YEAHHHH robots
God, you know, it's, um, fine? I guess? I think this would be a decent introduction to point and click games for a child, but anyone older is going to quickly become irritated by the simplistic story and basic puzzles (also the kind of ugly graphics) If you've played every other Wadjet game, then it's nice to hear Abe Goldfarb again, but otherwise, probably don't bother.
Incredibly silly story, but my partner loved the childlike nature of it, and the puzzles are simple enough to be quick and easy fun. Hints are available but I barely ever needed them. For kids, mostly. Partner says the robots are sUpeR cUteEE and she loves the art.
My daughter loves this game and keeps asking to reinstall the game so she can experience the joys of solving the puzzles.
Most puzzles are challenging and fun enough for kids aged around 7+ years old.
Recommended!
Cute and fun game that's actually more of a puzzle game than the usual point & clicke adventure that you'd expect from Wadjet Eye Games. Actually it reminded me of the old Gobliiins, with each bot having specific actions it could do. But, you know, much easier. Or you can think of it as sort of an escape-the-room style game, even if "escaping" is not always the goal.
One potential minus is that, unlike I believe all other WEG games (hmm, is that redundant? not sure), this one has no achievements.
It's also pretty short, took me less than 3 hours to solve, though I did miss one bonus artwork-unlocking collectible somewhere. Of course this is only a minus to those without huge backlogs :)
What the title says, pretty much. It's a great little game if you're looking for a bunch of solid, not too difficult puzzles.
The story and characters are kinda cute and funny at times, but fairly simple, so I wouldn't recommend getting it just for that. Definitely not comparable with other Wadjet Eye games in that regard. This one's just more puzzle-heavy.
Although a lot of the voice actors are 'the regulars', meaning good job on that part too.
Music is a matter of taste and preferences of course (I like it), but I'd say it's definitely fitting.
This was adorable as my dreams. I love robots a lot, so i spontaniously bought it. I loved it. I read out the robot's little text boxes and got the crap scared outta me when Hero spoke. I could critique the human characters all day, and how their plots are mostly irrelivant or not fleshed out enough, but the robots were the real stars!!! Robts!!!!!!!!!!! Tiny friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Definitely drawing fanart.
Puzzle Bots is a nice little point and click. Very cute with an interesting yet simple plot. Most of the puzzles are relatively straight forward but there are some real head scratchers in there and the final puzzle is a doozy! Nice and bright with simple and colourful animation. Voice acting good with some funny parts that give you the odd chuckle. If you're just wanting a little something to pass the time with the odd head scratcher thrown in with enough things to keep you interested, and a low price tag, this will probably be for you and will be quite universal. However if you are looking for more of a challenge where you really have to think outside the box this will probably be too easy for you and not scratch that itch. The use of the bots was easy, however ocassionally it can be irritating when you have to switch between them quickly (you will know where I mean when you get to it).
I got this as part of a point and click puzzle pack and as a whole I thought it was a really nice, well made casual game that I could dip in and out of.
This seems like the sort of thing I'd like, different robots with different abilities working together to solve puzzles, but it's too short and the puzzles never become difficult. Also it's a bit boring to have to move all the robots, the same problems as Lost Vikings, but not quite as lively.
It's worth pointing out that this a sequel to a freeware game with identical gameplay and equivalent length. I would recommend playing that first.
Puzzle Bots is a point & click adventure game designed by Erin Robinson (famous for her indie game Spooks and Little Girl in Underland), however this game has much more in common with one of her other games that goes by the name of Nanobots.
You start as Hero, the pick-up bot and are soon joined by Ultrabot (the toughest bot) and soon find yourself exploring the world around you from the eyes of a new-born robot. You'll later be joined by a whole host of other robots who each have their own special abilities, which will come in handy as you explore further into the world.
The graphics are cute and the illustrations are provided by some famous illustrators including contributions from Harvey James of Kotaku fame.
Some of the music tracks are really good, but where the game really excels is in its voice-overs; something you should by now really ought to expect from Wadjet Eye games.
To finish then, the game is about loving cooperation, and is yet another gem in Wadjet Eye's growing IP archive.

Well that was a cute game. Basic point and click adventure game with a 'Scooby Doo' esque story. Mildly entertaining and about 2 hours long.
The puzzles dont get to complex so its a pretty laid back playthrough. Depending on the price you should grab it.
A cute, story-driven puzzle game designed for an all-ages audience. The puzzles themselves are logical and fairly straightforward, rewarding the player with cute animations and scenes from a light romance and mystery story that, while not Shakespeare, are still amusing to watch.
It is short, and it's no Incredible Machine-- if you're looking for something really challenging or based on Rube Goldberg contraptions, you won't find it here. If you want something that will tickle your brain rather than tease it mercilessly, give this one some consideration.
This game is hard to review. On the one hand, I can see certain people enjoying it. The game is reasonably well made, it's a neat concept, and if you like simple point and click puzzle adventure, you might enjoy this. I didn't enjoy it as much as I expected mainly due to hating some of the characters (not because of the game, but because I hate those sorts of characters wherever they show up. Pointless romance that makes supposedly smart people brainless irritates me anywhere). There were some times when the puzzles were simply frustrating and I had to resort to a guide to figure out what obscure thing I should do, but that's a common failing of puzzle games. Overall, the game is good. If you want a simple, silly story, this game might be fun for you.
Some really cool puzzles involving character switching in this one. It's sort of a story-driven point and click adventure. The voiced banter between the human characters is quite enjoyable, and there's TONS of hidden writing and dialogue.
It's a short-ish game (could take you like 4 hours I suppose) but it's a charming game from start to finish.
A very good game and pretty fun, but I recommend this for newbie at adventure game, since it's cheap, easy, simple (only solving puzzles) and very short. For intimidate gamer, if you're looking for an adventure game with the same price, I suggest Broken Sword over this game, because you'll get a longer game, real adventure game feeling and great storyline.
This game is SO cute. I love how the littlw robots try to help out the couples and save the day. It's fun, interesting and it makes you wanna finish it in one sitting. Don't look this one over, IT'S GREAT!!
^_^
This game is 3 hours long if you spend an hour plus doing the "what on earth am I supposed to do next" thing. And you probably will. Luckily it has a hint feature which truly helps, sometimes. Some good comedy, but about none in the last hour. Worth 2 dollars. 5 bucks? Not for me. Best line in the game "The boss is coming, act competent!".
What a charming game. I had low expecations but when I first saw Wadjet Eye Games on the screen I knew it couldn't be all that bad. And it isn't. It's a fun puzzle game where you have to solve puzzles using multiple robots.
I do think there should've been a 'play in window' option in the game. It looks hideous full screen. Thank God the -windowed launch option does work.
Anyway, I like it !

Puzzle Bots is a point-and-click game that overflows with originality. The zany cast of inventors are hilarious in their awkwardness with all things from nature to women. Although the puzzles are not particularlty challenging, their cleverness shines, and the silly storyline and endearing robots will engage you during this short, but definitely sweet, game.
Fun click and point adventure, each of the five robots can perform a different action. Difficulty is pretty average, with only the last puzzle causing me any real grief. No inventory shenanigans, voice acting and a decent sense of humour make this follow up to the AGS hit Nano Bots worth $5.
Simple and short puzzle game. Not too bad for what's being offered. When a robot finds a bonus item they all do a little dance to some House music. I'd recommend this one for the kiddies or if you want some dumb fun with nominally difficult puzzles.
