It is a good game but buy it when it is on discount because it has a rather short campaign, personally this is probably my first real fighting game I have played.

I enjoy it fine enough but it's probably not worth buying at this point unless the 2nd one doesn't run on your computer/isn't on sale. most movesets are not very fun to play and the writing is laughably terrible, worse so if you already know and like these characters but still pretty cringy if you don't. besides it's too old to ever hope for an online match given that not even the sequel has an active playerbase anymore. all the stuff that it has that is cool and fun is also on the sequel and just done better on all accounts.
Badly optimized,dated qte's. Fights in the Campaign against the other version of the hero are difficult because they look so similar. Fighting is meh, ive seen better, the best thing the game has is the story.
The game was released in 2010s and it's still fun too play. Fighting commands are easy to learn. Should have in collections.

In short, this game sucks. Tekken with DC skins. Lots of quick time event mobile game b.s. Combos are shite. But if you're into it... go for it.

honest review if your think about getting this dont get injustice 2 instead i get it, its an old game but this was just simply too annoying just to play a simple casual 1v1 with a medium level bot you can argue idk what im doing cus i havent played in years but thing is, is that injustice 2 and 1 are almost the same thing even with batman i struggled, not only that is if you plan on using controller theres a chance your not gonna get the right controller cus it somehow read i was using one of the old joystick controllers youd use for smth like a arcade machine [im seriously sorry to people who know th controller and grew up with it pls dont hurt me] and my first expierence was just hell i had to use dpad just to playwhich is already annoying, i love this game i grew up with this, i wanted this for so long, and it hurts to refund it or give it a bad review cus it just simple does not input well with pc

Not a bad game, but i felt each character moveset too limited also felt the timing to perform a combo really uncanny.
Almost 11 years old, and this game does more JUSTICE to our favorite superheroes/crime fighters and villains than Rocksteady's 2024 game ''Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League''! Heck, one can say that NetherRealm Studios is in a different LEAGUE! Graphics are ok. Gameplay is tough but fun! And the story is interesting, to say the least.
Do I recommend this game? Heck yeah! Worth it at full price! If you want to wait til it goes on sale, then more power to ya.
