Mutiny!! is set in a world of fantasy, and adventure. A realm where airships can sail among the clouds as well as the sea, entering the flogiston to journey to other planes. There’s treasure spread out over many planes if you’re brave or curious enough to find it! At the bottom of the sea or within mysterious ruins, protected by curious animated guardians. The world of Mutiny!! is in every way ‘fun’, silly and sexy as you imagine!
Everything begins with you sat at a table, adjusting your clothes and blowing a kiss to the cute little Fairy you’d spent the afternoon with. The ‘Captain’ comes in; a haggard and tired figure. Still, they might make for some interesting company, seeing as how captains have ships, money, and go on exciting adventures.
It becomes readily apparent that she’s on her last legs, announcing that the Pirate life is hard, and her luck is drained to the final dregs. The Navy is on her tail, and her ship is being scuttled with debt. Of course, you’re happy to offer a little ‘Stress Relief’, but she confesses she hasn’t a penny to her name. Hell— she probably couldn’t find gold in a chest.
You sigh and shrug; you’ve always been particularly lucky. The Captain seems awfully enticed at the whole prospect of some life-changing luck.
The little conversation is brought to a screeching halt by the sound of Navy boots stomping their way through the building next door. Not an issue to you of course, but the ‘Captain’ seems to be missing some facial coloration all of a sudden. Then with a snap of her fingers, she’s up and out of her seat with a brand new purpose, tossing her hat onto your head.
“Must be fate!” she announces pleasantly, and while you’re still trying to figure out what’s going on, her jacket is thrown over your shoulders. There’s a scampering, a yelping of alarm from one of the patrons, and then silence.
Once you’ve got the hat off from over your eyes, the ‘Captain’ is nowhere to be seen.
Skipping past the Navy isn’t an issue for you, and the real culprit is long gone. Nothing for it but to find this woman’s ship and get things sorted out.
… Or at least give back the hat and jacket… despite how totally cool they are.
Once you get there, you find a mismatched crew of helplessly inept girls who weren’t even a hundred percent sure they were pirates the whole time.
The crew announce that it’s unlikely the ‘ex-captain’ is coming back. She gave over the hat and jacket after all! That’s all it takes; its proof!
You scoff at the ridiculousness of it all, intending to drop the hat onto one of the girl’s heads. She gasps and scrambles away, begging you not to put that evil on her.
It takes you a while to come to terms with it all, but it seems you’re in charge now! First step, re-name the ship. Second step? Find a way out of debt. Third step? … We’ll figure it out somehow.

There's content here for you, but the game remains, unfinished... the developers have disappeared and that has effected my review, like the anime MM! I don't believe you'll ever see a completion, it's like edging, but it's a visual novel.
Overall Review: 3 futanari out of 10
TLDR: I recommend this game and believe it is worth its full price and you should buy its DLC at the same time. I enjoyed it a lot and is one of my prefered visual novels, even though I don't normally play visual novels.
Pros:
Brilliant Music.
Great Scenes.
Gorgeous art.
Likeable and intersting characters.
Interesting world and places.
Cons:
Repetative as you have repeat the exact same events for any character you choose. This makes picking different characters tedious but there is a skip button which is good (skip key is ctrl).
Uncensored Patch was awkward to find. Eventually found it on a website called uncensorpat (I am not going to link it here, you can easily google it yourself and I downloaded all 3 patches from it and the files were safe. Always be careful when downloading files from sites though.).
Bug on the first puzzle that makes it unbeatable. If you press "R" to reset it, it increases the amount of times you need to complete puzzle, which if you don't know about this bug, like I didn't when I first played, it makes the puzzle unfinishable.
Unordered thoughts on the game:
Personally my favourite part of the game was its music. I think it really set the atmosphere for parts and loved listening to it while I played. I also liked learning about the characters, their personalities and flaws. Though I am quite sad though with the way the game is set up to played. How it works that at a point in the game you will pick a First Mate. This will then set you into the route with which character you want to follow. In these routes you usually learn more about the character but also solve their flaws. I thought this was really nice and my favourite route was with a charcter name Alcina. My problem is that any developments and improvements a character has in their route, doesn't even happen a little bit in other routes. An example is the character Nemui who in their route, learns to interact with the crew more. Whereas in other routes, is just there, in the background for most of it. I felt quite sad at this as I think it would have suited more in the story if each character got a little development with you being able to choose to heavily focus on character.
I also personally did find it really repetative when doing all the avaliable character's happy endings. As you do the exact same events and ship battles for every character. For most of my playthroughs, after I had finished my first run, i just held the skip button until I got onto the new part.
I also found Grozdana's route to be very lacking. It felt that the other routes had more interactions with the crew members and we learned more about them. Whereas, her's felt short to me and like not much happened. She does have 1 decision scene in the base game without the DLC which I really enjoyed. The that fact that we got a choice with her there, I would have liked to see more choices like this for other crew members, as it owuld fleshed them more in non routes I feel.
Other than the previous very minor complaints, I do want to reiterate that I really did enjoy the game and characters. I really enjoyed Nemui's route as you got to learn more about her people and I did enjoy the fact that we learned about the MC Grace, in one of them as well.
There is one final thing I would like to talk about and that is that two characters, at the time of writing this review, still don't have their routes. Those two are Bree and Foo. When you try to choose their routes, you get told that they should be added in a future DLC. Currently there is no word on when the DLC's will, if ever, come out. It seems there is an indefiniate delay with no word on any possible release since last year. Also the artist seems to be not able to work on VNs much , if it all and needs to do other stuff to get an income (found this in the dicussions, take this with a grain of salt). So, sadly it seems we might never get the final two DLC's added which actually makes me pretty sad, as Bree was my first choice for First Mate and I was interested in Foo's route. As a consolation though, you can see what would have been their ending screen on the trading cards and thankfully both do have scenes in the base game.
Other than I would just like to reiterate what I love about this game. I loved the characters and their personality. I love looking at the enviroment art a lot and think it looks really nice and learning about more about the world. The music was best part and I am glad I bought the soundtrack. So I recommend this game for you to purchase at full price and to buy the DLC's!
I LOVE THIS GAME TO PIECES!!! We need more futanari games!! And adult content. I've played a lot of games, but I absoLUTELY aDORE this game, the characters, the PUNS!!! ALL THE PUNS!!! And, of course, all the sexy shinanagins. I wish there was MORE to the game, more areas, more interactions, wishing the story or time in the game was longer, it feels short-lived, but this is actually the first VN where I'm happy replaying to romance all the characters. I just feel it's lacking.
However!!!! IF THE DEVS WANT TO ADD SOME VOICE ACTING, I VOLUNTEER TO BE ALCINA!!! I'd add Grace to that, but I'm not sure I could pull off her level of confidence and puns (with a straight face). lol I also have kind of a deeper voice than most women, anyway. *shrugs*
I REEEEEEEEAAALLY hope to see more from this company in the future and I SINCERELY hope that more Futanari-type games come out in the future. I promise to buy them all (though it might take some time.)
I don't remember how much I paid for this game. It was the censorship banhammer that got me interested in the first place. Steam (or rather one unlucky employee who was probably kicked out) had made the choice to censor adult games in an effort of saving our grace. Various developers were protesting and the move caused an uproar. Lupiesoft then made the decision to offer this game for 2$ (or probably even less) as a form of protest. I missed my chance of buying the game that cheap, however now I am very glad I paid a bit more and can still buy the DLC for its full price to support the developer. Niche games need to be supported.
So, having established the developer's big balls, I can assure you that I knew neither about "furry" nor "futa" upon purchase and expected a semi-sexual game with the odd sexual reference. I was innocent. Mutiny!! is essentially a game that features half human, half animal characters in a more or less epic fantasy setting. Grace, an ex-prostitute, is left with the "captain's" rotting ship and the crew's hefty debts, when she stumbles upon the sulking captain in her bar. What starts as a load of nonsense quickly evolves into the story of "Grace and her crew". You get to know each girl in detail and can choose your "first mate", which sounds pretty vanilla but we haven't talked about the "futa" aspect. Yes, this is a game sprinkled with hermaphrodites and, to be honest, nobody really minds. The game places more emphasis on the development of the plot, which is, although rather silly, still superior to many other VN games on Steam. For once, I found myself actually reading the text rather than skipping it because it is well written. Forget the odd typo, Mutiny!! has a lot more to offer in writing than I would have expected.
Who is the game for then? Anybody, really. The main character is female and there are no males in the game. The hermaphrodites are feminine and sexualized. Hence:
1. If you are looking for a sex game, you are wrong here.
2. If you are looking for weak females and lolils, go dig a hole.
3. Strong women and silly plots? Just about right.
Mutiny!! is not a game for the masses but that's what makes it interesting.
I enjoyed this game and am happy with my purchase.
That said, there are some things to note that may bother some people.

Some other things to note on a more positive side
I like this game a lot, but dislike that the story paths are paid DLC... or at least the paths for the characters I want are. That being said I am waiting eagerly for the next set of DLC to come out, as I really want to be able to play the other girl's stories. Especially Foo's story and the horse-girl's (whose name escapes me for some reason or another).
I paid $5 for the game and DLC to support the devs due to Value censoring games. Grace Barnet, a flirty courtesan, who introduces herself as the captain of the crew. Choose which girl you want as the first mate, so you can learn more about her. Help them pay off the debts by winning ship battles and solving puzzles. Mutiny!! is full of fantasy, adventure, and lewdness.
Would I recommend this vn? It depends on your preferences. I wasn’t aware that Mutiny!! had futa girls. It’s not my cup of tea either. I loved the art style, though. I think the endings need more details. Ship battles aren’t complicated, but I wished it was more strategic. Without the DLC, you're only given a few routes to play out of 7 characters. This vn is decent.
I only wanted to support the devs. That's all.

Yes, I know exactly what this is and no I do not actually care about the "art." I do like most of the art, but I'll get to that in a bit. Personally, I would skip this as this is not my cuppa tea yet I wanted to support the devs whole-heartedly after seeing a comment like this:

and thought why not give this a fair and honest review? Before I go further, I want to say there may be a bias against these type of games due to my personal belief that they're nothing more than to show boobs and that's it. I will try my best to keep this as neutral as possible.
I bought this when it was on sale, DLC in all as if I was going to go headlong into this game, I might as well commit to it in full, about $5 total ($0.99 for the main and $3-odd for the DLC) and will judge it both for that price and it's original value of $10. I would say it's reasonable for how much time I got out of this and the different paths you can take with each of the girls. On a regular playthrough will take you about 5-8 hours depending on how much you can take of the steamy-laden dialogue.
Seriously, I got maybe about 15 minutes of a break before the MC went on a rampage of innuendo and sex. The writing was alright, some of the characters are interesting, but not enough to make them all too memorable. A tiny bit more depth to their personality would have made it a lot better. While I can't remember the names due to their strangeness (like Gorzdana, I believe?), I can at least say they're different enough. The chameleon girl was definitely a treat and shows the most amount of character out of all of them.
The music is nice, if a bit on the repetitive side, but each is fitting for the mood which is where a lot of VNs struggle. The minigames were also a bit of a headache if not a nuisance. An example of this being the one involving pipe and keys until you figure out a little trick that I don't want to spoil. Ship combat was a nice break-up in the story that could definitely be improved upon.
Now the art, I really just want to give this part a thumbs up from me and I'm not talking about the special scenes. All the background scenery as you're going about your treasure hunting are absloutely gorgeous and show some attention to detail. Another thing I want to point is that I liked the character designs apart from just a slight concern how there was an inconsistency in the outfits (like...I don't see why you'd need a virgin killer and the summer dress seems out of place compared to the victorian-era sailor uniforms.)
You can see I don't recommend this even though I said the art is good. As I said earlier, the writing got to the point of being an actual chore to slog through because of the type of VN this is. If you like nudity, this is your game, but otherwise I can't really recommend this unless you're wanting something to pass the time.
This game is not bad yet it's not the worst. I mean, Nekopara Vol. 1 costs more and this has far better writing than that does and I love that series. So yeah, take what I have to say with a grain of salt and hope this helps at least give another opinion of what I think of Munity!!

2020 Update:
Still a fine story with solid writing and decent art 'assets', but having gone over the DLC paths again it does strike me how thin the whole content is. Neither EM nor Groz have a scene where they collect an updated map from Jackie unlike on other routes, and there's still my $4USD of complaint that the combat is pointless and cue-less. My 2018 review holds.
Still, the prose and 'jaypegs' make the $4 worth it. From the sounds of things the team have moved on to a much more polished project after all. Good for they.

This is a story built to show off the impressive (art) assets the devs have prepared for you. NPCs will show up from time to time and maybe get a scene, though Jackie aside, they're never seen again. (Would've been nice to catch up with the barkeep or actually, whatever happened to that Mimic they left in the hold? Did they go on the final adventure too??)
Alas even the little cutscenes and art snippets become rarer and rarer as the story progresses. Would've been nice to have a few more to show off what's happening in major scenes ('toll bear lady catching space junk' sounds like fun) though for $4USD I can't complain.
If nothing else I'm perplexed at the overall lack of puzzles. After completing one route (offline), I've only found two; unless one counts "guess which answer is right without hints" dialog trees. Eh.
"Combat" really needs more polish in my book, and here's where I'm focusing my $4USD of complaints. While it's simple at first, adding two or three ships and giving no hint as to which is the best option to take to survive really doesn't sit right with me.
// Perhaps some indication of what the enemy ships were about to do? Say, give the most dangerous ship a red glow, then at least the Player isn't entirely left to chance on what's the best action to take?
As it is when faced with three ships "Counter Middle + Far" or "Counter Middle + Near" are your two best options and being punished for picking the wrong one (which changes each turn) is a real annoyance.
It'd be nice to get through that without having to reload several times.
That and it doesn't feel like a huge victory when you've been 'holding fast' for 5 turns and then the crew's saying the enemy may be weak enough to loot. /shrug.

Negativity aside, it's a neat little visual novel. Indie devs need more love and really shouldn't have to be such low hanging fruit for groups with the wrong idea about free speech. Or at least gone after at the same time as AAA titles, which can afford the legal challenges. :/
All in all, if you've got nothing to do for an afternoon then consider giving Mutiny!! a try. If nothing else the art is top notch and if you're in a certain mood that's all that matters, right? Here's a final toast to the Dev's next game; may their next ship be just as fair, though much more than just a pretty, saucy facade.
For what is pretty much just a visual novel, its surprisingly buggy.
The early logic puzzle wouldn't resolve even when you solved it correctly, just got itself stuck in a loop.
Often times the scenes don't link together properly, as if the wrong one is being loaded in.
I went from being in the middle of telling one crew member they were first mate, to literally the next sentence being somewhere else and in the middle of a conversation with a different crew member.
Disjointed incidents like that happened multiple times.
In protest, i not only bought this, but many others as well. For if they overly censor or remove these games just because it offends their overly sensitive and unfounded reasoning, that also has been proven false repeatedly, how long will it be until the only games left on steam are akin to hello kitty?
As for the game itself, there is an 18+ patch out there, and dang is it good. and yes so far it is mostly all futas.
Bought the game to support Devs and to protest against Valve's stupid decision on censorship. Valve should have their sh*t together and try to come up with a better solution. Anime games have a huge amount of buyers and it will always be that way. I just wish Valve would come to their senses and try to figure out a better solution. If they start to pull games out, it will piss off a massive amount of gamers.
But for the game, I haven't played much of it, since I don't have that much time currently. But from what I played it a little bit, it feels good, and it's different from other VN's I have played. Looking forward to finish it.
Not my cup of tea, however, I bought the game since they are protesting against Valve's enforced censorship.
I hope for all of this drama to pay off and hopefully we can finally get a real age verification system implemented here.

I bought the game and both character DLCs (Grozdana and Elizabeth), and I must say I wasn't disappointed. Sure, the dialogue has some rough spots here and there, but there aren't that many and my brain auto-corrected them anyway. I'd highly recommend buying this, if for no other reason than to support the developers and their fight against Steam's censorship attempts.
Though I should warn you, this game has a pretty heavy futa (dick-girl) fetish, so just a head's up. It's not my cup of coffee, personally, but I can overlook it.
Bought it after hearing it might be removed from steam and wanted the chance to actually read it without having to find sites that I don't trust to get it from. I was rather pleasantly surprised, the characters have a good depth, the story is amusing, and it's rather refreshing to have a main heroine that's pretty much exactly what she is on the surface for once without all the superficial "im not a perv, but wait I am" sort of thing a lot of VN's get.
I would read it again, and try out other paths. Hopefully steam change their mind
I purchased this game to show my support for the developer and for the VN community as a whole. These talks to remove VNs and games with 'sexual content' is being pushed by christian morality groups and, frankly, should be tossed out. We must show solidarity, support our indie developers that want to get their work out there, tell their stories and express themselves in this creative form.
Valve must know that we do not want christians meddling in our communities, telling us what we can and can't do. They need to get their fingers out of here, they are not wanted.
I look forward to really digging into this, and many other VNs, and experiencing what they have to offer me!
Purchased it to show support for the devs protesting Steam's hamfisted attack on the Waifu demographic. Seriously, Valve. Shame on you. You've done everything you could to utterly seize the PC gaming distribution market, you'll let any hack with shovelware or eternal Early Access in the door... but when even a tiny bit of pressure from the Net Nanny squad flares up, you ruin an entire demographic of developers. Maybe it's time gamers take their money elsewhere.
I don't even like visual novels that much, and this game is some weird furry nonsense that I'm just not into at all, but I bought it anyway plus all the DLC to support this developer and protest Valve's enforced censorship and inconsistent policies regarding adult content.

So I'll skip past the jokes and say that, even ignoring all of the adult content, I really enjoyed this game. The characters are suprisingly well written and act believable dispite the fantasy scenario and the H-game nature. The plot itself isn't much to write home about (it's really more about interacting with your crew), and the characters aren't that innovative, but they are very likable and well done. The plot itself has very little branching, with choices mostly affecting a few specific scenes and the ending, making it a mostly linear narative. I still really recommend this game, especially the, ahem, adult aspects do interest you.
Before I officially start, I just wanted to point out my review will be factoring in the DLC routes that were released along with the game. Okay with that out of the way let's get on to the review...
Story: I have to say I was not too surprise to find the game does not take itself too seriously with the premise and for the most part it has fun with it. While the main plot of game is a "standard" treasure hunting plot, the secondary plot of Grace's relationship with her selected first mate is where some of the more interesting moments happen and the part of the story I enjoyed the most. Still the main plot does it job well and the situations the crew of Mutiny sometimes finds themselves in are funny, how the hell they survived before Grace became captain baffles me . Overall stay for the sides while still enjoying the main course.
Characters: The crew of the Mutiny is an interesting collection of ladies that I thoroughly enjoyable, Captain Grace as the protagonist is a delight and while she seems like just a shameless pervert, you might find there is more to her then her awesome hat and coat. The rest of girls that make up the crew range from energetic dog girl Foo to the very usual chameleon girl Nemui and all but two are capable of become your first mate(as of now) where you can get a more through examination of who they are and possiblely more. Of the crew my favorites have to be Lirdynarae and Lara due to their unique dynamic that they have and for being enjoyable as first mates. Overall the characters have a lot to give and are a delight.
Gameplay: Besides the standard click on the response , Mutiny also has some puzzle and combat elements. For me those sections where a bit of a miss for me and I wish they weren't included because it took away some enjoyment from the game when they came up....I hate that light puzzle, I hate it so much. I didn't like the extra parts, but you may I don't know.
Art: I love the art style because it stands out, character designs were on point and the backgrounds were really well done and nice to look . Not much else to say besides the CGs did their job well. So yeah nice job on making the game visual pleasing
Muisc: It was nice to listen to and at some points very calming, especially the start screen theme. Yeah I got nothing else.
Extra: So this part is about the adult patch and forewarning do not download it if you are not comfortable with things beyond vanilla lewd. A majority of the girls have extra elements to them that might turn some people off. Just saying.
Overall it was a enjoyable viusal novel that you should pick up( especially when it is on sale)...Well what are you waiting for go.
