounds gorgeously PC-Speaker like, it's **cheap as dirt** and YOU SHOULD PLAY IT. Pro-tip: in fact, it's more like a classic River Raid than UGH! or Space Taxi. Pure retro. Totally recommended.
P.S.The competitive vs BOT mode is not that bad actually. I kinda liked it as it kept the game going pretty well and the bot acts silly sometimes so it can even make you laugh - almost like with a real human player. I don't care whether this is as intended or not but far too many developers forget to emulate such behaviour when writing an AIs. Oh, and the BOT crashes himself with shame when you are ahead of him, rescuing the folks faster than he can ^^.
