It might be a short VN, but at least it's only $3.
Pros
- The few backgrounds for where the characters travel to are nice to look at.
- The background music is nice and the art is good as well.
- Character choices. It is good to see a couple of them, even if most of them just change a couple lines of text.
Cons
- Wish this spent less time recapping from past events for how short it is.
- I was hoping this would be a little longer. Maybe the next episode is a little longer?
- Some parts felt rushed as they kept skipping (a month later, a week later) things that could have been interesting.
Nitpicks
- One line, Kenji says "I guess even Chrontek has a good side." That confused me as I thought he already knew that from learning about their reason for tampering with time
- Another line, Kenji says "I guess our field of work really is more dangerous than it looks." I know it has been some time since the events from the first two games, but shouldn't he know this already? He says that after the events of the last two games and how crazy the stakes were at certain points?! He was probably just thinking, but this is something he shouldn't even guess about.
Overall
If you played the other Time Tenshi games, you should get these games...
IF Silver Cow makes more episodes. You will speed past the current two episodes, hoping they make another one if you get it now.
It is recommended to get past Time Tenshi games to get a better understanding of some things that are said.
Recommended for veterans of the series (if you want them so badly that is), but not for newcomers.
Hilariously dumb
also horrible character design
Apparently this is the 3rd game in the series. Not cool bro, looked like the first. I didn't understand a thing. But it's $3, so I guess it's worth it.
This Story Takes Places After The world got into Huge Tornado That Ripped the Time Rift haha Meanwhile Kenji Rose Kyo Tessa Michelle And others Take some much Needed time off cause they Need to fix the Repaired time Machine Due to Huge Battle that took place. Later down the road A Mystery Girl Showed up out of Nowhere who could she be is she from the Future idk Find out Haha. I Loved it Despite it being so Short It was Good And Def Worth Getting ^^
Good game :). But do play previous ones first :).
A run-on from Time Tenshi 2 with nothing extra to add.
No, it's not recommended.
Well as a beginning it's fine. Picks up where the last game left off but it's just too darn short! These episodes are feeling kinda money gouging of the fandom and that's a worrying sign. I'd be patient and wait for an entire third game that doesn't get completed in 30 minutes.
Interesting dialogue on after the events of TT2. Overall it was simple and sweet. i was hoping for some hint dialogue on the new plot armor the Quantum Guards and if the player could help Kyo make them and probably make Kenji the equipment maker in the future. So his grandpa doesn't have to brush him off so much.
I give 3 stars for good choices. i make five if there were choices to help out the girls at least once. And hopefully get Kenji to help Michelle in a choice. Other than that the game was good okay at best.
Mistakes were made during the purchase of this game.
Of all the stupid pervy VNs I've played where the whole point is just to look at naked people with text moving across the screen, this is easily the worst and least entertaining of all of them.
The girls go into the time paradox device, and their boobs get bigger in the vortex
Don't buy this game. There are better VN out there that don't cost money.
It was a little short for my liking. It felt like all but one of the decisions so far had zero impact on the story. I'm hoping that the decisions made can help change outcomes and future choices being available.
Still, it's a solid follow up so far on the story and I'm curious to see where it goes.
It's a sequel to the Time Tenshi series (the breast expansion VN where the girls have ginormous boobs). For such a short title, there’s actually a few choices to make and hopefully they will have effect in the following episodes as well. I also kind of miss the old soundtrack (the new one is okay tho, I just prefer the songs from the first game). If you enjoyed the previous games, it's worth checking this one since it's cheap and you'll get to see the girls again.
Looking forward to the next chapter.
Not much there, yet. It's really light, but I suppose it's ''normal'', since it's just 'Chapter 1' of a many-chapter thing ?
Probably would recommend it, if it's on sale, or unless you REALLY want it. Did this first part in about 70min, while taking my time.
It's more of a 'Prologue' really, if you think about it and consider its really short length.
(I will say that the *VIOLENT THUMPPPPP* sound effects are weirdly placed and rather annoying.)
I liked the big tiddies XD
I'm glad the story is being continued however I felt that releasing the next installments of the game into episodes feels backwards. In saying this, this episode is good however it is extremely short so I hope more updates or future episodes are released.
It's very very short, nice artwork though, hmm, positive boarderline.
If you're a fan of the Time Tenshi series, it might be worth it to buy this to get started and support the developer. If you're new to the series, though, there isn't much here to draw you in; it only took me 20 minutes to finish my first run-through (though I am a fast reader), and then about 5-10 minutes to go through two more times to replay it twice to see the two bonus scenes using the skip function on already-read text. It's difficult to recommend or not recommend because the other episodes are seemingly coming based on the popularity of the intro, but at the same time I don't think what's available right now is very worth it to someone who isn't already invested in the series. As-is, it's not bad, but there isn't a whole lot new to it either, and there's not a whole lot that hadn't been seen in the last two games in this first episode.
Rather well written, all things considered. My biggest gripe would have to be that too much time is spent on flashbacks, particularly in regards to flashbacks focusing on the events that took place in the original Time Tenshi. I admit that knowledge of what happened in that game is highly relevant, but it felt like they had no real purpose other than to give Bunni and Mizuki screen time that really did nothing to add to the current narrative. This especially bogs down this chapter with how short it was.
All in all, this was good for its price. I get the feeling that the purpose of Time Tenshi Paradox will be to bridge the gap between Time Tenshi 2 and the upcoming Super Time Tenshi by showing everything that happens between the two games. Including explaining the massive changes to the Time Window room we see in the promotions for Super Time Tenshi, the new Time Suits, etc.
It's a little short, but the price reflects that.
I honestly would hove liked to see a bit more even if it was a doller or so more. About 1/4 of the 1.3h of my playtime was the game idle while I went and made lunch after playing through the first time, and after I ate I came back and finished all the story paths.
I also feel a bit to much of what is there is spent talking about the last game. Recaps are nice, but for how short the first episode is, I would have liked to see more new story.
The new art holds up to what we have seen from Silver Cow before.
If your a fan of the series, it's worth getting, but I hope future chapters have a bit more to them.
7/10
Solid introduction for a plot (though a bit short). Continues in the tone similar to the previous games. Would recommend to the people who have enjoyed previous instalments. Would also like to say that playthrough of the previous titles would improve the experience.
Also would like to say that given the length and the content of this game, I might recommend to purchase it only once more or all of the episodes get released.
Hope that episode 2 comes out soon!
Very good.
game is perfect as always, but i hope next episode will be 3-4 times longer than this one:)
