Introduction
Got tired after a rough day of work or feeling stressed out? Jump in the game for some nice music to relieve stress and have a blast. You won't have to worry about ammo or lives. We don't like them either, so you are essentially immortal with an unlimited amount of ammo. Best yet, there is no reloading! The player has to fight against various enemies. Their density and the dynamic environment is based on the rhythm of the music that you are listening to. Based on your performance the enemies will become more aggressive as well, but don't worry, they will become less dangerous if things get too tough for you.
If simply a score won't cut it for you then you have the "mastery" statistic to keep track of. This indicates how well you performed in the game. Each hit taken will decrease it. Can you keep your personal high score while maintaining a high mastery?
Per music track you will be awarded with funds and experience, which can be used to unlock epic weapons.
Enemies
AI has plenty of enemies for you in stock! Starting out with a few "not-so-aggressive" infections that will try to hit you at any cost. They however might be a little bit too easy for the more experienced players. For them we have quite a collection of unique bosses in stock. Each boss has its own mechanics where it attacks the player in certain phases, figuring out the most effective method of destroying them is up to you. Once you have finished off certain bosses you will be able to encounter their miniature equivalents. Don't be deceived by their size, they are just as dangerous!Rewards
Once you've collected enough funds and unlocked the required level you will be able to purchase and unlock weapons in the shop. Each purchase is final. Everything is only unlockable through the in game currency. While you play you will get more experienced. This will result in better scores per track as well as eventually the option to unlock better weapons, from which we offer you plenty... you can see holographic previews of the weapons and upgrades! For every enemy you have destroyed our fancy system in the preparation room will keep track of it. You can see not only what it looked like, in the holographic preview, but you can also see it in action and the kill count you have!
VR Devices supported
This game supports HTC Vive with the standard Vive controllers. It also supports the Oculus Rift with the Touch controllers. Please do keep in mind that we know that not everyone has access to a VR device. With that in mind we made the game also fully playable without VR. You won't need to purchase the game twice in order to play it in VR and not VR. Just launch the game with your VR device or without your VR device and you're good to go. No need to pay twice for the same product. The game will detect whether you have VR or not and will automatically adjust the settings for it.Поддерживаемые языки: english

As a music enthusiast in general and as someone who loved playing games like AudioSurf, Beat Hazard & Swarmlake, I found this game appealing. I played without VR equipment, and that's, besides using either the Oculus Rift or HTC Vive, perfectly possible!
The game offers a handful of visually pleasing areas where you start listening to (your own = possible) music, and try not to get infected; e.g. the lower your accuracy and/or level of mastery, the more damage you will take, and the more infected your audio gets = lower music levels, but the enemies and their battle sounds will then take over the place. So you'd better listen to some garbage music, or you will get annoyed if you fail at shooting ;properly!
Speaking of which, the game offers 4 types of weapons and there's a royal credit bonus you can initially use to level up your gear already. Now, this was a nice present, but actually also more of a necessity; while having bullets/minigun @ the max. level 4, the rockets @ max. level 4 and the bombs @ max. level 2 (a bit more OP by default), not being able to catch up with all the enemies occurred frequently. The visuals to these weapons and ammo also are a bit standard and actually also tell you you're a bit underpowered at times, but of course this is also music-dependent. Besides, you're basically immortal, and can 'only' get an infection rate of 100% ... facing a score sheet with damage etc. results at the end. So, previously is nicely compensated, although I want to praise the one and only Laser weapon here: visually stunning, and this weapon (@ max. level 2) just seems right! There's a recharge/cooldown period for it, but it overall works great for all types of enemies, and you can definitely be considered OP while facing some of the tougher bosses. In the end, it was nice to try out all kinds of weapons and make it both a relaxing experience — focusing more on the music — and more of a challenge with some of the less interesting weapons.
The bosses for this game are nicely designed, and I'd like to mention the vicious Venom Viper and The Core in particular, the latter for the ideas behind it (a vicious gift you need to un:box).
Overall I can say it was a nice experience, but at least in non-VR, I had basically seen everything after a few hours. But this was actually the same with audio-driven game AudioSurf, which I later picked up for some more challenges and I've used it as a visualizer a lot! Since you can play with your own music, it's always worth picking up again to see what it does with the variation of enemies in the levels, and since the game has had some major updates, you can now also use auto-shooting, so why not use it as an auto-play visualizer?!
7.5/10 — some really neat ideas around the 'Infection'-theme and for someone usually not into Shooters and not that much into Shoot 'Em Up, I liked it because of [the 3 previously mentioned games]. It's a few hours of content for me, but that might be because I haven't played in VR mode. The game also has a max. price tag of €0,79, so I can't complain at all.
Really loving the game.
It's a fun, rhythm-based game. You can play with or without VR. I play with VR.
It has good music in it and it gets quite challenging as you progress the levels.
It is well worth the asking price.
Playing on an Oculus Rift S.
