Runs pretty well, lots of tracks. Using this to practice for the fpv drone i don't have yet.
It's crazy
great for fpv very good physics and minimal to no lag
It doesn't load and when it does it takes over an hour. I can run other games that are much bigger like r6 but i can't run this.
Complete Newb -literally bought a ready to fly nano-drone kit (basically for the controller and real flight experience) and the DRL Sim. I have been using the sim for around 22 hours and have successfully taken the skills learned in the sim to real flight on intermediate mode. I am progressing only through the onboarding process so far, and havent used any game features...yet!
if you want to get into fpv, use this PLEASE! It is amazing!
Love this game. Tried Liftoff and almost gave up on FPV, but really glad I decided to try DRL. For the price, it's a steal.
i think everyone is different i started on lift off but down prefer DRL ive built 3 5 inch drones im no pro but i find this close enough to get the practice i need ive flown fpv but vtx fried after 6 6s packs now flying in line of sight need fpv but really like this game bring me to the big races im getting better only been 3 months im coming fpvportboy82

Cheap version of learning to fly drones
This is the best FPV drone simulator for beginners. It has a very in-depth tutorial on how to fly and it has 29 maps you can select.

Best training mode Sim I have found for getting good at manual mode flying. Takes you step by step. Made it easy when I finally flew my drone full manual mode.

Great for learning FPV!
Extremely frustrating when basic configuration options don't work, trying to save channel mappings simply does not work, so you map it to the RESET, then try to use it and it restarts, extremely frustrating, do not buy until they fix they bugs!

Not bad. Gravity is like flying on the moon, but it’s fun. I feel like liftoff is more sim quality. This is tilted a bit more to the gaming side so far. I still have settings to play with though.
The DRL FPV simulator takes you from the basics (i.e. zero experience) and builds up your skills to challenging race tracks all within your own pace. The graphics is good and there are variety of environments to keep you engaged for many hours and days.
gud game
A solid drone simulator, good for beginners because it has a quick reset button. Needs a flight controller to play, xbox/ps controllers won't work.
Minor complaints:
- the physics are a little "floaty"
- the collision detection lets you pop through the ground in a few levels
- the flight controller doesn't access menus, you have to use a keyboard for that
- the levels don't tell you what size drone is recommended, you have to experiment and find out
Overall, a solid drone sim

this game is suitable for people who wanted to learn to fly an fpv drone.
Helps a lot with joystick control and trains your fingers to get muzzle memory for when you go and fly your real fpv drone . Trust me if you put hours of practice you can get good at it
trying to learn 2 fly drones and this helps, plus its fun
