i dont think i like dungeon crawlers
I finished this game twice. I loved it.
I would recomend, if you could change the volume of the background music, that's on the max volume all the time and make hard to hear any voice. Why the f*ck there is voice acting, if you cant hear anything 'cause this mother f*ucker loud music?!
I've never seen a character customization like that 😍 I am so in love already

This game is more irritating than fun. Took the worst part of Wizardry games (can't save when you adventure...only at the city) and then added on the messes up part that even though you may have wiped out a certain group in a battle, 2 minutes later the same type of group can all of sudden not be hit....at all. I sat for 10 minutes and I didn't hit them once even though I ran into the same group like minutes before. Even at $4 this game isn't worth the aggravation.
For reference my favourite in the genre is the Elminage series; It's a shame because Strangers of Sword City is almost there with decent ideas and game systems but it just didn't click with me. I realized after a while I was just grinding for stupid loot boxes that never gave me what I needed to gear up the Nth frontliner that replaced a previous one that was sent to the hospital for the next 5 hours of play. The feeling of never really moving forward is what killed the fun for me.
