- Постройте железную дорогу так, чтобы соединить города, тоннели и мосты. Планируйте расположение путей максимально экономично, избегая дополнительных трат на клетках с деревьями, жилыми постройками и другими объектами.
- От уровня к уровню управлять трафиком будет все сложнее. Вам придется строить разветвленные дороги со стрелками и перекрестками, чтобы иметь возможность доставлять сразу несколько составов одновременно.
- Избегайте аварий, безошибочно рассчитывая оптимальное время выпуска поездов со станций и используя режим паузы.
- Попробуйте свои силы в четырех сезонах игры: Европа (1830 – 1980), Америка (1840 – 1960), Россия (1880 – 1980), Япония (1900 – 2020).
- Пройдите все уровни, основанные на таких исторических периодах как золотая лихорадка, постройка морской железной дороги Флориды, вторая мировая война, холодная война и запуск первого человека в космос.
- Исследуйте игру в разных игровых режимах. Уровни в режиме истории занимают 5-10 минут, в режиме случайной генерации – 15-20 минут, в режиме песочницы можно играть в любой уровень без ограничений по времени и деньгам.
- Откройте 15 разных поездов: от первых паровозов до современных дизельных локомотивов, а также 18 типов вагонов – от старых пассажирских до хопперов, цистерн и платформ для перевозки военной техники.

If you like a tasking challenge, this game is for you!
Does what it says on the tin. You lay tracks and change switches so that your trains get where they need to go.
Inferior, by far, to Train Valley 2 but still a decent train-sim in its own right.
If the developers were ever going to tweak it, my suggestions would be:
- to give an option to start each level paused (rather than having to manually pause)
- to make the differing speeds of trains more intuitive (as was done in TV2)
- to remove the 'annual tax/bankrupt' mechanic that makes the level immediately fail (and instead make track or demolition costs slightly higher or 'seize a train' or apply a 'penalty fee' or give an option to make a tax provision as soon in a calendar year as you have the funds). Just seems stupid when you can crash multiple trains and still pass a level, but be short $1 - 2k for a second and you fail. An unneeded frustration which I'm sure leads many players to ragequit.
Not for me.
Whatever I do I cannot get passed the 5th level so cannot progress.

Bought Train Valley on a deep sale, and almost feel bad for how little I paid.
Intuitive yet challenging, fun and rewarding game play.
While I currently feel I've seen all and done all I want to in 20 hours game play, I also feel that in 6-12 months I could easily see myself laying more track while revisiting Train Valley.
Seriously, $1.49 feels like robbery.
Allot of fun. Keeps you on your toes. Great little strategy game.

作为铁路建设类游戏的先驱，虽然玩了2代之后再回来比较有不少别扭之处，比如因目的地固定而缺乏弹性统筹；但1代的所确立的基本的框架和玩法为2代奠定了扎实的基础，为此给个好评。

Fun game, it’s challenging to try and get 3 stamps on every level first go.
Until you realise that you can level twice, one run do two challenges and leave the harder one if no pausing the game, no crashing etc as a sole focus on a run.
Only noticed that near the end, if found out earlier, would have a lower 100% complete time.

How about a DLC that enables users to generate new maps? The devs get more dough, and the train-ing world that's hungry for more would get a growing buffet of new and creative gameplay. You could end world hunger! (or at least mine) Great game.
Love it.
Mainly a puzzle game, rather than a full blown virtual train set game, but fairly accessible.
If you get hooked on this then you will love Train Valley 2 which has a ridiculous amount of DLC.
Train Valley is an excellent game for logic game fans. Players build tracks within the limits of the terrain and other tracks. Players then have to time the movements of trains to prevent crashing and time limits.
The sounds of success are satisfying as well.
It doesn't hurt to be a train enthusiast either.
