Instinct War - Card Game

Overall its a good game. Card games are very hit or miss for me and while I was having fun at first after a bit it became a way for me to keep busy while I was waiting for someone to get on. I'll probably play it more but likely in small doses to pass time.

Pretty fun for a few mins

very simple card game. Price is eaqual to quality. for what is worth there was no bugs so far. But menu need some work to be done, maybe add some teutorial too.

Easy 100 %. Can't complain for the price.

What a bizarre, wonky and confusing experience.
The 'game' (and I use that term loosely) consists of your character standing at the bottom of a three by three grid, picking it up, and placing it on one of the pictures above it.
If you are in the middle, you can pick any of the three, if you are are one side, only two are available, above you, and one off.
You have hit points and armor and mana to use your powers.
Theoretically when you step forward, you interact with that card, and all the others move down one, until you reach the end of the floor, but this doesn't always seem to happen. Also whatever card is one beyond the one you took might move into your square. Maybe.
And sometimes, all of the cards just randomly change into other cards, making planning ahead pretty difficult.
You have some equipment, but it all vanishes pretty quickly, and I'm not always sure why.
There is a little bit more, but I have already given this review more time than this effort deserves.
To top it all off, the 'controls' are erratic. I can totally cover a card with mine, and sometimes it does nothing unless I move it around a few times.
And quitting is bizarre. As near as I can tell, you need to click exit, which will allow you to click the X int he upper right have corner.
The 'game' has little to no personality, offers nothing in the way of fluff or story line, and isn't worth the half a buck I think I paid for it.

I deal with a chronic pain illness... so, my pain tolerance is high due to that... but...

There are levels of pain that even a discount to $0.59 cannot mitigate... I...

I feel like someone took a broken cobalt drill bit that was dulled at the end, tried to trepanate me, missed the brain casing completely and somehow ended up with the drill shoved up my right nostril and severed there hand with their fingers firmly glued by rigor mortis to the on trigger for the drill...

I would rather subject myself to a Jake Paul rap video than play this game again... I would rather sit down and watch the MIT "How to Speak" course on loop with headphones surgically implanted into my ear canals that were implanted with staples bought at the dollar tree and no anesthetic... This game was so painful that I actually am required to write bad poetry for the remainder of the review.... Can't stand the poetry? Then consider it a sample of what this game offers....

Instead I dropped a bit over half a dollar US for this one.

As far as gameplay, drag character onto thing thing happens, no animations, no anything except a sound effect and that's it... I really wish I could describe it more, but that's it.... Imagine Dark mist, but on a flashplayer, and furries, and none of the interesting game mechanics and you'll have somewhat an idea.

Quick rogue-like game where you pick a hero then just move up a path of "cards" made up of monsters, weapons, armor, treasure or buffs. After the tenth move is a stronger boss card then a chance to buy one of three random things for the next round, and do it all again. Each hero (one default, three unlockable) has a special move and are fairly distinct. The art has an amateurish hand-drawn style which is fine and the sound effects involve a lot of someone saying "Amazing!" into their mic but nothing is really distractingly bad (and arguably has its own charm). After unlocking all the characters and completing the ten achievements within an hour or so, there's not a ton of replay value but it's cheap, enjoyable while it lasts and not a badly built little game.

It's a very short game, you very likely get 100% of the achievements within 30 minutes. For the price it's perfectly fine, just a fun few rounds of figuring out the mechanics and then unlocking all the characters. It feels more like something you would play on the phone when you want to pass time while waiting for something.

Amazing gameplay, music and art, is the first game in this style that i played an loved! 10/10

This game is extremely short, simple and poorly translated. I'm only recommending it because the price matches what the game offers. The core gameplay is OK, not bad but nothing special.

BOOOOYYYYYYYYY! This game even surprised me! Find the characters pretty cool and decide to buy for the extremely cheap price! And I even enjoyed it! The gameplay is quite different, but interesting! I recommend!

I'm not used to playing card games, but this one had my attention because it looks simple and fun to play. There are decisions to be made in the gameplay, but not the ginormous amount some card games have, which turn me away. I'm enjoying it so far, will play more

This is a mini roguelike dungeon crawler that I can spend a good few hours on to fulfill the journey, a good price for a few hours of fun.
