From humble beginnings
with a few rusty reconditioned machines, you can progress from knocking out cheap generic treatments for minor ailments, to discovering new active ingredients and hi-tech machines to help refine the next generation of world-changing drugs.

you’re not alone out there. Rival corporations that want to put you out of business have their own set of competing cures and treatments.

Big Pharma
is part business sim, part logistics puzzle. It’s one thing to work away in the lab perfecting new formulas, but converting the ‘sciency stuff’ into cold hard cash means bringing an engineering and business mind to the problem.
Factory space is expensive, and those fancy new agglomerators and centrifuges don’t always slot nicely together.

I like it, I've got many good hours playing this game. It's a little sandboxy with kinda meaningless challenges and no story, which is not the type of game I usually go for, but I quite like the gameplay so I've played for many hours despite that.
Scenario based puzzle/business management game where you figure out how to make drugs, then balance cost efficiency, space efficiency, and market appeal as you fit your production lines in the limited space you have.
For what it is, its very well executed, though some of advanced machines are a little too awkwardly shaped, especially if the map that generates has a lot of narrow corridors, which incentivises a lot of generation re-rolling if you want beat every level.
Very not for me. Generally when a game like this has a tutorial that has that many steps, that's a red flag for me. It implies (in this case correctly) that the game isn't easy enough to pick up and just start playing. The lot of it feels like bad homework and I regret having bought it.
Wasted money
great game
I got this a long time ago and it was sitting in my Steam library unplayed. Finally decided to load it up today and realized I can't play it because the font is to small. I have a 3840x2160 screen. I tried setting it to 1920x1080 and it didn't expand it to the full screen. It was really odd. I tried the old ctrl-enter trick which did force it to full screen but it just made everything jaggy and still hard to read. Plus the scroll/pan speed became wacky and hard to control. A search of the forums I found a number of posts of people asking about changing the font size with no real solution. (The dev had responded suggesting things I already tried like halving (quartering?) the resolution. Kudos to a dev that actually responded though even if they didn't have any good solution).
