- New Combat Abilities – Characters will have more dynamic moves allowing players greater freedom to battle their opponents. The game will also feature new grappling abilities allowing players to climb their way through puzzles and defeat enemies.
- Explore the Galaxy – Players will be able to explore exotic locations in a variety of ships throughout 16 different star systems. Fans will play as villainous Separatists, the noble Republic heroes or even as bounty hunters, tracking down characters across the galaxy.
- Expanded Force Abilities – Using the Force in all new ways to control LEGO objects, players will solve puzzles, access new areas, pick up and throw enemies - even turning them into weapons.
- Brand New Clone Weapons, Vehicles and Characters – New clone weapons including rapid fire guns and rocket launchers, as well as all new massive capital ships to explore, such as Anakin Skywalker’s flagship the Resolute and Grievous’ devastating warship , the Malevolence. Players will also navigate through the galaxy in new vehicles such as the Republic gunship, Clone Turbo Tank and even Anakin’s Jedi Intercepter and the Twilight. Fans will also discover their favorite classic characters such as Darth Vader, Chewbacca and Luke Skywalker.
- Puzzle Solving – The game will feature all new puzzles that reward creative thinking through the use of teamwork and unique building situations only possible in a LEGO galaxy far, far away.

better graphics, unique grand battle missions, and no voice acting. all the makings of another great lego game. not perfect/definitive, but really good. highly recommended.
Quite annoying to get 100% but otherwise a very fun game

Fun easy game to relax to after a long day. Runs very well on. Would definitely recommend a controller, though. Not very friendly for keyboard and mouse.
I had to change my review, cause I probably picked a bad time to write it. This game is decent so far, but it can be a bit frustrating to get through some of it. I usually enjoy the fun and comedy associated with these games, and this one isn't any different in that part. Though I'm just starting the game pretty much and only a couple levels in.

Astromech droids are bugged that you cannot hover with them, so the game is in a softlock due to that
Couldn´t get a 100% cause of a bug where I coldn't pick up a minikit. The game is buggie in general wich makes the expirience less fun. 4.5/10

Love the mechanics and a huge step up compared to the first. Some levels get a bit... heck-tick but its as expected. The boss battles are a little bit better than the og. Another childhood classic

Graphics notes: everything is very shiny and reflective, depends on if you like it or not.
Gameplay notes: many puzzles, do not play if you hate puzzles.
Audio notes: Old fashioned lego game, no talking characters.
Audience notes: huge nostalgia for the original lego star wars stuff
PC Requirements Notes: some people report lag spikes and similar issues.
Game Size Notes: Keep at least 25gb spare storage on your PC to prevent random crashes
Difficulty Notes: The main combat should be fun and easy for any skill level.
Grind Notes: In order to progress the story, normal amount of grinding is needed. But to 100% the game takes about 30hrs.

Not one of the better Lego Games. Lots of game breaking bugs that are easy to stumble on, mechanics for battles are not well indicated. Give this one a pass.

What a great game, for my taste the best Lego Star Wars game there is. Nice Multiplayer, variety in types of levels, lots to explore in Hub and in general such a nice game that I will always associate with happy times in my childhood :)
Literally the most overlooked and underrated Lego game ever probably. Idk it's great I love it it's my childhood I have 104 hours on it (while writing this) and am really close to getting all 4 save files to 100% for no reason I need help
I've had this game for years and always ignored it as I had already finished Star Wars the Complete Saga and thought this was just an episode of that.
This game is definitely it's own and a bunch of fun with some new mechanics not included in the original.

this is my childhood
Not exactly what I expected, when I first installed this game the quality performance was bad including the frame rate which looked like it was dropped and very dark in the first chapter, when I tried to fix and upgrade the brightness it still looked awful. Not sure if it's just me but I don't know.

Just done 100% (took me almost 29 hours). One of the most unique LEGO games! The graphics still hold great after 13 years, the levels and mechanics are cool and varied, they finally fixed vehicle missions in comparision to older LEGO games and the RTS levels are also super cool and unique, even though it is a pain in the ass to do all the assault missions, and yes, i used codes for tarkin (nh2405) and palpatine (5c62yq) but i swear it were the only codes i`ve used

I will be one of the few to say this isn't a very good game. Nostalgia blinds the many. But not me. The ground war levels are long, tedious, boring, repetitive, and thumb hurting. And some of the space missions are needlessly impossible. It is easier to complete one of them using the speedrun method than the intend one.
However it is a Lego game so it isn't completely terrible.
