Who is This Man is an spy game with privacy and hiding.
Your task is to report interesting items found in the house of the new person you moved into. You have to search the whole house and report valuable items after stealing it from him. You can buy all the agent tools that will help you to do this from the market. (drone, invisibility radio, bear trap, security cameras, etc.)
But when you do, your goal is to set up cameras in the house and install traps. You will be charged according to the value of the object you are reporting and you can spend them as you wish. You can mining to make money easier.

This dynamic, thought-provoking and challenging game changed me as a man and the altered my brain chemistry. The unique features of this game make it truly stand out, although it may seem like a cheap Hello Neighbour ripoff to some it is so much more and people simply fail to realise

Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware.
In this case, the asset flipper took a bunch of generic town/suburb assets and dumped them onto a simple template, fleshing it out just enough to make a very basic jumpscare/ripoff of "Hello Neighbour" only with war criminals. It has no value or merit as a real game, and as with some asset flips, was made as a joke game without any sincerity.
I would comment in more depth about the game technical attributes but I can't, and I can't because the game doesn't launch properly on modern builds of Windows 11/modern gaming hardware. Because the game is broken and unplayable for me, it may also not work for other gamers. This is a solid reason to approach this game with some scepticism. "Developers", yes, even asset flip scammers and insincere trashware pushers, have a responsibility to make sure their products work, or they should stop selling them. Knowingly trying to sell broken products is unethical.
The game never really caught on with the millions of gamers on Steam, with a very low peak player count close to launch, and then just a handful of players launching this game every couple of days. This is undoubtedly caused by factors such as those raised in this review. It's always helpful with buying decisions to consider how popular and successful the product is, and unfortunately while this did accumulate a few participation trophy reviews, overall, people just aren't using it.
This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name.
So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam?
Who Is This Man has the far too high price of $10 USD, for which you could easily get any number of older AAA games. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend.
For comparison, the $10 asking price for this game could get you games like "Stellaris", "Grand Theft Auto V" or "Mirror's Edge". Quality, professionally made games like those are frequently on sale cheaper than this.
Note: Because this is more of a "joke" game, intended to draw attention from controversy or in the hopes of going viral because it's "so bad it's good" (but it isn't good at all), there's nothing here to offer to serious gamers. As usual, with most awful/joke games, all the comedians come out of the woodwork. The vast majority of the reviews for this game are joke reviews, such as "this game cured my cancer, saved my marriage, changed my life" etc. Because most of the reviews are as insincere as the game itself is, and if you removed the fake/joke reviews the game would have a markedly different review score, the positive review score for this game should be disregarded.
