Like with most other Dash games (Diner Dash) these games are old, and are not compatible with our current devices.
To fix this,
1.) Go to the games page in your Steam Game Library
2,) Press the gear wheel for settings, and go to your local game files, and right click on the DiaperDash application
3.) Click Properties
4.) On the Compatibility page in properties, activate "Run this window in compatibility mode for" and select Windows 95
5.) Then in that same menu, click "Disable fullscreen optimizations"
Once applied, you can open the game and your PC can run DiaperDash as an Administer, and you'll be able to play it through without issue.
An easier way to get it to run, without messing with settings, simply put it into Windowed Mode once in game, it'll run just fine.
this games concept was great but the quality was very bad. the mouse would lag and it just looked and played really badly was not worth the 10 dollars to buy it.
