3D обои требуют стандартных настроек Windows 10 / 11. У большинства пользователей это есть, но, вероятно, есть негативные комментарии, что это проблема для некоторых людей с измененными настройками системы.

was nice for about a year but now it just doesn't work at all.. don't waste your money on this it's out dated and no signs of it ever being fixed.
the fluid wallpaper 3dm makes is much better. This one looks cool with 1 display only. does not screech across monitors very well.

It's........ok.
Thing is, it's buggy and rather performance intensive (for what it is) depending on the settings.
On a single monitor it's pretty good, when delving into the multi monitor settings it gets glitchy. Especially on 3 monitors. Stretch is ok but on the third monitor there is barely any visualization. And you get the stretch artifacts (The balls that roll around will be eggs at the far ends) Other than stretch I cant select more than one monitor at a time and they're listed incorrectly (0,1,2) while my displays are 1,2,3. The software thinks my 3 monitor is 1.
When you do select another monitor the visualization and settings freeze on the previous monitor and jump to the one selected, requiring you to go into windows personalize, select wallpaper then back to solid color in my instance to get rid of it. Shutting the software down will freeze a loading screen window on whichever monitor it was running on requiring me to do the windows personalize thing again. I did the visual effects/best appearance thing the dev recommends.
I found just duplicating monitors in windows works better than the visualizers settings which is a bummer.
Performance is more dependent on the settings you choose, the "floor" setting is the most performance intensive. I have a 4070ti and having floor maxed will send core clocks all the way up to 2865, with usage up to 50%, power draw about 80-100 watts on a single monitor. Resolution really didn't affect performance much if at all in my case.
CPU usage was actually pretty minimal, 15 to 17% on a ryzen 3600. System ram (16g) really wasn't that affected much either. Also running windows 10, everything up to date.
The UI is buggy as well, you go to click on a slider and move it to realize it hasn't moved at all and have to click it again which is frustrating. The rotation function is also frustrating, it's a slider with no numerical info so once it starts rotating if you want it to stop you have to guess where 0 is and in this case it's somewhere in the middle, so good luck with that. There's a default button but that resets everything including the introduction tutorial.
It is pretty cool looking though so there's that.
I'd give it a middle of the road rating if I could, not great but not awful. It's also only a few bucks. As it is though I wouldn't recommend it.
its a good add on but i wish there was a stop button to stop using the background
high gpu usageon rtx 2070 and 1050ti good tho when you need to show you desktop on yt tho but not for all the time...
Honestly one of the best purchases ive ever made off of steam this app is so cool its customization isnt incredibly good but ive only had this app for a few hours so there could be a lot i havent seen yet but i would 100% recommend this app to anyone that has a pc and steam its so cool with your music affecting it just 100% awesome
This is the most coolest piece of software in my opinion
looks really kul, but sometimes gets really laggy. overall it's not bad if you wanted something that looks this pretty, and the people who made this are looking at the negative reviews and trying to fix the problems, so props them them as well. overall I think it's worth the money they are asking for this wallpaper, but that's just my opinion.
Alright, so I do approve, especially given the $4 tag.
The app worked immediately! Even though I had a game, YouTube, and Spotify open at the time of launch.
Here's what I like:
- 15 presets styles
- Decent customization of how the style reacts to sound
- Flexibility between sources, can confirm this reacts to Spotify, Youtube, and Steam games
- Clean UI appearance
Here's what I don't like:
- While there are many style presets, they are more like multiple variations on the same 3 types. (Cubes, shapes in the wind, and plane.)
- The frequencies it reacts to seems to be tuned to the higher end, eg, it pulses more on a hi-hat than a bass drum.
- The buttons on the UI have to be selected and dragged from the very very center, which means most of the button is actually fake and uninteractable.
- Selecting style presets are in a scrolling menu where you cannot use scroll wheel, and can only drag the scrolling slider beside it, which is bad when the criticism above is so prevalent.
- Some style presets seem to be more or less sensitive, and require tweaking the settings every time.
- The CPU/GPU usage could be better. FYI im using a GTX 1080ti and an i7-10700, so im doing alright.
Here is what i would add/fix to really bring this to the next level.
- Make a transparent mode for special styles, like bars and radial visualizers.
- Fix those buttons.
- Make a windowed mode to allow fullscreen (hiding the taskbar)
- MORE COLORS PLEASE, lets make this easier and just add a HSB (hue, saturation, brightness) color slider and gradient markers. I really really want this because some of the color that would match my setup aren't available, especially the multicolored gradients.
- Make a frequency tuning setting, this would allow me to make bass more reactive and high-pitched white noise less reactive.
- 3 or more custom preset profiles. It sucks i have to tweak the settings every time i swap to a new style, so adding in a favorites section would be amazing!
[*]Make the style selection a grid instead of a scrolling window.
I would love to be in contact with the developer to clarify and discuss the implementation of these features. (I'm not a programmer but hey, I'd love to consult for feedback)
It took a hot minute to set up, but looks great now that I have it set up, and I love that most of the scenes look great even without the music reader function. I would suggest that the smoke scene be more visible on its own, rather than being basically invisible without the color from the music reader. I would also like for there to be more variety in the music reader, like putting a spectograph version (if that makes sense) or just other ways to visualize the sounds, but that's just wishful thinking, the app is great already.

Not enough options and the visuals are sub par with no wow factor at all. Cool at first but after ten minutes an overall underwhelming experience.
Recommended usage: High on shrooms or acid, otherwise you might get sea sick.
Conclusion: Are you planning to drift away into other dimensions? Buy it!

Believe me...the Music Visualizer Engine PC Live Wallpaper is not merely an 'eye candy' as I stated before in my (deleted) review. It becomes a 'visual treatment' for my gaming laptop rig --after I upgraded my Windows 11.
My best assumption is Windows 11 engine is really working for live wallpaper ! Thank you for the developers of this live wallpaper. Your visual live wallpaper also works with Windows Media Player from now on.
It is not stating automatically with the windows, i have to manually start it & IT IS HEATING UP MY SYSTEM CONSIDERABLY, IT NEEDS OPTIMISATION
The visualisations themselves were very cool, but it generated a lout krackling every 2 seconds or so.
It's 50/50 on whether or not this runs at start up. If it fails, good luck getting it to shut down and restart with no issues. I'd be upset if I hadn't had gotten it so cheap.
A review most people are looking for. Current usability state is that it is stable but the audio bands tune is terrible. i get large climbs on voice and everything else is stale in the all ranges so my desktop looks like its vibrating at best. Does not perform as advertised in this regard. There are easy solutions to this though if the developers are willing to take constructive criticism and turn it into improvements.
Other buyers/users if you have constructive things to help improve let them know here by responding to this review. dont write books about how stupid they are on something that does not help. dont just say it doesnt work right that does not help. also dont ask for wildly impossible things. What other reasonable improvements would you like to see? Which of my Negatives would you like to see improved/added the most?

Alright lets cover the positives (opinion)
Reasonably priced
Great unique program to bring back visualization
Runs smooth in most instances
Cool for a bit
Highly compatible for low to mid grade pc's
Looks spectacular coupled with xMagicScreen program (same developer)
Negatives (opinion):
Add a full spectrum audio band tuner. it is missing and is vital for audio visualizers. This will help tune the program to work as intended for every user, their style of music and, preferred third party audio player. 0-100 options for at all 24 bands would be best. A diagnostics chart would be helpful to see where audio band are hitting and where settings need to be to trigger the visuals to react. (most important) a good example is the alienware winamp visualizer for leds by Ingrater.
Improvement: Needs more styles. like the winamp style, visualizers randomizer to change between your styles and camera angles and colors, bars design for audio bands visualizers (would be killer awesome)
Improvement: Takes 500mb of ram to run. would recommend closing while running games or video rendering programs. needs to be more around 200mb-300mb for most devices to handle in the lower price range of computers. maybe have a 720p and 1080p resolution settings. go crazy with a third option 1440p.
Add custom image for background would be nice. (not super important)
Add a color table/hue selector to set our own color combos with background color, audio band trigger colors, and basic gradients you already have present.

To the developers:
Overall I would recommend buying the program it is only $4 or so and it is worth $4 but if you keep building on it and take it seriously this could turn into a million dollar idea. YOU ARE THE ONLY STABLE VERSION OUT THERE. please work hard on this and build on it. use features from your other programs like xMagicScreen, xWallpaper, Energy Engine Wallpapers to really make this program pop. you could actually combine all four programs as one and sell it for $12-$15 and it would be worth it guys. Just call it one thing and have it all in one hub program with tabs to do different things, like in Magic Screen. something basic and intuitive; easy to navigate. You are doing great work guys keep going.
I love it. Many scenes and settings, well optimized for 4K display. Much better than "Ultimate" version. Will stay for long on my PC. Another great project by 3DM. Thumbs up!
