Can you turn an out-of-business dildo shop into a profitable Cannabis empire? Probably not, but there's only one way to find out...
Weed Shop 3 is a recreational marijuana dispensary simulator with business management mechanics, FPS action, and a crazy storyline you'd come to expect from the guys who most definitely didn't smoke crack with Kevin from Tenderloin.

You start your Marijuana-infused adventure just like the last time: broke and clueless. How broke? Grow your weed in the toilet, look for singles in the trash, smoke roaches, deal ditch weed to burnouts type of broke. The journey to the top will be long and grindy, but hey, at least you still have your kidneys and a little bit of weed, so start growing and work your way up the Ganja ladder!

Deal weed on the streets or sell it in your shop and use the proceeds to expand your operation. Upgrade your grow setup and grow larger quantities of more potent strains. Improve the visual appearance of the shop to attract higher-paying clientele. Make and sell your own pre-rolls as well as various paraphernalia.

Once your grow op becomes too much for one stoner to handle, get more! Hire staff and have them specialize in selective fields such as farming, promoting, sales, etc. as they gain more experience. Having experienced staff will allow you to outsource most of the daily grind so you can focus on bigger things.

Now since you got some free time on your hands and, hopefully, a whole lot of cash in the safe, why not open up a second facility and start experimenting with cross-breeding new strains? Breeding a new more potent hybrid strain will take a lot of trial and error unless you get to know the right people, that is.

Got them hybrids growing in your brand new field already? Perfect! All you need now is some hash extractors, heated dab presses, and cart fillers and you'll be producing solventless concentrates with the highest THC in town,

Congrats you've finally almost made it... sort of. All you need is some brand recognition and, fortunately for you, Sunless Beach is crawling with various influencers. Hire them to promote your products, gain their respect, and turn them into high-paying customers who will then promote your shop for free.

Almost making it comes at a cost though. As news of your Weed Shop spreads across the city, you will come under the radar of a local cartel. If you manage to gain their respect, you'll be able to run gang-related tasks and sell them your product in bulk.

The road to becoming the biggest Weed Dealer on the coast won't be without its challenges. You'll have to deal with shoplifters, crackheads, snitches, thugs, and some other **** we can't disclose for legal reasons. However, whenever the going gets tough just grab a blunt and light up! Hit the beach, your pad, or the club and dab out until you trip out!

Weed Shop 3 - Steam Review
If you're a fan of shop simulation games, love seeing numbers go up, and enjoy long-term progression with tons of things to manage, Weed Shop 3 is a must-play. This game lets you start with a small shop and, through production, customer interaction, and expansion, grow into a full-scale weed empire. It’s fun, addicting, and packed with mechanics that keep you engaged for hours.
Pros :
Long-Term Progression : If you enjoy grinding and building up something over time, this game delivers. There’s always something to do—whether it’s upgrading your shop, expanding production, managing street sales, or participating in mini-games.
Variety of Gameplay Styles : Selling directly to customers, investing in automated production, handling mobile orders, rolling and packaging, farming, and even engaging in wild mini-games. Even after 130+ hours, there are still mechanics you might not have explored.
Relaxing, Addictive, and Mind-Numbing (in a Good Way) : If you’re looking for a stress-free game where you can throw on a movie or podcast while running a fully automated empire, this is perfect. It scratches the itch of repetition and satisfying incremental growth.
The Ultimate "Watch Numbers Get Bigger" Game : If you love games like 4X strategies, shop sims, or factory management games, you’ll love watching your profits, production, and reputation steadily climb.
Great Shop Sim Mechanics : Fully customizable shop layout, integrated in-game smart TVs for streaming or displaying custom images, and a well-developed customer system with bartering, reputation, and sales management.
Cons :
Slow Early Game : The initial grind can feel stretched, and some players might find it drags before things pick up. However, if you love the long-term grind, this isn’t really a downside.
The Graphics Are Rough (But It Works) : The game leans into a “stock asset” or “so bad it’s good” aesthetic, which fits the goofy tone but may turn off some players. If visuals are a big deal for you, this might be a sticking point.
Performance Demands : This game can be surprisingly beefy on higher settings. If you want good performance with high lighting settings, you’ll need decent hardware. Also, load times on an HDD are rough, so an SSD is highly recommended.
Final Thoughts :
Weed Shop 3 is an addictive, fun, and perfectly goofy shop sim that delivers a deeply satisfying gameplay loop. The cons are minor and may even be pros depending on your tastes. If you enjoy long-term shop management, grinding for profits, and watching numbers skyrocket, this game is for you.
Gameplay: 9/10
Graphics: 5/10
Fun Factor: 10/10
Story: N/A
Replayability: 7/10
Final Score: 8/10
A pretty decent shop sim, if you like that kind of thing. My biggest gripe (besides the writing is pretty terrible) is unlike most job / business sims, there doesn't seem to be a bank/ loan function, which REALLY slows down the early game. Like I don't mind a grind but I'd rather grind to stay ahead of my debt with a coolish shop instead of grinding just to get rid of this stupid dildo sign. Otherwise solid, just know what you're in for (/ devs add loans plz)
Great time killer.
But, you'd think...
That by Weed Shop 3...
The Clocks on the wall would be broken at 4:20.
Once you set up your shop and place your sales counter and have the computer...
Mark ALL of your weed as Not For Sale.
But, leave your sales counter placed and man it yourself.
Customers will come in and Ask to pay the high price without having to haggle.
Get customers to come in by passing out free joints that you collect along the boardwalk and the docks...
Burnouts are favorable to even the worst joints...
1 or 2 freebies and they are customers.
Sell 50% or better weed and they usually stay customers.
Much more profitable to run around the slums and watch for orange $500 Hallowweed Bongs to Dump in the computer's Dump Yo Junk app...
The white buckets scrap for $5 to $10 each...
They spawn around the benches in the inner city and slums...
Pick up the Turds and Power Turds, as they seem to take up the space where a potential Halloweed Bong, Candy Cane Bong, Bucket, or other junk item, once you unlock stuff by leveling up, could spawn...
Not much here, and what is here, is locked behind a very long artificial grind. Don't spend more than $5 on this as the first 5 mins of the game is the whole game.
Fun and addicting. IDK why but I can't stop playing.
The progression in this game is so terribly slow. I'm certain there is more to do in this game but it all appears gated behind player level. I have over 20 hours in and nothing very new has happened. There's minigames unlocked but you have to be stoned to access them and being stoned puts an obnoxious filter on the screen making the games annoying. I'm not sure if I've missed something but the only boost I can seem to find is 1.5x xp and that just isn't that great.
I'll give this game an 8/10, though half of that score admittedly comes from being able to hire a facsimile of Trailer Park Boy's Randy Bo Bandy. With ol' Smokey being my favourite character from that series this really just became and adventure of Randy, me, and a shapely-ish woman named Anita Bath.
That said there is a solid simulation game here that will have you balancing a few plates to maintain a consistent supply of increasingly quality weed and customers. You can expand and customise your store and, while that seems a long way off at first, every expansion does considerably improve your operations and the feel of your control as a player. The game has smart TVs to play from a limited cite selection that does include Youtube, smart posters to play from folders on your PC, and the odd security issue. It is all pretty linear, though, there is definitely a determined path and not a tonne to unlock rank-to-rank. To cite the recent release of Kingdom Come Deliverance; this game follows a vein non-instant gratification and you'll have to scrape up from the dirt bottom and it can take a few hours.
The worst part of the game is the tortured stoner humour. Most of it is teeth-grating but the occasional gems poke through, like the employees above. It is possible that I don't get some of the references but, just prior to this review, the game did helpfully inform me that, uh, acts of self-pleasure can be considered an addiction but that at least you do manage to accomplish something with your day. So if you take nothing from this review and this game, by golly, you can take that.
Too much fun. Tourists only buy from you on the street, because they refuse to visit a former dildo shop. The customers move as if in a game from the 90's, but it adds to the stupidity atmosphere of the game.
Is a good game to just chill, might be a bit hard to start out but once ya figure it out its a blast
Fun game once you get going the start is pretty slow and quite the grind to keep up with demands. But if you are someone who loves "SIM" type games this is one of the better ones in my opinion.
After a lot of hours (I know not 100s but still...) This game is more chill and relaxing than any other game where you sale/expand your workspace, storage, or in this case, grow space too, along with many other nifty tidbits I havent even run into, but the screenshots say a lot, and the City Map and Guide in their respective tab are wonderful, as well as the WS3 Discord community that can be found here: https://discord.com/invite/jWqSrNURhR (also can be found in Discussions)
in the beginning, the game is janky as hell, the tutorial is so unclear that if you can figure it out then you are a genius. there's even a hidden tutorial if you decide the first tutorial is too janky and ditch it. if you don't get the kidneys then you have to pay for it all. between the crackheads, looters, thieves, and beggers. not to mention your customers taking "freebies" with no intent to purchase. it's a wonder if you ever get above "crackville".
btw, this game is waterfront california, never says the city, but by the number of crackheads, tent camps, and poo on the streets, I'd say san diego or Los angeles.
but if you're willing to check the park benches for poo cash and helf smoked doobies then you might just crawl out of the hell that is the base level of this game... too bad it took me 11 hours of playing to figure out the freebies you can snatch on the streets while dodging gangs, druggies, and rednecks.
the burnouts in this game remind me of a crackhead I met Downtown Tampa, holy masterpiece.
im fucking love this game its quirky and fun as hell and pretty unique i would say
it's good, skip the terrible tutorial though, way too much dialogue
Takes some time to get to a manageable point but its all a part of the grind
This game is for someone who just wants to relax and have a chill exp, I highly recommend. So much to do and crazy shenanigan's always happen.
just get it guys. seriously. this game is literally a troll game in a nutshell and yet it's worth twice the full price for the amount of content. i have spent over 300 hours on this game and every second has been a rollercoaster of fun.
It's simple and you do a lot of the same thing. But it's also nice to zone out and do the same thing again.
Its basically a bigger version of those weed shop games for mobile. i was not expecting a full beach and city to roam around in and the ability to pick up money and free joints up off the floor really helps when you are in a bind!
grab it sharpish while its half price...still well worth full price.excellent game with loads to do....whats not to like about smashing burnouts around the head with a massive dildo
I wish there was some cheat codes. Maybe to add more money to your account. Other then that the game is chill.
It's an addictive, funny, weird game. It's also extremely long, and you will be grinding, but it's worth a purchase for sure.
Great game tbh, the shop system in here is so close to perfectly done. The core mechanics of the game they have absolutely nailed. I was surprised I liked it as much as I did but I do, the game is just great.
If you like running shops or watching numbers go up then this game is perfect for you. Absolutely recommended.
Please add co op - free simulation games like supermarket together have this capability.
My internet was down and i had bought this on sale a while ago and never played it so i booted it up. wasnt too impressed...felt very jank, not a whole lot of variety. just sit in a bathroom growing weet outa paint cans..meh.
Fast forward 200 hours later and im running a heckin weed empire my shop has more floorspace than wallmart, my growrooms and labs are MIT levels of state of the art, every influencer wants to schill my product and theres a god damn alien walking past.
If i have a criticism its that the game is a total mess from a design perspective. In a better designed business sim you keep upgrading your production facilities because if you dont, you wont be able to keep up with increased demand as your store gets more popular.
This dosent happen. at a certain point your popularity caps out, youre stores fully upgraded youve put everything on discount, youre calling infulencers all the time and still the store only trickles in customers. im sitting on enough weed to satisfy charlie sheen but you cant sell it fast enough. entire play sessions would go by without me having to grow anything and alot of the time i would just run the game in the background so i could sell more.
The endgame content is also all hard locked behind large ammounts of cash, good to know but once again, you cant sell it fast enough, so it would take literal hours for me to farm up enough cash for the next bit of content, no thanks WS3, youre a perfectly decent little side activity but im not doing that...
still, its definately worth the 20 bucks if you go into it with the right additude.
im not even a stoner... this game is still pretty great, lots of gameplay
da shop is open
very grindy game with lots of content and hours to put in if thats your sort of thing
would recommend 9/10
I actually love this game. Its super fun, its very in depth. The gameplay is entertaining. I love leveling up and unlocking things. I'm level 36 at the moment and I cant wait to hit 45 to get the lab to crossbreed plants!!!
Figured this was as good a time as any to say I like this game.
Super fun game. I've been addicted to this game various times since I've bought it. Growing, delivery, Lab, etc are really fun. Only complaints are the alien update because it's annoying to go up and down the roof all the time, and the absolute worst part of the game is the performance. It's so laggy sometimes and always takes forever to load the save file. Amazing game though.
The game is really fun overall. There is quite a bit of content. My only issue is that the grind is insane. It slows down lots in the late stages, which isn't completely terrible.
I actually really like this game, but the broken state of the crab digger minigame was so infuriating that I'm leaving a bad review until it's fixed.
An impulse purchase I've yet to regret
I like this game because theres alot of weed in it NO BAP ON HOOD 55th street CRIPS!!!!!
ty sh
its okay i guess
funny and hard to put down
fun
faded then a hoe
-fulcrum
extremely fun, very stoner culture, love it
ITS ALOT OF FUN AND GRINDING
good gamne
Great game, only a few issues:
- After giving a joint, locals tell me they will come into the shop but they never do
- Sellify does not work, for anything. I increase qty then click the button and nothing happens... no money exchanged for weed
-levelling up takes a long while but ig is ok
It would be cool if we could advertise business on the PC :)
I am curious to see what v4 is like :)
still no changes a year later
weed lol
Its fucking stupid but that's why its good it doesn't take itself serous and that's awesome and makes it so fucking good i hate how much a love this game and idk if i will want to play another farming game because i think i have been spoiled too badly
One of the most devious games ever
10/10 recommend
Bruh I grew so much weed that it started growing me, changed my life and stole my wife. 10/10 will def play again
