- It is a surreal low-poly minigolf comedy. You will fling a boop into the goal many times and I will talk to you between levels. Eventually you will hear my voice.
- - - - - -- - -
- - - - - -- - -
- There are many colors and sounds to tickle your eyes and ears. You will also use your hand quite a bit.
-- - - -
- The game currently includes 3 episodes with over 140 levels of boop flinging.
-- - - -
- You can also play in STORY MODE, which is more forgiving and allows you to progress through the game easier (with no score). SPEEDRUN MODE is coming soon.
-- - - - -
- You can make your own levels and cutscenes with the editor, but it's a hidden feature that I will only reveal if you ask me nicely.
-- - - -
- I will be monitoring trillions of your nanogestures and modeling them into FEEL-THINKS, my favorite snack.

Thank you for your engagement.

a hell of a drug
This game achieves what it wants to do very well, its atmosphere is good and the game is cheap and fun (can be challenging sometimes)
Pretty entertaining, some of the levels are just ridiculous.
Plus the texts between the levels are pretty weird but give you at great atmosphere
For such a simple game, it is surprisingly endearing. It doesn't take too many thinks to play, but you sure do need a lot of patience. Still, having SUSAN there to keep you company and enhance your simulation makes the journey worth while.
what an addictive game. I'm afraid to go to sleep, because the robot voice now ingrained in my soul will think he stumped me.
Sound design is cool, Susan is cool, extreme sensitivity of shot power is not cool.
The game only lets you play it once through, which means the inherent replay value that would be in the game is lost entirely -- not worth the money given this aspect.
i bought it so i could get points for a banner, and its actully ok i guess
Played for 30 minutes, got bored of it-- sure it's click-and-drag 2D golf, but the narrative was just something I couldn't care about honestly. It was interesting, kind of reminded me of doki-doki literature club/creepypasta kinda game, which I am into though. But I wouldn't recommend purchasing tbh--unless you get it in the bundle, in which case its fine, try it out, but this otherwise is not a great game imo.
While the presentation is fun, the levels are either painfully easy or insufferably difficult. Neither category is fun.
Interesting and Surreal. Do not play if you get seizures from flashing lights and avoid using headphones as the noises can be grating on the ears.
This game is... bizarre. The story is quite amusing and has many similarities to Portal. The gameplay itself is fun but also extremely challenging, sometimes even frustrating. Overall, Cheap Golf a great game and I enjoyed playing it.
Like true golf this game is played against oneself and the inanimate green. There are infinite ways to complete a stage and the same infinity to perfect the stage. The quest for the perfect putt generates a great deal of repeated plays, frustration and elation. So many games that cost ten or twenty times this game's price fail to achieve such value.
Looks like a Atari 2600 game, but evolves into something very different from the mini-put game you start playing. Also, there is a story, which to say more would spoil it a bit. Recommended if you are into the strange indie-game scene at all.
A retrotrash version of Portal that actually feels like it was written by an AI forced to read Facebook posts; with a killer sountrack that could make Merzbow's ears bleed.
Loved the gameplay, absolutely hated the music. The game constantly sounds like a huge server room being tortured to death - quite painful for human ears. But I guess Susan wanted it that way.
LOVE IT. It is my current productivity killer.
- Lots of good old fashion simple fun.
- Good difficulty progression .
- Doesn't take itself to seriously. The AI bot provides a bit of comendy without being over bearing.
- Clever level design with lots of variety
- Fun theme.
I am constantly on the look out for these types of games.
Highly recommended.
The game is very frustrating, but fun. The commentary is cute, too.
Somone posted about how realistic the gam play was. Let me assure you, it is NOT! This is NOT a golf game.
It is a pixelated-retro-frustrating-instulting gem.
Play it, but be preapred to yell at it, too.
It's like GLaDOS and the Uncle Who Works for Nintendo had a baby, and that baby was Atari 2600's Adventure but also Pong.
The game has a lot of clever design that makes each level feel original, great game and it isn't even finished yet.
there's a bunch of golf games, cheap as well. none has susan inside. luckily.
its best idea? tag this as "Sports".
