All Eve ever wanted was to protect and preserve the land, but after five years of being a ranger in Yosemite National Park, she’s just about ready to throw in the towel. The people are careless, her co-workers are annoying, and thanks to an increasingly tight budget she can hardly do her job. Fed up and burned out, Eve lashes out, but after being transferred to a remote cabin post in return, she only finds herself more uncertain of the value of being a ranger.
Soon after arriving, three strange girls corner her in the cabin. Not only do they claim to live there, but they also say they’re the manifestations of Zion, Yellowstone, and Yosemite National Parks! Are these girls really who they say they are? Why is Yosemite so obsessed with her research? And why does one of them have a volcano on their head? Follow Eve as she gets closer with these spritely cuties that put the “natural” in “supernatural,” and maybe even discovers a new kind of love for the parks.

Came for GL, stayed for the story.
(If you want to enjoy some GL, I recommend having a look at Studio Elan's other games, like Highway Blossoms or Please Be Happy)
The story is great, good writing, very detailed. I love how one get's to experience the others (mostly Yosemite's) perspectives too.
I am not a big fan of toxic behavior, but I understand the story wouldn't work without it.
There are a few things I want to point out:
1) Audio mixing
The audio mixing (especially in episode 1 and 2) is not great. Eve is very quiet and Yellowstone is a bit loud. I understand that this could be intentional, but it's a bit frustrating (when playing without headphones).
+ sometimes one can hear the difference in microphone quality.
2) Episode 4
I really liked episode 4 story wise. There was so much going on and I couldn't wait to see what was going to happen.
In my opinion, the episode could have been longer. It was missing detail and felt a bit rushed.
+ the transition to episode 5 was rough. I would have loved to at least hear what happened after episode 4 ended.
Don't get me wrong, these are minor things. I love the story and would buy/play it again :)

Good story, superb voice acting, and cute art. The only minor issue is that clicking on the right side of the screen goes backward instead of forward, which was strange.
Love the coziness of the cabin and the character dynamics. The first episode is my favorite.
studio elan simply cannot stop making bangers
What I expected: a cute little slice-of-life visual novel featuring anthro versions of national parks.
What I got: A visual novel with anthro national park girls and plenty of sweet moments, but that's able to hit you with plenty of emotional gut punches (but, like, in a good way of course that makes you care about the characters and want to see them thrive).
Definitely recommend playing through all episodes if possible, because this game is quite the ride, and it was absolutely worth every bit of it, IMO.
