Об игре
Уже 30 лет идет борьба за будущее нашего мира.Super Robot Wars — это тактическая ролевая игра, в которой персонажи и роботы из разного аниме в жанре «меха» вместе сражаются с общими врагами.
Игроков ждут битвы и приключения в компании знакомых героев. Управляйте огромными роботами на поле боя, чтобы одолеть врагов.
В бою ваши союзники и враги действуют поочередно. После того, как игрок перемещает и использует для атаки своих роботов, настает ход врагов. Когда все враги побеждены, наступает передышка.
В эту фазу игрок может потратить заработанных в боях ресурсы, чтобы обучить пилотов, улучшить роботов и приобрести бонусы для армии. После этого можно перейти к следующей главе.

I like giant robots :)
Super Robot Wars 30 takes everything I loved about the series and pushes it further with its unique features and expansive roster. The Mission System adds a refreshing layer of freedom, letting me tackle the story at my own pace, which feels like a massive step forward compared to SRW V.
The character lineup is incredible, with series like Code Geass: Lelouch of the Re;surrection and SSSS.Gridman adding new depth and variety. The interactions between the characters feel more dynamic, making the story much more engaging.
While I enjoyed SRW V, SRW 30’s mix of tactical gameplay, unique features, and a more diverse cast made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for fans and newcomers alike!

Recommended for lovers of the Mecha Genre, crossovers, and series that are both familiar and not.
The game offers mini stages to level up units alongside the main campaign, which is a first to my knowledge.
Newcomers may be confused with how certain characters know one another from previous entries, as this game is more catered to older fans of the franchise.
Give the game a try, and maybe find a new show to check out after!
Love the game but after 79 hours it started crashing every time it tries to load a battle animations no matter what I do. Makes the game unplayable.

I'm 45.6 hours into the game by the time I wrote this review. It's got some plausible and interesting take on the combinations of stories from different anime series. Watching the battle animations also brings a sense of excitement. The best thing for this game, however, is the addition of Magic Knight Rayearth into the roster, adding a feminine energy into the traditionally masculine franchise. Huge thanks to CLAMP for the series and the SRW production team for introducing the series into the game!
What makes SRW an exhilarating experience is not just the robots. It is different kinds of people coming together and working as a united group to face seemingly insurmountable odds one after another!
Bring the old Super Robot Wars to Steam please.
本作作为机战30周年而推出的版本，参战作品（含全DLCs）不可谓不寒酸，完全不如PS2时代的花3，演出甚至还没PS1的花1和花外传丝滑（重新定义ppt式播片），机战从F和F完结篇后除了画质上的提升，战斗演出越来越长，完全摒弃了机战该有的策略性，甚至加入了自动战斗这个功能（为啥？！纯看片？）；本作任务的系统也完全大变样，自由的同时让人感觉特别腻，有些任务完全就是凑数的。
除了机战和高达的真爱粉，完全不推荐大家买，请谨慎！
Not what I expected. This game is quite boring.
I have over 200 hours in SD gundam G generations.
This game is just pale and uninteresting in comparison.
There's not much strategy. Enemies are stupid even on Expert level.
If you like giant stompy bots and turn-based tactical combat, have I got a game for you...
This game isn't for everyone, its a massive crossover of tons of different mecha anime, so if you're not a mecha head you probably won't know whats going on. Even if you are a mecha head there's a ton of shows represented here you may have never seen before. Its frankly a lot to handle. One top of that its a turn based, grid based strategy rpg and that's not always in everyone's wheelhouse.
That said if youre the kinda sicko who wants to see GaoGaiGar and Getter Robo and Mazinger Z team up this is the place to do it. The game is expansive, challenging, and really fun. if you like Fire Emblem you'll find the basic gameplay engaging and the unique systems around unit resource management have a learning curve you'll get a lot out of.

I have no ties to any of these anime’s. Never played any of the prior games (but I love giant mechs). Needless to say, this is a very good turn based strategy game with a TON of content. It reminds me of a mashup of Front Mission and Fire Emblem with a dash of Infinite Space’s “operaesque” narrative. Do yourself a favor, buy the ultimate edition for 35 bucks when on sale and enjoy turn based strategy bliss. It is not the most complex system but it is a great game to sit back and chill with. I cannot imagine if I was a fan of these anime’s how much I would adore this game. As is, I am very impressed and look forward to future entries.

I'm biased, because I thought I'd never see one of these games on Steam, but I can't not reccommend this to Mecha fans.

If most of these names dont ring a bell to you or are short of "This is my jam", then Super Robot Wars 30 is not the game for you. You can stop reading here.
Super Robot Wars 30 is basically taking all the popular mecha anime (with a focus on the works that came out in the around 2020) and condense into a Fan Service driven tactical RPG (Think Fire emblem but mecha) The gameplay is pretty good but youre not here for the gameplay... youre here to fanboy for the mechas because this is 100% purpose made for you to enjoy your mecha character doing mecha things and potentially feeding any "What If" scenarios you might have imagined.
The story is essentially just the story of the most recent mecha anime at the time of release (2021) cobbled together with enough original material just to have it make have minimal cohesive sense.
Im not going much deeper than this because pretty much the point is made...
Mecha fanservice carries this game and thats all this is.

SRW30 is the worst SRW title on steam.
Too many units and with the dlc its getting even more unit and most of them are useless or weak.
Too many missions, this game has 6 type of mission (key, optional, extra, dlc, front and onboard mission), people complain about the other srw games (V and X) have like copy paste mission but at least it has SR point as an optional objective, this game makes you do hundreds of the similar missions.
I even need to take a break after my 1st playthrough because how burnt out i was.
One thing that I think is at least good is that you have repeatable mission so you can farm for the currency for upgrade (this game has 3 type of currency), you can also grind for levels but enemies level scales with you.
I really dont recommend this to be your first SRW game, because it might giving you a bad first impression of SRW games, try SRW V or X first.
This game has given me the biggest, goofiest grin I have had in a long time. I feel like a kid getting all the action figures out and just smashing them together in some wild storyline I make up as I go along. Only drawback is now it's adding to the endless backlog of series I want to watch!

It's a nice SRPG to play when you want to shut your brain off.
I wanna say that it's good, but it's really not.
If anything you can compare it to SRW games of PS2-3 era and notice that
1. Animations are worse
2. Female characters are censored
3. Gameplay mechanics are removed (combinations/transformations)
4. Some woke garbage inserted into translation (there is a mod that fixes that thank god)
5. Essential units and characters that should have been in the base game sold as DLC.
6. "Ultimate" version actually not being ultimate and you still need to buy another DLC for a complete game
7. Missing classic unit-specific music even with all the DLCs (no fire wars for Mazinkaiser for example)
8. DLC being lazy in general (OGs pilots not interacting with each other for example).
So yeah, it's straight up worse than some old games, like OGs for example.

I've been a fan of mecha anime ever since I first saw transformers, Voltron, Robotech, and all other forms of mecha anime during my childhood. I'll always love Super Robots.

its great game with hd animation and a lot og robot coming back but DLC is a bit too much content repeating specially the opponents. Great game.
While definitely not my favorite SRW game (bring the rest of the International Era games over!!), 30 is a good time. Open mission structure lets you focus on series you like and solid unit list gives a good amount of reply. Definitely wish for my complicated difficulties on missions.

Good Game! For people wondering why the massive down-vote due to player XCC being ban. After reversing the ban, the people here forget to change their review back.
The decision to ban a player from competition based on his/her country of origin is just plain stupid, and yet Bandai won't stop selling games to those countries.
Very fun game!!! Though I wish it had a specific character in it who uses Sekiha Tenkyoken...hint hint!! Still this game is very fun!!!!

Good tactical turn-based! There's a metric butt-ton of Bandai mechas to cover all bases, and the animations are pretty nice. Seems like there's quite a bit of depth to it too. Overall a good addition to the SRW series and a good game to just chill out and play

Honestly, Terada and the gang went all out with this one. A couple of years ago I beat SRW V and Sakura Wars So Long My Love and I'm happy to see SW units as DLC. Between this and Disgaea, these are my favorite SRPGs.
