really disappointing maybe worst small/indie horror game what i have played. I only played four hours because to get the achievements otherwise I would have gotten bored immediately and stop playing this. I never got scared when I played this and very boring game play almost same thing over and over, jump scares are stupid spam not scary at all and final hour is very frustrating because it is based almost entirely on luck so need to grind it over and over again to finish the game. Price is too high for this (i got discounted) so not that bad but still feels like i pay too much for this boring game. Maybe playing with VR glasses this is little bit better i don`t have those. So i give this only 3/10.

Awful, AWFUL game full of cheater bo beater mc double patty no feeters. Stupid puppets and their stupid mechanics and their stupid little cheating thingamabooby bobucurse-a-rino papachino ding a ling ding dong dang game.

I LOVED THIS GAME. The atmosphere is terrifying - I was sweating while playing this, and I had a really fun time. I do have a few issues with this game though.

1) For me this game is not re-playable. The only re-playable part about this game is the last hour (5AM) because it's actually difficult. Once you learn the mechanics, the other hours are too easy. I believe that this game is strictly meant to be played once, when you don't know everything about the game and have to figure it out yourself, because that is really the only thing that makes the first hours fun.

2) You can literally just stand in a corner in the living room and beat 12AM through 3AM easily. For 4AM, you can literally just stall the timer once you find Emily. Which is OK, I guess, but I feel like the countdown should be 60 seconds instead of 75. Then, all of a sudden, 5AM is the hardest thing ever out of nowhere. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the difficulty of 5AM because it really makes you sweat, but why can't the rest of the game be actually difficult to make this more balanced? I feel like the developer needs to add something where you have to actively go around the house while avoiding the dolls instead of just sitting in a corner. My idea was to make it so that you have to keep most of the lights on, or it will result in a power outage or something, so that way you would have to run and turn on the lights every so often.

Other than that, I would 100% recommend this game if it is on sale. It is a really fun experience! The second game improves on the first game's issues a lot, so if you're thinking about buying this, you might want to consider buying the second one.

I love this game. Though i hate dolls so it makes it even more terrifying. Its so much must fun, and im having a great time playing it. Got through the first two hours so far. Now gotta make it past Chester..

I like the mechanics of the game, can help with making a lot of different strategies, especially for 5 AM.

If you’re really bad at horror games, this one is actually great for you. I’m not great with them either, but I tried to play it as scarily as possible (home alone, headphones at high volume, in the dark) and nearly had a heart attack! Using headphones makes it even scarier.

The graphics aren’t amazing, but the sound design and eerie atmosphere definitely succeed in making you feel terrified. That said, the monsters aren’t very fair to play against, and the story is minimal to nonexistent. Performance isn’t great either, with optimization issues for weaker PCs.

If it’s on sale and you’re a fan of horror games, I’d recommend it. Otherwise, I wouldn’t suggest buying this game.

Es buen juego dentro de lo que cabe, solo que su precio no lo vale tanto. Esperen a que este en oferte.
El 90% del juego se pasa en fa, solo es la ultima hora, 5 a.m, la cual si representa un verdadero reto y toma rato. Para ser un juego corto y algo bugeado, no estuvo taaan mal.
Asi que lo recomiendo si quieren algo con que entretenerse un rato!! (solo si esta en oferta).

The games needs to explain itself better, but once you know what to do the game gets fun.

Simple jump scares, but its definitely an eerie vibe. I can't seem to play in VR anymore. It starts up and the head is tilted, can't fix, then if I step an inch out of zone the game just shuts down.

Meh. The scariest part was having the whole world lurch at weird angles if the HMD is not perfectly level upon dying,

10/10 best horror game ever made Emily Wants To Play i bought the game on ps4 gave up on it bc its scary it gave me nightmares but now im a adult it didnt give me nightmares and i made it through 5am i escape the building and got 100% achievement in Emily Wants To Play

The first four hours are relatively easy. The fifth hour however is very challenging as you have to deal with the other dolls at the same time, and it can be very overwhelming. Scary game ngl! For $5 it's definitely worth it

That was the first time I tried something like it. Usually my horrors are about hiding or running away.
At first, game was easy. But the last hour gave my nightmares. I thought I wouldn't be able to do it. I was angry, frustrated, sad, hopeful, disappointed and back again. But I did it in the end. Using my own strategy, I was able to beat all dolls and Emily.
No bugs, no technical problems. Everything was smooth and nice.
