What a hidden gem of an indie game! What a beautiful game! If you are an oldschool gamer and up to some challenging platforming, look no further! You gonna love this.
There is something about the Cry Engine games, they just look so good when someone knows how to develop with it. It's incredible how a game from 2015 manages to look better than so many UE5 games made in 2023, 2024. The lighting is amazing, the water is amazing (better looking than in modern games), the color palette, the textures, the fog, it all looks incredible, this game is pure eye candy. Level design is great too, it's a shame the game is somewhat short, there are 6 levels and 4 extra levels, being the last extra level (ultimate ascending) the most challenging, and also the most beautiful level (the tropical beach level is mesmerizing as well). I wish most of the levels had the same difficulty of the last one.
Would love if the dev decided to release a continuation for this game, or worked in more extra levels as DLC, and also achievements.
Is this like a college project or something?
One of my first games on Steam.
Now i retrospective, it isn't good. Now wonder it's only 2.- the optimization is almost none existent, & the menu is incomplete.
I like Indie games, what I don't like is unfinished games.
