Just to clarify, your help is only needed to avoid the sacrifice, solving their virginity problem is a bit more complicated as you will discover.
FMV adventure inspired in classic adventure games. Solving puzzles usually unlocks a videoclip that reveals the plot.
Synopsis: On the 21st of December, 2012, just as the Mayans predicted, the world ended nothing happened. Alex, the dean of a small university believes otherwise and concocts an evil plan.
Plot
The Mayans told that life is governed in cycles of 5200 years. When each cycle ends, the seven gods who created mankind allow the cycle to repeat in return for an offering.
Seven virgins must be sacrificed, one for each god.
Approximately 5200 years ago, the offering was demanded by the gods. But during the sacrifice, something went wrong. Enraged, the gods punished the Mayan people, who then disappeared. This disappearance wasn't immediate, though. Earthquakes, droughts, and volcanic eruptions came one after the other, ultimately leading to the fall of the empire.
In the present day, the gods returned to claim what was theirs, but the Mayans are no longer around to perform the sacrifices. Alex, the dean of a small university, lives in distress over this, and when the appointed date, December 21, 2012, arrives, he starts to lose his mind. In the following months, he starts collecting news about natural disasters: eruptions, earthquakes, hurricanes. Things that were always there, but his sick mind connects them with the wrath of the gods over not receiving their gift. Alex therefore decides to do the sacrifices himself.
The problem is that today, virgins are really hard to find.
Using his position, he founds a fraternity in his university and tricks the dumbest virgin boys that he finds into joining. Alex promises them that if they finish their studies, he'll take them to Riviera Maya as an end-of-term trip. Using an outing as a ruse, he plans to sacrifice them at the top of Chichen Itza.
Will Alex complete his evil plan? And the most important thing, will these boys get laid someday?
Javier Botet and David Pareja, two well known Spanish actors have been also involved in the filming.

In a world where logic takes a break,
Damn Virgins is the game you’ll take.
Seven virgins, lost and confused,
Caught in a plot that's a little bemused.
Dean Alex has plans, though hard to explain,
But the virgins are just trying to remain sane.
A ritual’s brewing, but what’s the cause?
In this odd little world, who even knows the laws?
The acting’s homemade, and that’s part of the fun,
A little rough, but it gets the job done.
Cutscenes that don’t try too hard to impress,
But still bring the charm in their own quirky mess.
The puzzles are strange, some simple, some tough,
With answers that make you scratch your head, "Enough!"
A mop, a key, and things you don’t expect,
But figuring them out? That’s what you’ll collect.
It’s a game that’s built on oddity and heart,
Where the fun is found in its offbeat art.
A quirky adventure, where the plot’s a bit loose,
But the charm lies in its homemade juice.
No grand spectacle, just a casual ride,
With humor and puzzles to enjoy by your side.
Damn Virgins is weird, but that’s part of the charm,
A little bit chaotic, with no need for alarm.
This adventure game presents a nice variety of puzzles and mini games, and it has nice graphics, but the overall tone is very cheesy and corny. All these adolescent-level sex jokes during the game would probably be laughed out loud by horny and young fraternity boys, but they are simply not my cup of tea. There are also cringy, kindergarten-level, and Z-grade FMV cut scenes in which developers are acting out some caricatured characters, and they are beyond embarrassing, campy and dumb. I also found navigation with clunky mouse controls to be difficult to execute. Overall, I didn't enjoy this game, and I just wanted to finish it as quickly as possible.

I don't really know what inspired me to play this. I have no interest in FMV point and click puzzle games whatsoever. That being said, this is best AU $0.95 I have ever spent. I've not had such a fun time laughing at a game in forever. The cutscenes are incredible and truly the highlight of the experience. Do yourself a favour if you're even remotely considering it, and play this
I'm so lost but I love it
This game is so bizarre in the best way possible. An interesting old-school FMV romp for those wee-hours-of-the-morning adventures. The developer seems like an incredible person who put a lot of heart and soul into this lofty project! Please help support indie devs and buy this game.
I speak Spanish and love FMV and point and click games, so I should be ideal for this. It's just a terrible game. The humour is the level of a four year old and the acting is so bad it's embarrassing. While the visuals are fine, the gameplay is poor. I'd ask for a refund if I could.
The end was a bit rushed and at times the humor was too fecal for my taste, other than that an excellent game. Really good. Looked for other games of the developer but seems to be his only one.
It's creative, funny, and the story is great in a nonsensical way. I liked the difficulty level of puzzles that I felt were just right.
It's about 5-6 hours of fun and a lot of game for the price.
I feel the game is underpriced and I wish the developer all the best.
A surprisingly good fmv/3d point and click adventure. The puzzles are some of the best I have seen, pixel hunting is (mostly) non-existant, and the game is hilarious. Woudl recommend.
This game may not be the best looking one, but it has deniable a very strange but funny humor.
The price is compared to the gameplay good enough.
You really should play this gem.
Funny game. Short. Even shorter when you make the 'wrong' decision.
Brilliant humor. Nice over the top acting. But over before you know it, while the storyline had enough unresolved material to go on. Oviously made on a very low budget but with a lot of passion.
One hopefully no spoiler tip. Tell Igor the truth before advancing. If you don't, or lie, the game takes a short route to the end and you're missing some plot and funny videos (I found out by watching Youtube plays). This is btw the only moment in the game where 'your choice matters' is applicable.
The puzzles in the game are typical 'find item to resolve block in your path'. I had to revert to a walkthrough for some items that I missed and had no clue where to find.
if you dont have this game buy it now. its to good of a game to pass up . great piont and click puzle game . hardly any bugs that i can tell i didint find any . multiple endings . this game was made byt one person so all the programming was done by one guy thats a lot of code .... and he has made it soo fun . the only con i can think of is he has not made another game yet
Bizarre, silly, and much more fun than I expected. A point and click FMV adventure with an absurd plot. 100% Spanish voiceovers with English subtitles. A limited knowledge of Spanish (I studied in high school) makes it even more fun. If you're an old-school gamer from the 90's who remembers the days of FMV adventure games, you might enjoy this throwback. I'll give it a thumbs-up at its asking price of $5.
Status: 100% Completed, both endings unlocked
A fun trashy (in a good way) point-and-click adventure. The story and characters are great and hilarious, the graphics are 90s-like, which is also great for me (but not for the most people).
However, the cave location was a confusing labyrinth and some of the puzzles were...well, there are not that many items to deal with, but I doubt that you'll manage to complete the game without using the walkthrough (thankfully, there is one).
There were no crashes or game-breaking bugs, IIRC I've encountered only one bug, which happened twice (description of an item doesn't disappear after viewing it through the inventory, only restarting the game helps).
Bought on sale, but it's completely worth the full price of 5$. It would be great to see a sequel (with Igor, of course).
A crazy spanish point-and-click adventure game; best played at 2AM.
An absurdist adventure game with Telenovela-style FMV cutscenes.
A deliberate throwback to the bad acting and weird plots from old adventure and FMV games, Damn Virgins features a wacky plot and colourful characters. You play as Xavi, one of seven losers who is just bumbling about his days and completely unaware of the evil plot where a crazed man wants to sacrifice them all to appease the Mayan gods.
Gameplay takes place mainly in two locations: your home, and a remote island. Puzzles range from finding a hidden key to solving a gear/block puzzle using the Mayan counting system... the puzzles here are really well designed, as is the overall level design.
Graphics are early 2000s standards: digitized versions of the main character and for the rest drawings. It all holds up pretty well, except in the cave section where it becomes easily unclear where you came from and need to go next.
Recommended for anyone who likes cheesy fun.
Damn Virgins is a prime example of a well thought out and executed indie game. I often seek out and play indie games for the very reason some people avoid them....because they are different! Most are not AAA studio games (this one included), which can be a very good thing.
Funky characters, goofy acting, humorous dialog (if a little juvenile at times), and mostly straightforward (and not too difficult) puzzles made this game a joy to play. Unlike one reviewer, I personally thought the decision to use Unreal Engine 3 for the graphics was a good choice as it gave the game a "throwback to the 90's" kind of vibe, just as pixelated graphics in games from studios like WadjetEye Games take me back to the 80's. If anything, I think they add to the immersion, not detract from it. I realize this is a personal viewpoint, but to expect AAA graphics from an indie studio is a bit unrealistic to me. Don't get me wrong....I like well done big-budget games with awesome graphics too, but this one doesn't need that to be a successful production.
The "decision point" in the game leading to two distinct endings was an interesting development. I especially liked the way the developer gave us the option to play the alternate plot path immediately after finishing the game, which led to different puzzles and cutscenes.
The only real con I ran into was the game had a couple glitches, one of which was game-breaking, but after messaging the developer via the game forum the problem was quickly fixed and I was able to continue on. I've never received that fast of a response from a AAA studio!
And although this isn't necessarily a con, I prefer being able to manually save my progress so I can revisit specific points during gameplay, but that option isn't available in this game. The auto-save and "continue on from where you left off" feature employed here is somewhat common, but I find it a bit restraining.
Overall, I really enjoyed this game, partly because I think the idea of sacrificing virgins always makes for a great plot premise....just maybe not these virgins!
I have never written a "review" for a game on Steam, but this BS game made me do it! IT MADE ME DO IT!!! :) Ok, now my warning to all the lovers of adventure games, if you want to have fun - do not buy this game, even for the peanuts it is selling on Steam, cause it is not worth even that and you will be disappointed. I personally have requested a refund, thanks god that I did buy it recently and have played for only 22 minutes, during which was bored and annoyed to hell. First of all - even though the game uses Unreal 3 DK, it looks like s**t, assembled from extremely primitive assets by raving 16 y.o. amateurs (at best!). Seems like the same those amateurs are also "acting" in FMV sequences, which are REALLY trying to be funny, but are not. At least not to adults. The quality of those sequences, as you've guessed already, also c**p. Aside from looking (and playing) really bad with screen tears (cause graphical options are basically nonexistant! }:>) and awkward navigation, all those who do not speak Spanish will be forced to read subtitles, and even if it is not bad per se, and also the info on only spoken language is obviously on the steam page for this game, it kinda makes the whole experience even more dismal than it already is. So, in short, AVOID, if you are not Spanish and have already lost virginity... ;)
Not the best adventure but good enough for some amusing hours.
Funny and crazy plot
This adventure game has a strong indie component with fresh puzzles and lapstick humor. It's a return to the 90's games where you had video scenes with real actors. I personally do not like FMV games but in this case I had to make an exception.
Plot
IMHO it’s the strongest point in the game, characters with awkward personality and funny interpretation done by amateur actors (but with no fear to make fool of themselves). The funniest part of the game are its videos, funny gags, but among everything, the Dean. It's impossible not to laugh when Alex gets into scene and does crazy stuff, I love it. From the virgins group I take Bruno, this blonde-bearded guy can't be more disturbing and the fact that the Dean thinks he is irresistible for the girls makes the scenes even more nonsense.
Puzzles
A must have in all graphic adventure that won't leave you indifferent in this game. As always in the genre, you'll go from a logical set of actions and steps to get things working to a crazy puzzle. However, they are fair and after looking at the scenario and checking all the objects more than once you will get out of trouble.
Graphics
The weakest point of the game. Nowadays we are used to see AAA graphics so I am expecting quality textures and more particle effects. However, since it’s thought to be like 90’s graphic adventures I would say it’s OK.
Summary
Good product to have, will give you lots of laugh. A must have for all the graphic adventure game lovers that do not want to see this genre disappear. For the younger audience it's a good first step to get into adventure gaming! Enjoy! :)
Cons
Graphics are a bit old fashioned taking into account it has been developed with Unreal Engine 3.
Pros
The interface is clear and intuitive, like the classics Monkey Island or Discworld. When you interact with an object a little hud appears with different icons for each action that you can make, i.e. a hand for pick up or a gear for use.
But the awesome part is when you try to play with a touch screen. I tried in my laptop and everything was fully functionally. I think it's the way a modern point and click game should be played.
I like the puzzle mechanics, there are many kinds. Sometimes you have to make typical combination of objects in order to get a new one. I have secretly fallen in love with Igor.
