Meet new characters at science facility, such as Dr Mean. He likes to launch a rocket. Defened base from evil three leggedd crabs and their little brothers while taking a cruise in your sweet hotrod. Once all is safe launch the rockit youself. Shock! Awe! Mr. Trance has been slayed by the evil alien grubz. Stay tuned for the next exciting chapter! ...... any day now......

There is no good game play or soundtrack.
Source engine offers bad physics. It is laughable but instead, you are gonna cry due to their pathetic attempt of making game.
I need to refund this.

The first hunter fight and the final segment with the striders were really cool.

definitely the worst modern Half-Life, most of the game is a slog to go through, but damn does that ending make up for a lot. a main character dying! RIP Eli, heart-wrenching last scene. few games have really made clear the total fact of death, one moment you're there and alive and telling people not to watch your death, and the next moment your corpse hangs lifeless. everything gone.
Some of the cache-finding is pretty hard, but overall great game

this is the best game i ever played
This game is great and I had a lot of fun. However, it's not a flawless game. The flaws didn't bother me much though.
Overall, my experience with Episode 2 was far better than the one I had with Episode 1.
Here are the flaws that are present in both Episode 1 and Episode 2 :
- Alyx or other allies often physically blocking our way.
- Unskippable in-game cutscenes. Also, the contrary - dialogues that are unfinished ('' bug '' triggered when loading a zone).
- Unavoidable deaths/traps (but not even close to being as bad as in Episode 1).
- Unnecessarily slow and boring start (much worse in Episode 1).
- Sometimes not knowing where to go or what to do (worse in Episode 1).
- Saving a lot is required on your first playthrough.
I did enjoy Episode 1, but it was boring and bad (sometimes frustrating) for almost the first 2 hours. Episode 2 is only slow for about 10 minutes at the beginning, and here and there afterwards.
Specific things I liked other than the general gameplay :
- I loved certain weapons specifically. The rocket launcher and the crossbow were my 2 favorites.
- Having the weird alien monsters as allies was pretty cool.
- Killing the antlion guardians was cool, but they had too much HP. The fight dragged on a bit. But it was cool still.
- The last big fight was very good as well. I had to save multiple times and redo certain sections because of the difficulty.
It's not a bad thing though. It was simply more challenging.

I'm furious they scratched Episode 3 and didn't bring back Shephard.
What an absolute phenomenal follow up from HL/Black Mesa & HL2. I have done nothing but enjoy my time with the story & lore from the entire Half Life series. With that being said, Half Life 3 needs to happen in my honest opinion.

Excellent ending for Half-Life 2, sad that we will never see Episode 3 but that's OK. New forms of gameplay introduced are solid and well-used, combat stays interesting and Half Life looks better than before. The combat musics are especially good this time around.
However, this episode feels a lot more boxed in than the base game or Ep 1.

This game picks up directly after the events of Half-Life 2: Episode One. You have to deliver a crucial data packet to an old missile base, while getting through challenging obstacles. It also introduces a few new enemies, and it offers several hours of action-packed gameplay. Overall, this game is an excellent episode for Half-Life 2.

The final of Half-life 2 history, i love half-life and i recommend this game.
No more reason to buy this after the 25th anniversary. Game is still good though.
