Кроме того, в Heliborne есть детализированный тренировочный полигон, где пилоты могут испытать любой вертолет перед настоящим боем.Многопользовательские режимы

Вертолеты-разведчики маленькие, быстрые и маневренные, однако много десанта вместить не могут. Ударные вертолеты вообще обходятся без десанта: их задача — найти и уничтожить противника на земле или в воздухе. Многоцелевые вертолеты способны перевозить большие группы солдат и нередко оснащены мощнейшим оружием, что делает их универсальным выбором на поле боя.
Четыре эпохи развития вертолетов, от 1950-х до 2000-х
Вьетнамская война считается эпохой созревания вертолетов, а в последующие десятилетия они становились незаменимой техникой для военных и гражданских целей. Разделение вертолетов на четыре исторических ступени соответствует этапам развития винтокрылой авиации.

it's 2024 and I'm still addicted.
For those that like the Grind of War Thunder, but with way less options (for now?) and waaaaay more chill fun.
Abandoned and buggy.

How, the absolute HECK, does this game not have, at the most, a mostly negative review?
I paid like 6 bucks for it and I'm actually disappointed to the point that I'm writing a negative review.
The online is dead. The landing gear doesnt retract. You cant play anything but the first generation of crap helicopters until you invest in your squadron. The crappy music of the era never stops. The landing gear doesnt fkn retract!
The worst part, though, is that there's all these reviewers on here talking about how they think its a great game, its unbelievable. If they are fake, then its money well spent, cuz they convinced me to buy this piece of crap. ugh.
Excellent play, fun, challenging to master but simple to play, an excellent use of rest time.
I could not get this game to start property on Linux under X, it kept fucking up my graphics requiring restarts. Garbage.

Highly Recommend Heliborne Collection game ! especially now at a sale of 80% it's an amazing single/multi/Coop game. get ready for the conflicts over land, sea and air, the battles will rage over the countries as vietnam,afghanistan,yugoslavia and some others. this version comes with it orginal version and a enchanced version. this game comes with many helicopters to unlock and manage. also you can make your own squadrons to fight with on the battles. the upgrading and unlocking system feels easy (especially if you play/(ed) games like WT/WOT/WOW)

The game is not bad,actually is very enjoyable. It was made by a very small team,and they did a great job (even in some little details like the dress on the troops or the kind of armor for each side) but now all that effort lays somewhat,let to rot.
The "enhanced" edition (that is a big word to put at it) have a pair of new helos,and is all,so doesn´t worth it.
PVP sucks,just plain.
PVE is great,and you don´t need a lot of people on each mission,with 3 and you're done with it.
The thing is,the developers had a good idea,the chance to even put a good round against War Thunder, but now the game is just there,anything new, no new maps,no new camos,no new graphics option...nothing. And still, is pretty fun to play.
Is a game for relax. No big deal, but, maybe, is the best chopper-based combat game over there, but saddly, we will not have more of it...unless a new developer, with more resources, take the idea.
I need to quit playing this game and start playing ARMA3 which is also in my library and yet here we are 12hrs later....Don't buy. I want to like it but I just don't.

Honestly the best helicopter game on the market currently. Ignoring the fact that it is one of the only. If you want to have fun in helicopters, get this game.
The PVP kinda sucks to be honest, I mean helos can, but really aren't meant for air to air combat. You are trying to support your ground forces as they attack enemy LZs while the enemy does the same, ei: attacking ground targets. So it usually ends up to helos strafing side to side trying to hit each other with unguided rockets or machineguns. You can be sneaky and drop RPGs at the LZs so when the enemy lands they get popped. Later in the tier tree you get air-to-air missiles. Still, kinda sucks. PVE is the best, there's also a handful of single player campaign missions, but in reality you'll spend most of the time in PVE. Just a variety of task you accomplish with your team, with each helo having specific roles. Though rather simple, it encourages team work in order to win.
Keep in mind, you'll have to grind to unlock all the helos in the tech tree, but don't worry, this grind is no where near as bad as War Thunder. The points you gain from playing matches can go to anything, so you can research weapons, news helos, or new paint jobs from either tech tree.
The bad side of this game, the 'enhanced edition' is usually completely empty. The graphics really aren't that much better and really doesn't improve on anything. The game itself is also rather basic. Your thermal sighs aren't actually thermals, just turns the screen black and white. There is no cockpit view, just a very basic overlay. The graphics are mid. Lastly, the developers have largely abandoned this game, so don't expect new aircraft, maps or improvements.
Despite this, it is still a fun game. You get a collection of helicopters and you can do helicopter things. No other game really offers anything on par with it. There is no steep learning curve, high grind requirement, or heavily toxic player base (War Thunder) to deal with. Just hop in your helo and have fun.

Handles very much like a real helicopter. It does have quite a steep learning curve but well worth persevering with it. Love the graphics. Wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone.

So there is actually a decent amount of customization, unlocks and randomly generated stuff that makes this game amazing! The enhanced version unfortunately requires some button mapping to be done for controller but its only a few and works well!

It's a very good game, simple as that.. =) Good action and good planing / strategy.
It's a bit of a difficult recommend, but I can't deny the many hours of fun I had (and on still occasion still have) with this game since I played it in alpha. It's a great little co-op helicopter arcade game that does a decent job at promoting teamwork and with a good variety of maps and objectives for replayability. While the developers have abandoned this game and Enhanced Edition was a disaster, there is still enough of a community presence in Heliborne Classic to see 2-3 lobbies open during peak hours.
The game may have been abandoned, but it was abandoned in a good, workable state. If it ever goes on sale, it's not a bad pickup.
The game seems unfinished and uninspiring clone of War Thunder. The ingame UI is a mess, creating squadrons is buggy as hell... Not worth more than 5 bucks.
