Don't expect FIFA, but its fun to mess around in. I haven't played alot but from just 2 games I already can see the amazing potiential for this game. This game is amazing for it's price and has the neccesities for a football game for example:
-A world cup mode
-Alot of countries to choose from
-ratings to help choose the best country
-Multiplayer
Xbox controller works with every other game but not this one. Please fix controller support because this game seems fun and for $1.99 definitely worth it.
I have only recently bothered writing reviews maybe it is lockdown boredom?. Anyway this is a great little game - similar to sensible soccer - there are no subs / yellow cards / team management etc and complex moves which at 48 suits me. The graphics are good and it has a punchy soundtrack. For the long term there isn`t much to keep you but to pick up and play like you represent Rotherham Utd from the early 90`s it`s great. Don`t expect FIFA but for 99p your drugs are too strong if you did!!. Nice little time passer Well Done - love the keepers by the way when they throw the ball 2cm in their own box (Very RUFC!!)
Sadly an unfinished buggy mess.
Last year it has been reported that you can lose completely the control of the players randomly in the middle of the game, and in 2020 it's still unfixed. I have it at least once per game.
Also i don't find attacking nor defending very interesting, it's very very casual..
Absolute crap
I have a thing for small football games and was hoping to have a bit of fun with this one, but unfortunaly I can't recommend it. The presentation is very barebones with only 2 modes and important teams like the Netherlands are missing.
But the no go for me are 2 things.
First, technical difficulties: Sometimes I wasn't able to move my players while defending. The whole team started walking in the same direction (the CPU team did this too.) This happened 3 times during a single match. The game also crashed once during my short playtime.
The other big issue is the lack of actual football rules. No yellow/red cards and no offside. Sorry, I know this is a one man project, but this is just not good enough and an arcadish title doesn't justify the lack of basic football rules.
DEVs is a sweet guy who is still working on language options and missing national football teams in game.
It's a nice little game to kill some time...has a Lot to improve, but that's why I bought it: it is not expensive and at least we give a bit of support..
No its not even just for fun. I am sorry but this is the worst soccer game I have player ever.
Could be a great game if you could change your player "EASILY", when you don't have the ball. Seems to be a problem here. Also a noticeable speed burst option would be great too. So close to a great game.
The animations are great, but it is riddled with issues. With a massive amount of spit and polish (sorting out the AI, active player selection, adding red & yellow cards, squad lists, and speeding everything up a notch to name but a few) this really could be fantastic.

1. Without injuries and/or cards this looks really stupid...... or better remake it as rugby simulator then.
2. Make an option to manually switch players when defending, sick and tired of this fifa-autoswitch stupidity.
3. Make AI players run without the ball, not only walk like in a park.
4. When aiming standards, make directional arrow response slower, it's very hard to aim with a xbox stick now.
just purchased the game. graphics are cool. The only complaint right off the bat, is that the game play is too slow, even on pro mode. the pace is excruciating. Is there a way to adjust the speed of the game.
when starting the game you get a brief screen of the control layout. its too quick, so you basically have to learn what the controller buttons do or what keyboard letter to use. very annoying.
next thing is the pause menu, when pausing the game, there is no information where I can look at the game controls., or change camera settings.
sounds/atmosphere are very good
the game has potential as a simple pick and play.
edit: more time with the game. doesn't seem to have an in game save. if you play tournament you have to play all rounds or you lose your progress.
AI teammates and opponent need improvement.
again, the players move to slow.
The developer is working hard to make the game good and he is all alone. So, I hope that you buy this game to support him to go on doing what he is doing. He already fixed some of the major issues and I have faith in him that he is going to make it even better.

I played 1 full game and that was to much. Game play is very slow , AI is horrible, passing is horrible, tackling is horrible. Don't waste your time.
