Sword of the Fallen Dragon update:
- New chapter (Chapter 6): A new threat has risen. Join the party once again as they investigate the strange mysteries that are happening on the Northern Orc Village.
- New Side Quests: A pesky thief has been stealing items from the neighboring towns. The party is hired to catch the thief and return the items that were stolen.
- Card Battle: Collect cards and challenge foes to a Card Duel in an all new minigame.
- Battle Arena: Monsters line up to challenge your party in battle. Defeat them to earn prizes.
- Pet Gifts: Your pet now goes on its own adventure while you are away and will occasionally give you its spare items.

- Randomized dungeon layout lets you explore dungeons differently every time.

- Flexible level up system where you can mix and match classes to make your own unique class.
- Fishing minigame lets you catch fish that can boost character performance.
- Zombie defense minigame provides a challenging quest where you have to match three of a kind in order to defeat bosses and enemies.
- Mercenary Defense minigame lets you hire mercenaries to defend against the oncoming horde.
- Snowboard Extreme minigame lets you race downhill avoiding trees and yetis. Beat the time to win an item.
- A Hackpick minigame is present on certain rare treasure chests. You have to solve the puzzle before you can open the chest.
- In game pet which you can dress up and summon during battle.
- Optional quests and bosses appear once the game is over, so you can continue playing after beating the game.
- Includes Crystal Story.

I love this game so much! I grew up with it and it burrowed its way into my brain forever. Replaying it is still fun :)
The class system starts to outstay its welcome at higher levels and you might find yourself locked into a build that doesn't work. But overall the game still holds up and is very charming. The Steam release has some new content as well.
I love the characters so much, especially how they have a chance to talk and reply to each other in battle. They have so much personality despite being pretty simple character types.
Also, I love the combat system! I wish more RPGs used visualized speed systems like this. It's very fun to plan around.
amazing little flash game thats cheap and i grew up with. 100% recommend, the fighting is fun, story is intriguing and actually not that bad, a lot of customization and etc. all in all you should play it if your trying to decide off reviews.
A remaster of something I used to always play in middle school! Elegantly done!! 10/10
I played this game 10 years ago on ArmorGames and threw down my wallet first chance I got when I saw I had access to it on Steam. I invested so many hours into it back in the day and the wave of nostalgia that hit me when I booted it up again after all that time was intense. It's a fun turn-based game and the characters always made me laugh.

i played this i believe on newgrounds YEARS ago and i cannot describe how happy i was to find it on steam. i absolutely adored this game back in the day and (even independent of nostalgia) it still holds up as a great little traditional fantasy rpg.
the story is a little stereotypical but it's executed well enough that it didn't bother me at all. i love the characters though i wish there were more interactions between them outside of story cutscenes. turn-by-turn gameplay usually starts to drag quickly for me but the levelling and upgrading system pretty much makes it so that you can get through almost the whole game without grinding at all, and you can get a huge variety of attacks so it never really got boring. minigames are nice fun breaks from the format of the regular levels (although merc defense keeps beating my ass but i think thats a skill issue lol)
i really truly love this game and its one of the first ones i suggest when my friends ask for recommendations. 10/10 underrated gem
