To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Twinsen’s Little Big Adventure 2 Classic we’ve made some welcome updates to the first game as well!
- New Game+ Mode: start the story with end-game items like the Magic Sabre, Protopack and Magic Level 3
- Steam Achievements: try to unlock them all!
- Controller support and input remapping: play the game with the controller of your choice and remap the input to your liking
- Setting to turn getting hit by walls on/off
- Steam Cloud Saving
- Language selection
- Windowed Support
A Little Big Adventure
Originally released in 1994 as Little Big Adventure or Relentless: Twinsen’s Adventure, Twinsen’s Little Big Adventure Classic is an action-adventure game that became an instant classic on PC and PlayStation.
You play as Twinsen, a young Quetch living on Citadel Island on a planet that orbits between two suns: Twinsun. The dictator Dr. FunFrock uses cloning technology and teleportation to control the planet and its population. Twinsen is been having strange dreams in which the planet is about to be destroyed! The Legend says that only the Heir of Sendell, Twinsun’s beloved Goddess, can prevent this from happening.
Dr. FunFrock forbids everyone to even talk about Sendell’s Legend, so he locks Twinsen up in an asylum. Twinsen needs to escape to stop FunFrock, uncover his magical ancestry, protect the planet's secrets and meet his destiny.

An amazing little game with a big heart and an immersive dystopian world.
Despite having outdated controls and the screen being too zoomed in for today's standards, this game is still really fun to play, especially after having just completed the remastered version and seeing how each scene originally looked, it was a very nostalgic trip back to the 90's.

Negatives:
- Worst stun-locking enemies ever created. Pretty much every enemy can easily stun-lock you with a few exceptions: Final Boss, Spaddle workers...

Look past the graphics, embrace the tank controls and love the OG.

I love it, one of my favorite games!
I've played the second game before, cause it was the only one that came to Brazil at the time. I had the oportunity to play this one years later. Somethings were strange about the gameplay but this revamp they gave was really good. Loved it a lot. ♥
A classic from my childhood.
I can't say in words how much I love this game and how many times I played it.... Everytime I want to jump back in to my chiildhood I play it and it"s always a great time! I'll never get tired of this game, it is timeless!
This game has such a large amount of charm and is probably the most whimsical game I've ever played
I just can't recommend LBA these days. While many will remember it fondly, and there is certainly nostalgia value in playing it again now, there's just so much wrong with it. Wonky controls with an isometric camera, constraints around field of view, static camera placement and resolution, to say nothing of the technical limitations of the time in way of audio and visuals. Wonky animations and a bizarre focus on combat with a magic ball that requires accurate throws without the visual cues needed to do so. The fact that all of the enemies are far more powerful than you and will often bind you in a stunlock on your first hit. The plot, with a really interesting premise but not well realised with the constraint of the time.
This has been released towards supporting a remake from the new developer 2.21 - I recommend waiting and seeing what 2.21 do with a chance to make a fresh start.
