Night Trap tells the story of five teenage girls spending the weekend at the Martin home. As a member of the Special Control Attack Team, your job is to monitor the home and protect the girls using an intricate system of cameras and traps as it is being invaded by vampires.
Night Trap - 25th Anniversary Edition also includes new features such as deleted scenes, two documentaries, the all-new Theater that allows you to watch all story-related videos uninterrupted, a new mode with online functionality called Survivor that will test your skills at trapping intruders and behind the scenes production images. For the first time ever, the unreleased prototype Scene Of The Crime will be fully playable and included with Night Trap - 25th Anniversary Edition.

I would steer clear if uninterested in digital history... the game is just clicking all over for traps so not much of a game, but rather an interactive movie.
An old but gold classic that really deserved an Anniversary Edition.
Everything is about the same as it always is with the 80s charm and humour, the cheesy dialogue, silly and goofy moments when capturing the vampires, banger of a soundtrack both the game itself and the small performance song in the living room etc it's all great stuff as it captures an era that sadly doesn't exist anymore and you kinda miss it due to how different the world was for better and worse.
The edition includes new UI options, deleted scenes, new gamemodes,achievements, basically everything you'd want/expect out of an Anniversary Edition and it's all positives for an improved experience.
Highly recommend for those trying out the game for the first time/those returning to it.
Well, if you are a fan of FMV games, this is a must have. I've played this long time ago on Sega CD emulator, but this is way better. If you are familiar with this game already, this is only a plus, you'll have a lots of fun. But if you are new to FMV games, this is the surely the best one you can find, especially for the time.
Lots of bonus features and even some endings that weren't in the original version.
If I need to find some flaws, I will pick 2 of them. First, it doesn't work on the Steam Deck, and second is the ending when you finish the game, but don't catch all of the augers: the ending video is clearly recorded in the emulator (probably 3DO). Too bad the original video wasn't found.
I have ALWAYS been curious about this game since I grew up hearing about it as this devil product that would like poison my crops and salt my land and let me tell yeah... It's pretty good! Great port that works super well! I enjoyed the camp and I never stopped laughing at all the goons falling into trap doors and crab walking around in the background. Worth the price of admission!

Night Trap go hard.
Its the first game in the Five Nights at Freddie's franchise and is harder than Dark Souls.
So obscene it got a T rating.
Play it.
