Features

game wont loaf?
Ok let's begin:
- I am on a valve index
PROS:
- The concept of the game is really fun, it's literally [left 4 dead, cod zombies, minecraft] combined together into an morbidly interesting zombie shooter.
- Weapons all feel unique and all have their pros and cons, they aren't entirely balanced but they are for the most part, you're really supposed to upgrade your weapons to something more stronger like the laser gun.
- Simple, easy to learn, nothing too difficult about the game.
- Easily something you could get a friend or two to do with you for an hour and enjoy yourselves.
CONS:
- The game does feel a bit buggy, I would constantly see my friend bouncing up and down in the elevator, or just in general being all weird/messed around, seems there's a lot of network code improvement to be done.
- The game itself feels.. laggy? I am not sure how to put it, but it feels like you're at 90hz or the game is stuck at 90hz or something, and I know it's not my system (8700k + RTX FE 3080), as once I switched to the steamvr home screen/the pavilion everything seemed 100x smoother, and what's worse is that once I took the headset off life felt weird because it was too smooth as well.
- Little people playing (But it's early access so this doesn't really count)
Overall the game is a solid 4/5, and I would most def recommend it to anyone who wants a fun simple zombie shooter that feels like minecraft and left 4 dead had a baby.
Very fun game but you'll need friends if you don't want to play solo as no one really plays this game game anymore.
The game is really fun dont get me wrong but it could have done so much better if they had a steam workshop for more content or even just more maps. I would say it is fun for some time but gets very old. Please add more maps and i would change the review to yes.
Amazing idea and love how similar it is to COD zombies with buying guns of the walls and buying doors to progress but the only bad thing about this game is every time I try to play with others on multiplayer there is no one ever on and I tried every region on the list multiple times.
4 player co-op! this game makes you feel like a badass!

Super fun at the beginning / the first few hours. After that pretty boring. If you have friends you can add some extra hour's fun, but I don't have any D;
I lost all my upgrades on the gun after the Update, which led to me not playing this game anymore
Played on Viveport and thought would be fun with family and friends so I picked up 3 copies on steam but steamvr version is broken. Cannot get through the initial tutorial. Says to use grip to turn around... but I did that and will not progress further. Cannot recommend until fixed. Will give it a couple of days to see if developer responds... but otherwise will have to refund all 3 copies since it is not playable.
EDIT: Developer contacted right away when I used the support email. His suggestions did not help... but I figure it out. The tutorial will keep telling you to turn around until you get the gun. But the tutorial does not tell you to grab the gun until it is highlighted... and its not highlighted unless you position your controller in the right position to point at the gun..... and tutorial does not tell you to do this.
Game is fun... but initial tutorial could use some work.
Dont let these Grapics Fool you. this is a great game. co-op 4player. i would like to see another map and more charcters in this game. 8/10
This one was a real hidden gem. I find myself playing this one more often then most of my other games.
This game is great fun and can get really intense. It's what you'd get if you mixed COD Zombies maps, with Minecraft assets, and Serious Sam game play. Even though the assets are low-res, they still feel legit. If you're looking for a good co-op game, pick it up.
cool concept but the movement system of your character is very nasiating unless u have a strong stomach dont buy it
Baam Squad is such a great game. The gameplay rocks and plays like one of the good cod games. I've been talking to the developers and I found an issue that got resolved nearly instantly
Both the game and the devs are amazing and you should buy this game now.
It's hard to find polished PVE 4 player Co-op VRgames. If you too are struggling to find good 4 player co-op games with yah mates, consider getting this one.
Me and my mates have been playing this game with WMR Headsets and although not officially supported works great with no issues, atleast for me and my mates.

I enjoy this game, it reminds when I was young playing Call Of Duty Zombies surviving, buying doors, running away from zombies and shooting zombies in the head. But it as it Pros and Cons, I know its in early access game and the team 5minLab are listering to us on discord which I do like about (unlike PUGB). I cant wait to see what 5minlab give us next.
Update, Game is dead no updates might as well play Pavlov instead

Would be cool if more people played online, or if this at least had a server browser.
It's too simple and repetitive. I played for 37 minutes in co-op, but it felt like I had played for 3 hours. The gunplay is stupidly simple; you dont even get rewarded for headshots. Refunded.
My friend and I have yet to play this game without some game breaking bug halting our progression. From falling through the map to being teleported outside of it when you get revived. There also currently do not appear to be any Europe servers to speak of. Solo play seems to be a lot steadier and less buggy than online play, although even through solo play have I encountered bugs that forced me out of the map.
Aside from that, the game's a fun wave-based zombie shooter with a fair variety of weapons and throwables, which are all individually upgradeable. There is only one map as I write this review, but it is decently sized and has many spots to kite zombies around. The developers seem fairly responsive to feedback and bug reports, so here's hoping that this game grows into something nice and polished to spend many hours shooting large, block-headed zombies in the face.
