A Classic game from my childhood that, while not very complex on its own its fun and relaxing to play. You're tasked to design a neighbourhood and achieve certain objectives either to progress (campaign), or to get a high score (casual) based on how long you took to achieve said objectives. These can range from getting a certain amount of rent, to reaching a certain amount of cash or making your neighbourhood attractive enough [by mix-matching the disliked power and work buildings with the more exciting recreational sites (such as tennis courts or the amphitheatre); and paiting or landscaping your own housings]
Speaking of Power, there are two new elements to this game in comparison to the previous ones, the energy meter and the technicians. Energy is required to ensure all buildings within the neighbourhood have electricity, while technicians are in charge of both maintaining those stations and improving the power saving on housing. This is interesting cause, as mentioned earlier, power buildings (specially the dreaded Nuclear Plant) while each provide more energy capacity, they also cause all nearby housings to be less attractive, which in turn reduces rent. These buildings can also fail, leading to power outages, which must be fixed by technicians, or, when a Tech Center is available, asign two of them to it to overcharge it and keep it working.
However, the game loop, specially on casual where you have all buildings available can get quite repetitive cause you'll always end up building painted and landscaped apartments next to amphitheatres to max out the attractiveness of your neightbourhood. And while you may use the other housings and power plants early on, you'll always end up with this combination plus a Nuclear Plant, since that's the only way of being efficient.
Be aware that while this game seems to run mostly fine even for its age (at least on Windows 10), it crashed a few times, but its nothing game breaking since the game mostly autosaves your progress each time you quit a scenario.

it crash randomly out of nowhere and i had to restart whole entire 5 level. of course this game does not have 'aUtO sAVe'.
Nostalgic and a simple strategic game.
game ain't what it used to be: screen resolution problems when you first startup the game as well as crashing while your playing it.
No Recommed This Game Have many isue on game and always Crasher/Auto Closed when you playing 30 minutes+
I love this game. Actually of them but I wish they would update it to be more stable on Windows 10+
I have never played a game online since pong. this is easy and a first step toward a more real game. I would recommended it

this is a fun game to play, but don't expect to win every level. The time allotted to win is extremely insufficient.
After awhile, you get tired of loosing.
the game crashes every 10 mins i play it
The game randomly crashes and you lose all progress. Saveing does nothing. :(
Works like shit on windows 8. Chrash all the time. Saved games diasapper. Have to start from beginning over and over again. Dont buy! Waste of money
