The Zombie Solitaire games are some of Rokaplay's more quality casual/puzzle games. I enjoyed all of them, and each has 100 puzzles, mostly solitaire but a few other types for variety. Worth it if you like solitaire with a spin.

I really enjoy the entire Zombie Solitaire series. Keep 'em coming!
This review is a continuation of my reviews for Zombie Solitaire 2 Chapters 1 and 2, read those first.
This game is once again nearly identical to Chapter 1 and 2, with the same mechanics... except a new mini game is added in this one you have to do every now and then. And honestly, this one is pretty annoying. It has the same candies form the Match 3 elements, but they are lined up on the left side of the screen. You have zombie icons then start moving towards a rope on the left hand side of the screen with a code of candies under them. you have to click on the candies you have on the left in the same order as the zombie to build up your chain, then click on the zombie and launch a blast to kill it. Some zombies have a single candy under them and are easy, some have 5. It's not too difficult at first, but once it gets to where you have 5 on the screen at the same time each with 5 candies under them moving towards you, it gets petty hectic. Though if you fail, easier zombies seem to appear on a retry.
These aren't super hard, but more annoying and stressful than anything. There's no fun in these mini games.
The Match 3 levels are back and also seem slightly easier again. however, this game has several bugs in it the others didn't, which can make some of the match 3 levels a chore to finish. with lines bugging and candies not falling nay more. or random rapid switching candies, that actually sometimes cna help you as the glitch through several lines at once.
I was also more in the flow this time I guess, and also with the match 3 levels not being quite as difficult and got through this game faster than the other two. just look at my hours difference.
however the bugs in Chapter 3, and those annoying minigames introduced, I would say this one is a skipper unless you want to complete all 3 chapters.
I may go back and play Zombie Solitaire 1 later on, especially for my new YouTube channel.
This was incredibly boring. I made it to level 66 and just gave up.
Everything is incredibly slow in how it loads and how the levels play. It was aggravating.
The match 3's were just awful and no fun at all.
I rarely give a bad review because I can find enjoyment in most games, but this was just bad.
Nice game, but a bit too easy. Maybe more suited for exploring the genre.

I would say this is the best of the 3 chapters
good games good time killer
different every time. You can play for as little or as long as you like. You dont have to play for hours to finish.
around 5-10 hours for 100% achievement
The final chapter in this wonderful series! Love the casual feel of these 3 games.
I have only one beef with this last chapter. The one mini game is an accelerating time limit that was impossible for me. I don't think a game labeled as casual should have any time limits or pressure. That said, it did not stop me from completing the game. I gave it a try, and just skipped those mini-games.
Nice looking trading cards and achievements, profile backgrounds and emoticons.

OHHHHH YES!!!!!!! I love this game and the game series!!! This one was magnificent as well!!! Not only it had fun and challenging card games + match 3, but it also added in more of the "random events" for picking answers and new type of puzzles!!! The artwork is amazing too - I just wanted to sit there and stare at it and imagine being there (minus the zombies lol). Really and truly had lots of fun with this one. :DDDDDDDDD!!! WOO!!!
I must also say this: the soundtrack is amazing. Especially the one that was in the beginning and pops up again on level 40 (and the other ones -> I didn't get all the numbers). If the Team is interested in releasing the soundtrack for sale: I would certainly would love to buy it!!!
Ah and the stickers reminded me of other games that were made by the same great Team. Good choice and very, very great job on everything else! I look forward to every other game. Thank you so much!!! ^-^

...how to tell when a game is too easy...
The only things that saved me from dying of boredom while playing were the match 3 levels, most of which were tough enough when trying for 3 Star status that I discovered a secret mini game called Profanity Practice.

Follows the same formula as previous , some new type of puzzles , good soundtrack .
Its a good mini strategy type of solitaire , you do have to look ahead a bit .
Enjoyable game , have them all and is great to wind down after a good FPS blast .
This game felt rushed, in comparison to the other games in the series. Previous games had "scenes" when the background scenery changed, usually you had a choice to make, and depending on what you chose, you would lose something or gain something. First couple "scenes" had this, then nothing until very end of the game. They added this annoying mini game in addition to the annoying match 3 (which is just as buggy as in every other game, actually a couple of the match 3 games were SO buggy they were almost unplayable). Many of the levels just didn't seem well thought out, i.e. you have a special card, like the rifle where you can take out 2 zombie cards, but when you use them, the ONLY cards you have the option to take out are OTHER special cards, just completely wasted.
I think the company was just in such a rush to get this game out, they took a LOT of short cuts, and the game suffered for it. While I enjoyed the previous entries (despite the numerous match 3 bugs, and having to play those stupid match 3 games) this one really suffered from the rush job that was done with it. IF they fix this, i could maybe see my way to writing a better review.
This was probably my favorite out of the three chapters in the series. It seemed much more balanced and this was the version I finally started to get even one match three puzzle beaten! I still never got past earning one or two stars, but I was able to play on normal for almost all of the match 3 levels without resorting to casual to get through it.
The solitaire matches seemed a bit easy towards the end, but I didn't mind. I liked the addition of the puzzle and more short text adventures. I would have liked to see even more of those. The "Fight!" games were pretty cute and fun. It took me a minute to figure out how to slay the zombies, but once I did, it was enjoyable. If the tutorial showed how to knock the zombies off, then I missed it. But pro tip- click the correct sequence of candies in the boxes and then click on the zombie who has the same pattern to knock him off the board.
All in all I enjoyed playing all three of the chapters. The devs are responsive to feedback, even with Chapters One and Two. They seemed to have listened to the community and tried to incorporate changes accordingly. As I shared with them, having struggled with the match 3 puzzles in Ch. 1, I actually began to look forward to trying to beat them once I got to Ch. 3. So some good came of them after all :o)
I'm looking forward to more solitaire games from this group. Good job guys and cheers from the Heartland!
Edit 4/23/18- After countless hours of grinding, I've gotten down to only one match 3 puzzle with less than 3 stars! The cursed Level 96. I'll get it though :P
Now another pro tip- if you beat the game, but find you still don't have enough money to get the achievement- Level 22 is a great one to replay as it gives you 100 extra coins, a wild card and combos are easy to make.
Thanks to that and a sh!t ton of patience, I just got 100% achievements on this chapter! Yee haw!!!
Another Zombie solitaire game to add to my collection. Its just like the others in the series, but they added a sequence match 3, which I really hate because my eyes are too floaty. Tofu burgers for life!
Do not be discouraged if your undos are not adding up correctly after you 3 star the level. 5 undos are now the max, unlike the other games in the series. :)
Tip: If you have the other Zombie solitaire games, grab the bundle, it will save you $2.
