Very good bubble shooting game not gonna lie.
The amount of features here is well-packed for a 2009 game despite not playing a single PopCap game until this.
I will try to get Zuma Deluxe (and possibly PvZ) to see if it's difficult than ZR.
Would recommend to get it btw, especially during a sale!

Zuma’s Revenge! is a fun and addictive arcade puzzle game that improves upon the original in almost every way. With its fast-paced gameplay, colorful visuals, and satisfying mechanics, it’s easy to lose track of time while trying to clear levels and chase high scores.

The core gameplay remains the same—shoot colored balls to match three or more and prevent the chain from reaching the skull—but this sequel adds boss battles, new power-ups, and fresh level designs that keep things engaging. The difficulty ramps up nicely, making it challenging but never unfair.

Visually, the game is bright and charming, with smooth animations and a tropical theme that fits well. The soundtrack is catchy, though it can get repetitive over time. The adventure mode is fun, and the additional challenge modes add some extra replayability.

The only real downside is that there’s no multiplayer or deep progression system, so once you’ve beaten the game, there’s not much else to do beyond chasing high scores. Still, it’s a fantastic casual game that’s easy to pick up but hard to put down.

If you enjoyed the original Zuma or just love classic puzzle games, Zuma’s Revenge! is absolutely worth playing!

Best Psychological Horror game I've played.

Fun game that lacks some of the changes and additions from Xbox 360 version, so if have access to both I'd recommend checking out the Xbox version.

Boss battles?! Not even Luxor bothered to actually make a proper Set boss battle. For once, Zuma has proven to be from a superior league.

I've been playing Zuma Deluxe for years without knowing there was a 'newer' version. I'd highly recommend it! The colored cursor is a huge improvement, making the game much easier to play.

Perfect casual fun! What I love the most about these old PopCap games is that they slightly switch up the gameplay every few minutes, so you always get a "familiar, but different enough to feel fresh" experience that's simply pleasant to cruise through.

Zuma's Revenge is the ultimate test of your reflexes, patience, and ability to yell NOOOO as the chain inches closer to doom. The Iron Fro" mode will test if your nerves (and eggs) are truly made of steel, while the story mode proves how an ordinary-looking frog can absolutely dominate some super-powerful totems. Fun, frustrating, and oddly inspiring — just don't blame the frog for your sleepless nights.

It's a quick and simple game, both to play and explain. You're a frog and you shoot balls at balls.

Levels go from super easy to frustratingly difficult but it's so highly replayable and addictive, to the point where I beat the game in very few sittings. It was one of my favorites as a child and look! Here it is on Steam! Still one of my top favorites! Superfun to play with some music in the background just to relax after work or to focus and try out the more difficult alt modes. Very fun no matter your age, or even interest in games. The plot is minimal, you get between levels quick, but there's always something new to do.

Could not recommend more, 10/10

Either I'm terrible at these Zuma games or some of the levels are VERY difficult indeed. Still a very easy play, regardless of whether I'm crap at it or not.

I spent my entire Christmas in this game. Worth it!

ABSOLUTE BANGER OF A GAME!

Honestly, weirdly enough, as much as I like this game it's not nearly as good as the console versions. The PC version is full of weird visual glitches (in my case anyways) and it's kind of annoying to play for whatever reason. Deluxe is better.

great sequel to the original Zuma, which new added features and Boss fights at the end of each level! Very enjoyable and recommended if you like classic Zuma!

Zuma but with more power-ups and boss fights. It good.
