DreadOut : Keepers of the Dark is a new standalone horror game that takes place in the DreadOut universe. In this missing chapter, you will help Linda face the challenges of the DreadOut world with even more dangers lurking within.
Follow the event in which Linda was transported by The Mysterious Lady in Red into The Mirror Realm. A portal of worlds that connects it to 8 haunted dominions where 13+ horrific ghosts are ready to greet her in the most terrifying way possible. They will stop at nothing to thwart your main objective: To survive!
So, get your smart phone and SLR camera ready and choose your path wisely. The doors you open will decide the outcome of Linda's fate.

awful level design!
I wanted to love these games because i go into part 2. but the trial and error is too much for just horror games. really kills the experience.
ONE OF THE BEST SEQUELS I'VE EVER PLAYED IN MY LIFE, it recreates all the magic that dreadout has but I would say that the enemies are good but not as good as the original.

If you've played the first DreadOut and though "hmm, I want more of this", then Keepers of the Dark is for you. It's basically a remix of the first game using it's assets, with a new questline and some new ghosts to keep you on your toes. It's not an amazing, must-play kinda deal, but it's fun for what it is.

honestly, it's not as good as the actual game. i think it's worth it if u get this on sale! supa anxiety inducing.

the combat is so fucking janky and some of the boss fights are infuriating as hell, but if you liked dreadout, then you'll like this game. it might be less scary, but the ghosts are more interesting/thought out, and the gameplay is more fun.
The girl is a trollop but it's fun
