Fun look back if youve played it as a child. its just kind of ironic to get the shareware version, when there is a full version, when it literally ask you not to redistribute the game everytime you exit. still a great game, and im not complaining, just saying
When I was a kid, around 1998-1999, I found this game on my computer. No one in my family knew how it got there. I played it for HOURS. Loved it, and forgot about it. I remember huddling around the keyboard with my friend, trying to play 2 player. Out of the blue, it popped into my head again last night. I tried to describe it to my wife... Mariokart, but you shoot hedge hogs at each other. I couldn't believe it when I found it on steam! Downloaded and immediately blasted as many ducks as I could. Great old game, a real blast from the past.

PRO'S: I didn't pay full price for this game ($0.99)
CON'S: The tracks are designed to make people rage quit.
The graphics are definitely harsh, even to someone (like myself) who owned the OG version on Win 95.
What should be a Pro, ISN'T: the xbox controller lag is noticeable. This game is made for K&M.
I won't bother trying to get a refund on something less than $2 in value, not worth the hassle. Maybe someday, someone could make an Unreal 5 remake of this game, but that's a LONG shot.
I remember watching my brother play this game when we were kids. And playing for myself, I see why he liked it so much.
Cutesy little racing game from the DOS days. Only thing I don't like is the lives system.
Nearly 30 years ago I played this for months and months and never got bored of it. It was charming to revisit it once more.
Fun piece of history if you want to see how PCs in the early '90s tried to compete with console hits despite the extremely different tech. And it's also an alright kart racer I guess.
