Crap game. This game does not even deserve to be $5 and if I could give it a lower review than a thumbs down, I would.
- Game softlocks you in some places (money required to buy a certain item to get to the final level) and in one instance you have to go looking for unintentionally hidden entrances to previously missed areas
- Controls are a mess, you have to guess where everything is
- Zero attention to detail or going back to fix errors/mistakes (There are a lot of spelling and grammatical errors)
- Character sprites have inconsistent sizes and proportions
- Character icons and sprites don't match
- Story is okay but both the story and character names lack any imagination/creativity
- Dialogue sucks, gives the vibes of being written some edgy 12 year old chronically on Wattpad/AO3
- Music is okay but inappropriate for some sequences
Yo, Raywin is straight up pixelated pain. It’s like the devs woke up and thought, “how can we make players suffer today?” And boom, here it is. This game’s a masterpiece in garbage. It’s so bad I can’t stop playing, like I’m stuck in a bad relationship. Worst experience of my life, 10/10, would keep torturing myself.
Free perfect game for 100% achievements.
Cute game! Just like you!
I am 32 years old.
My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.
When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.
Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.
With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.
After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.
Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.
Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.
Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.
Thank you.

new name: waste of money

Just another RPG game that you should probably avoid.
Looks like the developer of this game should add more effort. It's like a game that was designed very lazily and not polished at all. The world design technique also looks bad, if I compare it with other RPG Maker games, there are still many that are better than this.
This is just bad. It's very short and extremely simple
i loved every moment of this game!
A Strong Word
- Description of Strong Sword
very fun rpg maker game
I'm probably one of the first to finish the game. It took me a while longer than it should have because I had to contact the dev to figure out a bug. A regular play through would probably take 45 minutes at the most. First things first, the dev is very helpful and great. Unfortunately the game has a ways to go before it's worth buying.
There are some glaring problems, and I'll try to make this review as constructive as possible so hopefully Raywin 2 addresses these problems.
1. There is no tutorial to learn the controls. They are easy enough but you first need to try all your keys to see if they do anything.
2. Items don't tell you what they do. You have a healing potion? Great! But it doesn't tell you how much it will heal you. Vegatables? Fun! What are they even used for? I didn't use an item throughout the entire game.
3. You can't see the HP of the enemy. How am I supposed to know when to heal/attack? So far I just attack and eventually win, and have some NPC heal me. Not much strategy.
4. Wall/noclip glitches everywhere. Doesn't feel like a complete game. Not to mention, 95% of every shop screen is empty space. There is no decoration, and on the off-chance there is decoration, half the time you can walk right through it.
5. Can't go back to places already visited. Found that out too late, so I think I missed some content.
6. The "quests" are as simple as "walk 5 spaces and click 'space' 8 times then come back". Another quest you literally turn into a rock, for no good reason, to sneak by some guards. That's the only time you turn into a rock in the whole game. I would understand if it the game was introducing a new mechanic, but it's not. I just don't get it.
One nice part about the game is the leveling system. It seems really cool, but since you only defeat maybe 5 enemies (you can avoid the rest without problem) you don't really get to try it out. At the end, each of my characters levelled one.. to level 2. I feel like this would have been a fun part of the game, I just wish I was able to take advantage of it!
Overall, not a very gripping game. Needs a lot of work fixing some bugs. I don't recommend it in its current state.
**To get into the museum, you need to press space to enter. This is a confirmed bug so may not be relevant if the dev fixes the bug before you read this review.
useless
When I bought Raywin I knew it wasn't going to be innovative, but what I didn't expect was the amount of bugs and glitches this game would include.
The Good:
-The menu system works well.
-Some of the monsters you fight look cool.
The Bad:
- Lazy house and building design.
-Doors that are attached to air
-Lifeless NPCs
-Linear story
-Game breaking bugs littered throughout the game.
My Score:
1/5
Not worth it.
