If you can't read Chinese then i'd say pass on this. As soon as you enter the main area just 2 minutes in some parts are translated and others are not. I used my Google translate app for a few minutes, and it was mostly understandable. It's too much of a hassle considering just how many sections are untranslated.
1. There are bad English translations that don't make cohesive sentences
2. It's not fully translated in English in some parts
3. When you first enter the Uncle's house the game literally steal music from Alice Madness Returns
