if you don't want to pay for dlc but want to play fun songs i recommend: NiLangQianQiu, Sky Fragment, Submerge in Color, Banner of the Maid, Luxinauz, Confession, LALALA Refrain and Bass telekinesis.
These were my favorite songs when I started the game. But if you want to buy the dlc one day, I recommend these songs: epilogue, Regain, Cross Destination, Sterelogue, Spooky Mummy Party, Alice in Misanthrope, Final Dash, Sakura Fubuki, Oriental Shade, Flurry Of Sakura and PUPA
这周是我的期末考试周,我还没有为他们中的任何一个学习。但是 Musynx 帮助我放松了一点。所以谢谢你,感谢开发者
When the screen turn into grey 💀
fun
very good game
爽
It's my side quest of Osu Mania!
all of the songs are not my type but for the context of quality is good (+++it has a skin note)
the game is perfect and I enjoy it
simply will not open. fun when i got to play it though.
Cool game for like a dollar
Ima be real
This review is a perspective from a high skill ceiling player (well I consider myself to be good enough to be considered high skill ceiling player) since I have over 350+ hours on VSRG (Vertical Scrolling Rhythm Game)
(and also a completionist)
You should play this game if you want to have the experience from games like DJmax respect, o2jam, and many other, this game is good for it's price
some pros about this game is, it's newbie friendly (but no tutorial), their achievement are very accessible for almost everyone (at least if you have rhythm), grade rating are merciful, game is pretty cheap, and that's pretty much it (at least what i can think of rn lol)
but the cons about this game..
There are 3 difficulties in the game, EZ (Easy), HD (Hard), IN (Inferno), and for the base game (50+ songs), A LOT of the songs doesn't have the IN difficulty, so for people that are intermediate to advance players that plays IN diff, they don't get a lot of chart to play, unless if you play the HD diff, which all songs have chart for, but sometimes people are lazy, and because of that the achievements in this game (there are achievement for playing all the songs) that makes people that are already pretty good at VSRG become so bored because they have to play easier chart, that people include me, I literary learnt how to multitask to play a rhythm game while also watching a video (practicing to read twitch chat while playing guitar hero type shit). Also the achievements in this game (well for steam at least) are buggy as hell, I would have gotten 100% achievement at hour 8 of playtime, I spent an extra hour because I was trying to make the game trigger the achievement. Also it have the same concept like muse dash, which you have to buy dlc for more songs (which is understandable because the game is pretty cheap, but still) but imo it's not a big of a deal but it's still a con imo. And very limited settings.
I think that's all i can think of for now, I probably have more complaints but i kind of forgor lmao, but you may be wondering, why I complain al ot but still recommend the game ? Because, as I said before, this is MY experience of this game, but if I was just a casual player with like the basic of skill in rhythm game/vsrg I probably would like this game. So if you're hesitant to buy it or not, go ahead no one is stopping you, but if you still want to play this type of game (VSRG) but you don't want to pay of it, go play other vsrg, I recommend Osu!Mania to try, if you like it you can get better ! or if you want a free steam vsrg, go play Quaver, it's almost the same as Osu!Mania.
Conclusion, Good but can be better
Rating 6.2/10
Enjoyment 4/10
MUSYNX is a great rhythm game for anyone who loves music. It has loads of songs to play and lets you pick different visual styles for the note lanes. This keeps the game feeling fresh and makes it fun to try out new looks while you play.
If rhythm games are your thing, this one’s worth checking out.
Honestly highly disappointed. I played this game because they did a collab with Muse Dash (which is one of my favorite games) and I ended up uninstalling. For one the song selection is really not great. Half of the songs frankly suck. Also there's a limited amount of them in base game. The DLC's also suck. They are over priced and there's really not that many songs that come them. One thing that was different is that if you don't get the beats right the song alters like you are producing the song. It's an interesting gimmick but the problem with it is that it makes the song sound off even if you get it just right. I've noticed this with a song I know from Muse Dash I know. Can't fully describe it but it bothers me. My friend who likes this game argued when I complained about the song selection said "Well it's a Chinese game." To me that's not really an excuse because so is Muse Dash and their songs are fantastic, even their Chinese songs. China can make good music but MUSYNX doesn't have much of it. All and all I really can't recommend.
very chill game :) i feel like a robot :)
Incredibly fun and addictive. Whether you play casually or competitively, there’s something here for everyone. A well-made and engaging experience!
I thought this would be a cute rhythm game but after buying the game you have to buy all the songs as well, if you're rich and can buy them then the game is probs good but just play osu! mania or quaver or something,
Hello, Honestly I'd give this rhythm game a 7.5/10. My main big points as to why it isn't a 10/10 would have to be the note size they are a bit too small for my taste maybe make them slightly bigger notes, my 2nd and main issue I have with the game would have to be how certain maps have random slow spots and not like less notes but the actual approach speed of the notes decreases by a large margin, makes the game feel meh to me. when it comes to rhythm games the game feel and the mechanics have to be very refined in order for the game to come together. Other than that the music is good , could use a lot more songs in the base game without the dlcs but besides that the gui and everything looks amazing but the overall game play needs some work
If you ever wanted to feel like a musical genius and complete failure at the same time, this game is for you.
Kinda gives me Tetris Effect vibes with how the skins present themselves and react to the music. The tracks themselves lean a bit too much on Electronic music (for my tastes) but it's still a fine soundtrack. The few piano pieces that are in the game really lean in to the ethereal. Definite vibes with this game. The option to choose either 2d or 3d stages definitely is a plus.
Kind of mediocre but for 1 euro It's fine. There's no interesting patterns or anything that makes you go wow but it does the job
If you're into 4K and 6K big time and considering possibly getting this game, I would highly recommend getting the 'MUSYNX - Forever Friends' DLC. Not only does it unlock all songs in the game but it'll also give you future update songs for free. A massive deal, considering a lot of games push out DLC's often. (Even better if you find yourself with a good sale.)
The charts are good, the song selections are amazing, and the flow of it all is great. Just a good ol' time in general :]
you can mash DFJK for a full song and get 0 misses never lost my combo and almost every hit was an excellent
+ 4$
- hardly any music
- i listen to vocaloid music, this music did nothing for me
- no Custom Songs
- notes make sounds when pressed.... its off putting
go play OSU free, far more complex and fun, shit ton of custom music, and other game modes.
i fw it
very fun and addicting. I wish there was an option to import custom songs and charts, I would pay good money for this feature.
Thank god, the dlc was on sale LOL
The review saying the base game comes with 1 song is not correct, there's like 50 plus songs in the base game all with 4k and 6k and different difficulty levels.
Fun time
Bang for your buck Rhythm game with plenty of songs in HD graphic, the game can be play both 2D/3D style with 4K&6K to choose from.
4 and 6 Button Gameplay, with free updates once in awhile. Always a blast to return. 9/10
A really good and well charted rhythm game with really good songs and good note skins would recommend to anyone just looking for a rhythm game to pick up and play and test your skills with harder songs
IMPORTANT: This game doesn't come with many songs at all, you have to pay for more song packs on top of this base game.
With that caveat out of the way, this game is really darn good. Quality level design, keysounded (a lot of development work and not easy to find in many rhythm games), and paying for the DLC that permanently unlocks all songs is actually pretty good value when you compare it to something like DJMAX.
It's also pretty light and doesn't require an internet connection it seems (didn't check rigorously), which makes it quick to boot up and play one or two songs.
Since this title is also pretty good for beginners in the rhythm game genre, some important tips for those new to this genre: You want to turn up the "Judgment" up to like 50 at least if not higher, or else the timing is too lenient and you'll develop really bad habits. Generally, higher speed is also something you want to build habits toward as you play, as it will unintuitively make things easier to read, not harder.
Amazing music game, one of the first i've played on this platform, would totally recommend:"))
judgements are extremely lenient so its very easy and just encourages spamming but for $1 its a fun simple 4b/6b with no gimmicks like side tracks, doesnt compare to djmax tho
gid
I got hooked on fortnite festival but wanted something a little more challenging and this is it, highly recommend
good
cool game
good :3
10/10 well optimized game and easily worth it's price. I haven't had any issues with this compared to problems I have with other rhythm games (The hitwindows are way more lenient in this game than I'm used to, so maybe there's input issues here too... but I can't tell.) If you play this style of rhythm game with arrow or circle graphics, you will need to learn how to read bar.
My computer has problems running some rhythm games that are visually bland... but this game looks unique and still runs smoothly. Like I'm surprised how well the 3D themes play for me and still look so cool. This game also has these cool hitsounds (Sound Enhancer) you can toggle off/on. It's awesome because it actually takes out the audio of the song and you get to play it.
Someone said you only get one song in base game. So either the creators changed the game or the player didn't properly install the game's content... because I got 70+ songs all with 4 key and 6 key charts. Considering most songs have Easy Normal and Hard... you get at least 350 charts in total.
While the "Forever Friends" DLC is expensive, holy cow you get a ton of charts/songs. Plus I got it on sale for 9.99 USD and that's a steal compared to some stuff I've paid for to play. Note that the other DLCs are theme dlcs. So you don't really get songs for them and it might seem unfairly priced for essentially a skin change to some. But there's worse garbage games that give you pay to win features for way more than that. You don't have to buy it, it's mostly to support the game while getting a bonus if you enjoy it.
I was looking for a rhythm game to play and stumbled across MUSYNX, and I absolutely love it! It’s pretty simple to play, and they update the game regularly with fresh content. Right now, I’m working on 100% completing the achievements, and I’m so close! :3 It’s a fun challenge. The game has also helped me improve my skills in rhythm games. I definitely recommend it! :D
Fun game. Used to play a lot of sound voltex and was looking for a game similar to it. Lots of songs to choose and even more with the dlcs! Great song selection.
Had gotten into Osu mania awhile and got back into again recently but wanted more. Decided to buy this game and it's really fun! There's a lot of songs with different ways to play, such as 4 keys or 6 keys with the choice of either 3D or 2D, 3D is a nice change of pace from the usually DJMax/Mania style and is really fun and unique, with different animations going on in the back! 2D even has its own animations, apart from 3D, and you can really tell that a lot of love went into this game! Also, despite releasing in 2018 its still getting free updates! Definitely worth the price, you wont regret getting it!
This game did not look very promising to me honestly. Infact, when i first played this in early 2023, i ditched it practically instantly. there's no custom user created charts, and the skins were obscuring and annoying, ugly even. I decided to give the game another shot in late august and i've stuck with it since then. I switched my skin to a nice bar skin called Ocean2D, i fixed my judgement window, and offset. This is the MOST FUN VSRG i have ever touched. I play osu and quaver along with this, but this game is just perfect. Sure there's no custom songs, but every chart the game comes with is FANTASTIC. and i mean FANTASTIC. New songs are added to the game every so often, as it's actively updated by the dev(s), and the updates never dissapoint. i've learned to love that about this game. to love how you wait for new songs come out and then play them when they do. The SCORING in this game is also so much better than anything i've seen in other VSRG's. and last but not least, the hit window for "Exact" notes just makes sense. You don't have to be a robot to get exacts on a chart, you just tap to the beat and you get them. No weird shit to it. that's gotta be my favorite thing about this game. Anyways.. TL;DR: Musynx is peak because of the charts, fairness in the hit windows and the scoring system. If you like VSRG's you are missing out so much by not trying this.
brings back memory like O2jam, and it's cute so you can play with your girl in between bangs
bueno
I find a lot of rhythm games overstimulating. This one has a very simple interface and is great if you're looking for an arcade-type rhythm game that's easy to learn and tough to master :)
yes
not the best rhythm game i've played and the fact that the combos and judgements are in an entirely different language + half of the songs are locked behind a DLC contributes to that. the song selection is,,,,eeeeehhhh it kinda sucks. also, the skins are just...not my thing. but i think this game is helping me read bar skins better + it's kinda fun, just a lil bit, so like. i would recommend this i suppose, but that doesn't mean i think its GOOD
love this game!
This is like... DJMax for people who can't afford DJMax
