Super interesting and innovative – truly a gem! Resus may look simple at first glance, but it offers unique challenges that make it stand out. Its gameplay is engaging and thought-provoking, providing a refreshing twist in the puzzle genre. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for something different and enjoyable.

The tips/instructions are in practically microscopic font and there is no way to make it bigger. It's super maddening to try to figure out how to play this game.
It's a nice puzzle game.
It's just really slow, and kinda confusing
really nice game
fun
Fun way to waste some time
I cannot say I recommend this game. I had played it back in 2013 or so when it first came out, and stopped playing it. Then completely forgot about it. I saw that a sequel to the game had released, and recognised the name. So I decided to come back to this game and see why I had so few hours in what looked to be a decent game.
Boredom. Boredom is why I stopped playing this game after an hour or so a decade ago, and boredom is why I stopped playing this game after a few hours now. I like city building games, I like strategy games, resource management games, etc. These are all my cup of tea. But with this game... you just have to wait so long for everything to happen, and I am at a point where there really isn't all that much time to play around with. Then when you finally get things going, you are totally screwed by how villages randomly grow/what upgrades they want to focus on. It is extremely frustrating.
So a combination of boredom and then frustration is what has completely killed this game for me. Maybe the sequel will be better? I don't know, but I honestly don't think I can recommend this game. If you do get it, at least unless you get it for super cheap with a solid sale.
I say this: It was quite fun for a few hours but the fun fades out after a while.
Nice graphics and the idea is good but it becomes tedious remembering all the synergies and there is only so much you can do.
Never got around to playing much of this one. As of writing this review, however, I've had a good few sessions with Reus 2 and so I'll recommend this one if nothing else than just to see where the series came from. I hope these developers continue to make games!
great chill game with complex resource management
