Another great Lego game. Too bad they didn't cover the whole trilogy before the Skywalker saga collection. They gt there eventually though.

Honestly I would have refunded this game but I had it too long in my library, I don't like puzzles and a large amount of this game is puzzles. I do not understand the story because I have never seen any Star Wars movies. I got this game because it looked cute compared to all the other games I play, and it was on sale. I have also noticed this game causes the fans in my lap top to spin faster which drains my laptop battery faster, even though it is plugged in. This game is a yes and a no for me, I do not like it, but many of you will. So I have to give it an up vote, but really its a maybe vote from me.

Star Wars in Lego. Puzzles, some of the stages are a bit weird but mostly complete-able. Kinda moot since you can get the saga now.

It's very fascinating game because I love Lego games since childhood. I've played Lego games such as Lego Indiana Jones and Lego Batman that make me nostalgic. In this game, they added new features that I've never seen before and it impressed me :)

Worst Lego game so far.
Pros: Good additional missions.
Cons:
- Bugs. Too many, too often. Shame I need to replay some missions 1-3 times and get same bug or game crash without any save.
- 50-100 hub side missions. Lazy copy paste. It’s torture to get 100%.
- Main story completed in 5h. And it feel stretched to maximum.
- Over 250 characters and hard to find one you need. Most of them is variations of one character.

trash game, long and unsinkable cut scenes and when i got into the game it had weird controls. I also want allowed to Window out of the game which sucks.

I've only ever played LEGO Ninjago before this, and I think I may have enjoyed the gameplay of that one more. But this is still good. The amount of collectibles, activities and optional missions available are staggering. I've completed the main campaign, but that's only a fraction of what this game has to offer.

I'll keep playing the Free Play modes and unlocking more characters and vehicles. But as I write this review, I'm not even 50% on total collections!!!

This is not the grinder game I'm looking for, so it's unlikely I'll get 100% like I did in LEGO Ninjago, but for now I'm enjoying the post-game. Recommended.

It's a game that's worth it, I've played it and finished it before I had steam, the combination of star wars and lego is awesome, if you're a STAR WARS fan this is the right game for you!

I played LEGO Star Wars the complete saga on the DS years ago and I wanted to try out this game before playing Skywalker Saga. I can honestly say that I had a lot of sun with it. Yes, levels are a bit stretched out since it's only meant to cover one movie, and the cast of characters is super bloated, but I still had a good time. There are still bonus and DLC levels for me to do, but at least the first one I did just didn't capture my attention like the main game, so I'll take a break for now. One day I hope to come back and finish everything.

The game bugged a few times, but overall a fun experiance. 6.9/10

Seriously so much fun. Insane how much content they packed in seeing as it’s only featuring one movie. Also, the original cast of The Force Awakens voices their characters for everything, even the new stuff like DLCs~

The Game is full of bugs.
Sometimes mission objectives don't spawn or worse you're locked in a sequence and can't escape.
Beside the missing objectives that can be handled with restarting the mission, the controller support is abysmal trying to close a valve is impossible with the controller since it requires a specific speed that is humanly impossible to hold so you have to change your controls to either using a keyboard or the controlls to operate a valve.

On top of all those problems you're forced to watch every video sequence and can't skip them this includes the horible long intro when you start the game every time.

I normaly don't write comments on games but this one was so bad that I had too and I love lego games in general I played most of them on various consoles but that one broke me.

Worst Lego Star Wars Game ever

Even though it's about the first Disney star wars movie, It's still a very good game

Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens is definitely not in my top 3 of the Lego Star Wars series. While it brings the usual fun and humor of Lego games, it just didn’t capture the magic of some of the earlier titles in the series. The gameplay is solid, but it feels a bit repetitive, and it doesn’t have the same charm and excitement that Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga or Lego Star Wars: The Clone Wars brought.

One of the main issues for me was how it felt like it was just trying to follow the movie a little too closely, without bringing enough new or creative elements to the table. The levels felt more linear, and there wasn’t that same sense of freedom and exploration that I loved in other Lego Star Wars games.

It’s still a fun game if you’re a Star Wars fan or a fan of Lego, but it’s not something that stands out as a must-play in the Lego Star Wars series for me.

Wonderful Game! does a great job of telling the story of The Force Awakens in Lego form I also love the side quests/story's it's a wonderful game the graphics and quality, I would recommend to Star-Wars fans!

Star Wars!

Don't get it twisted, I don't necessarily think this is a bad game, but I do feel a bit ambivalent towards it. If you like the sequel trilogy and TFA, you'll probably like this game, but if not, you probably won't (shocker, I know). Most of my issues with the game are really a result of the source material it's based on, but unfavorable bias towards the sequel trilogy aside, I can't say I enjoyed playing through the story too much. As far as Lego game standards go, I found the story levels to be a bit lackluster; plus, it felt like the game was stopping every other minute to play an arbitrary cutscene to pinpoint really obvious puzzle elements, which did no favors for the pacing of the gameplay. That being said, I did find myself enjoying the post game content quite a bit more. The bonus levels are (generally) pretty fun, and the DLC levels are (genrally) even better. Still, if you're craving a Lego game, I hold firm that there are better options than this one.

This game is better than the Skywalker Saga one!, the graphics is better and the animations are also better, even the game is also cheap, even the character textures, models, and also the robots, they shine and look more realistic, I would recommend this game!

The missions are unfun, and uninspired.

Some Changes and humorous plot twists to the original story. I like it! I recommend it to you to buy it with LEGO STAR WARS: The Skywalker Saga!

Pros:
- Based off of Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens
- DLC Levels are fantastic
- Big Character Roster, if you own all the DLC characters
- Carbonite Bricks are an ambitious addition
- Fantastic Soundtrack, especially when it comes to The Funk Awakens
- Most Cutscenes replicate the charm of Episode VII: The Force Awakens
- Rey is very cool
- Perfect on Steam Deck

Cons:
- Quick Time Events can make boss fights very dull and abysmal
- The Phantom Limb Level Pack and the Droid Character Pack were not part of the Season Pass
- Side Missions are ultimately reliant on trial and error
- Collecting various items gets repetitive quickly
- There were crashes when players tried playing the game, but thankfully that got fixed
