The developers have apparently moved on to other full time positions and basically abandoned the game. I can't play this with my friend cross platform and now I feel like I've wasted $25.

Must be one of my favorite co-op experiences. I would love a sequel!

Haven't divorced my husband yet. If your dyslexic then it makes for a funnier more range inducing game on some of the levels! Would recommend if you like small arcade type games and are competitive!

Extremely fun coop game! Going for gold medals was surprisingly tricky but really fun and rewarding to get. Played this with my partner and we had an absolute blast.

KeyWe was quite the entertaining experience. My friend and I are always looking for co-op games, this feels like a unique version of Mario Party without the stress of having to murder my three other friends. The minigames are all fleshed out, and the game gives you ample time to learn the mechanics.

The kiwis handle great, most of the time, we had some occasions where it felt disconnected, but it wasn't anything that couldn't be laughed away. Some of the levels are a bit buggy, and a bit bullshit. The buggy didn't come until the final chapter of the game, and when it came, it was frustrating. We almost got locked out of beating the baking scenario, we had managed to complete it without even knowing it was bugged (the tray on the line, generally the last one, never synchronized properly with my friend; it would go into the oven on my screen, and stay there forever, while he couldn't add ingredients on his).

Aside from that minor occurrence, they all behaved as intended, we weren't big fans of the decoding, or the keyboard scenario in general, but I think that was probably just a skill issue between the both of us. One of the overtime minigames just straight up didn't work. We tried the riding scenario where you deliver letters, neither of us managed to get the cassowary to jump at any point. The other ones are great, they do a great job at creating pressure that doesn't feel too stressful, while being a significant divergence from the core gameplay.

Overall, I very much so recommend this game if you have the ability to play split-screen, which should be a bug-free experience. The online being a bit broken isn't much of a deal breaker, but I wouldn't recommend it at full price.

Extremely fun and creative idea for a game. If you can get it on sale, go for it! You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful game to play with my non-gamer wife. endless fun with these little Kiwi's in mini puzzle style games.

Did not play any content, wanted to play this with my girlfriend, spent an hour trying to get the controller to work for player 1 until she lost interest so we requested a refund, pretty bummed out about it.

we accidentally played for 4.5 hours straight. it is so fun and easy to get obsessed to and once you're locked in..there's no escaping and starting at 10pm and ending at 2am will happen. time isnt real in this once minute it's a normal gaming hour and the next it's sunrise pls send help i cant stop playing 1214134/10

This game was a little treat for anybody wanting to have fun with a friend! I highly recommend!

It's a crime i hadn't seen anything about this game before now; it's so so cute and fun

Our Setup: Steam Deck + Steam Dock + 2 PS4 Controllers on a 65-inch TV

Our 8- and 10-year-old kids enjoyed the game. The levels offer a good variety, with some requiring puzzle-solving. The different Kiwi skins serve as a nice incentive to keep playing. The mini-games also provide a nice change of pace.

Overall, it's a cute and enjoyable couch co-op experience that encourages teamwork.

The game runs at 1080p and mostly maintains a steady 60fps.

Trying to strap the bag to the fucking cassowary makes me want to strap my belt to my rafter. 10/10

This game is so cute and so fun! Some of the events/challenges are quite difficult and complicated but I think it's great for a Coop game to not just be easy.
Wardrobe options are beautiful and funny. Super fun couch coop, you might get annoyed with your partner but it's worth it for the fun :)

Brilliant two player coop game. And so cute.

Good game to play with an SO or friend. The gameplay is challenging but short, so you're never in one level for too long but don't feel like you're breezing through either. The game does a good job of building off its few chore level types, so you rarely feel too out of your depth but also get a fresh spin with each level, and the new mechanics that do pop up are simple enough and come with quick and skip-able tutorials.

The game also has multiple mini games outside of the main mode, tons of fun cosmetics, and collectables you can get through side puzzles that unlock other cosmetics, as well as bits of in game lore (the lore isn't elden ring or anything, but it's a fun read)

While the game isn't anything to graphically write home about, it has a fun cartoon aesthetic that when paired with the music gives an older nintendo feel to the game.

My one complaint is that sometimes the controls and mechanics can be a bit finicky; not enough to break the game or cause much frustration, but if you're going for perfect time it can cost you

The Steamdeck compatibility warns you that external controllers don't work, but I still purchased after seeing some reviews that said they do.

While external controllers work, expect them to randomly stop working, disconnect, swap players or have 3 seconds input delay randomly throughout the gameplay.

It was a little painful to restart or reconnect every 20mins or so, but my partner and I managed to finish the base game with the deck docked to the TV running 1080p.

If they release an update to fix the controller input we might come back and finish some of the optional challenges.

A cute and good game, bought it at a discount which made it VERY worth it. Definitely recommend to play with someone else since that's the main part of the game - imo it'd be too frustrating and boring playing alone. The kiwi bird customisation/skins are fun too.

Only cons are the seasons aren't complete which was really disappointing - there is no FALL/AUTUMN season ): And some of the levels with the weird gimmicks did not have tutorials, which made it annoying to figure out wtf to do lol

Gamedesign is absolutely amazing in this one. The game is really funny, inventive, cute and has so much soul. I especially loved the secret puzzles. Challenges are tight but nothing that can't be solved with proper cooperation, although the luck is sometimes the factor.

However, it is plagued by multitude of bugs, some related to finnicky Unity's collision engine, with boxes or kiwis getting stuck or not being able to place or pick up stuff. But the most annoying ones by far - at times not properly syncing the messages that the players have to type in or compose which makes certain levels unbeatable unitl restarted. These are not an issue in local multiplayer though.

Good game for getting cute girlfriend and possibly wife one day??? Invite her over for cute Kiwi game, make fun of Australia together. Bond to be closer to one another. Blame her for all your downfalls, but encourage her that she can do it and succeed next time. KeyWe is an excellent game.

Nice concept. Great visually too. Seemed fun for the first few minutes, but gets boring soon.
The menu navigation is very confusing, I got lost in if multiple times.
Might be for genre lovers, but I didn't like it much.

The game does not support dualsense(ps5), no ps promts when using dualsense with steam input, but there is when using dualsense with ps4 emulator(stupid decision). On the 2nd mission the game broke, my friend saw the words from the 3rd quest, I saw correctly(from the 2nd), after we finished the 2nd part of the mission, I saw correctly the 3rd part, while my friend had already finished all parts of the mission. Bug at the beginning of the game.

this game sucks because they call autumn "fall" and christmas is in winter and it snows, even though we're very clearly in the australian outback.

honestly a lot of fun, the lag was noticeable playing online co-op from australia to america but mostly didn't affect gameplay. controls can be a bit clumsy at times but you're playing as a little kiwi bird, the clumsy controls add to the charm!

-High graphics with shadows worse than games from 2003.
-Maximum resolution limited to 1920x1080 in a 2021 game.
-The worst UI design for a main menu I’ve ever seen.
-No anti-aliasing, so every texture looks jagged.
-No option to change the language.
-The dumbest control preset ever—arrows? Seriously?
-You can’t skip the intro video.
-The tutorials are a mess: you don’t understand anything.
-Finally figured out how to print messages on the first level? Too bad—the game immediately throws you into a completely different level, before you’ve even gotten used to the mechanics or layout of the first one.
-Some levels are overloaded with unnecessary mechanics. For example, in the second level, you have to:
Put an envelope into a bird’s bag.
Give the bird a treat.
Quickly close the locks on the bag’s straps within a few seconds.
This would be fine—if only the game didn’t introduce entirely new mechanics every single level, forcing you to relearn everything every five minutes.

For a co-op game released in 2021, I’d rate it 3/10.
I’ve never played something this bad. It’s worth buying only at an 80% discount. At full price? Absolutely not—it feels like robbery. And I was only 40 minutes into the game, imagine playing all the levels what might be my review include? Jesus....

No need for this realistic art style, severely hampers the game play and experience. Does not run good on an older system at all, and there is no reason this should be happening for a non demanding game like this. Not fun because of this performance issue.
