this game is trash. years 1-4 already sucked but this one was actually horrible. THIS GAME HAS A FUCKING MEMORY LEAK! YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS SHIT UP. leave it running for too long and it will melt any computer wtf. its also glitched in several spots, has unskippable, wayy too long cut-scene-like sequences and drags like balls on concrete sprinkled with glass shards. i managed to 100% it like all my other lego games but christ i regret it. god damn "MAGIC IS MIGHT" puts a collectible at the very end of the most annoying, chore-ass level which is impossible to see until its too late. you literally have like a second to grab it and need to exploit the dog character just to move faster to it. miss it? have to re-do the whole level with those cut-scene shits and way dragged out "duel". i hate it. also the 1million stud level lets you get soft locked if you go too early without buying some special characters first. terrible game. 1/10. i rate it 5-7 (-2) stars

I really like this series but the author of the books has turned out to be really transphobic so be careful

It's a TT Lego game themed in the Harry Potter world before the recent movies added absolute garbage. It's kid-friendly, has easy to solve puzzles, and it makes for really great play-through just like most other TT Lego games. If you have bugs/glitches there are some great guides put out by the community.

I personally liked Years 1-4 more, but that's maybe because I know these movies better. Overall it was still a very fun game, especially if you play it with two!

My childhood frfr

The game crashed on the first level, literally needed to reboot the computer in order to continue working. Needless to say the progress was not saved, and the certain cut-scenes can't be skipped. Already making the whole experience a nightmare. This is literally the same as certain bugs in year 1-4 - only happening at the very beginning. I will need to drop the game to preserve my sanity.

The game is good. But if you want a better gaming experience, I recommend getting the Harry Potter Collection

The second Harry Potter Lego game still holds up, a great sequel to a great game. Worthwhile picking up for some nostalgic fun.

fun game

I personally didn't like too much the previous chapter due to clanky mechanics that have been addressed in this second part. Thanks for improving the player's experience!

good game nice continuation enjoyed it a lot, basically whatever i said in years 1 - 4 applies here, however the fact that the controlls are different from 1 - 4 and do not save between boots is crazy. still i liked the game and would recommend it.

Again this game make me laugh so hard especially that Bellatrix Scene where she slides to Hermione, A menacing character is sliding is Funny dude.

also Hermione and Luna are Cute in Lego Form.

This game is good but I 98% but All good tho.

Great game. Completed to 100% in about 39 hours. Only one bug in the entire game was that the character token detector did not work on one token at Hogsmeade. This did not take long to figure out!

hogwarts legacy before the hogwarts legacy, 10/10

Even as it shows it's age as well like the first one, it's still very enjoyable. I love the humor and funny moments where i even had to let out some chuckles like in the first game. It looks way more better with the improved lightning system as well. The music ain't that repetitive like in the first one, which made me enjoy the game a lot more. There were some parts where i seriously bugged out, basically like in the first game, but well, it's a old game.

The more downside part is, for some reason, the game does not save the configuartions of your own controls, in which you have to re-configure every time you start the game.

But overall, a pretty enjoyable game.

This game is a great way to relax

An improvement on the first game in literally every conceivable way. More useful and engaging spells and abilities, more even distribution of character abilities, longer and better levels (that also look at points amazing). The increased focus on combat is a bit of a drag since the mechanics of the game are clearly not tailored towards pitched battles (stun-locking galore). While the dueling minigame can be tedious on repeat runs of levels, the cinematic flair of it and the feel is on the whole good. While progression is much easier, the hub is markedly worse, and it feels like the game needs signage telling players where to go, but then again exploration is in the spirit of the games. Well worth playing.

A bit dated and the gameplay gets repetitive, but still worth picking up. The controls are optimised for controllers, so if you're using a keyboard I suggest rebinding the hotkeys to something more natural.

I have always loved lego games and the fact that there is lego Harry Potter is Fabulous. I have also placed years 1-4 which I also ofc recommend and its just great because you are playing through the movies but as lego characters haha.
